Hotel in zona Artesanía M Muela, Toledo

Siamo arrivati al posto a mezzanotte e non c'era nessuno in reception, né al momento di arrivare o uscire al mattino, il posto in sé è bello, molto ben decorato, con belle pareti di pietra e ladri e camere ampie con tetti molto alti. La stanza era pulita, ma avevamo solo una sedia e un letto molto sottile come l'estate, c'era una maniglia in una bara, ma anche sottile, la stanza era molto fredda e quando accendevamo il riscaldamento non era caldo, Abbiamo chiamato il telefono che c'era alla porta dell'hotel e alle 3 ci hanno chiamati dicendoci che potevamo prendere un altro mantello, perché il riscaldamento era presumibilmente perfetto. Era messo tutta la notte, mettendo un rumore infernale che, accanto all'acqua che cade dalle tubazioni del piano superiore, impediva il sonno, in nessun momento la stanza ha preso una temperatura per essere comodi, passiamo freddo e sopra la finestra (sulla testa) non c'era una persiane o un stronzato che rimuoveva correttamente la luce e il freddo si scontrava sotto la cortina direttamente alle nostre teste. Per non parlare del bagno, non c'era nemmeno l'aria “calda” del riscaldamento e, avendo una finestra era congelata, l'acqua calda ci voleva molto per uscire e nel bagno ti era stato colpito tutto il tempo il cortile dal corpo, perché l'avevano messo molto vicino al cortile. La stanza non era ben isolata perché si ascoltavano perfettamente le persone che passavano per strada e la porta d'ingresso all'hotel. Per questo l'esperienza è stata cattiva, non ripeterei mai più e non consiglierei questo stabilimento a nessuno, giocare solo con la decorazione è bella ma molto confortevole. Il quartiere in cui si trova è anche un po' sbronzo, poco illuminato e con un'immagine non troppo buona.

Forse avevamo aspettative troppo alte viste le recensioni e il prezzo pagato o forse siamo stati sfortunati con la camera. L'albergo in se' è particolare e la terrazza molto bella. Colazione con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La nostra camera invece mediocre. Piccola, al piano terra che poi era un seminterrato con una finestrella alta da cui non entrava logicamente luce naturale. Bagno vecchio e piccolissimo, da cui provenivano i rumori degli scarichi delle altre camere. Nessun minifrigo e aria condizionata centralizzata non potente. Ho dovuto insistere per farmi dare il telecomando dello split autunomo. Forse se fossimo capitati in un'altra camera sarebbe stato meglio.

What a lovely hotel! In a quiet spot of Toledo, across from a park with great views, the hotel is beautifully appointed. Our room was quite large, with a couch and seating area, a balcony overlooking the tiled roofs, a clean bathroom with moorish tiles, great shower. We even got a complimentary bottle of wine. The staff are very congenial, whether bilingual or not. The front desk was helpful when our electronic keys were not working. The breakfast buffet is complete with everything you would want, and they also make eggs to order, which were delicious. Everything good here.

Stavo 3 notti in una tour di vacanza Leger. La stanza era ok. Aveva una cassaforte (ma non era assicurata al muro che lo rendeva davvero un po' inutile) mini bar/frigo e asciugacapelli. Con aria libera che si e' imballato la nostra mattina scorsa. Il ristorante è molto ricco e si trova anche in una stanza di sovraccarico. La zona del bar di stile caffè non è abbastanza grande per la dimensione dell'hotel, anche se c'è una grande zona salotto vicino al tavolo di ricezione e entrata, mi sento sempre che perdi un po' di atmosfera in queste zone. 2/. Non potevamo ottenere acqua fredda dal tappo del miscelatore o dal doccia. Era acqua calda o niente. 3/. C'era un ferro disponibile su richiesta, ma sembrava solo uno. Quindi se un ospite si teneva su di esso doveva andare senza.

El mejor pulcro hotel 0 suciedad primera vez que me sorprende con la limpieza yo soy exigente pero este hotel extraordinario sin duda regresaría otra vez la ubicación excelente se llega con bus muy fácil de la estación del tren tomar cualquier bus que va al casco de Toledo a 3 paradas está el hotel no hay pierde

This hotel is simple, Yet very nice. I got a fantastic room on the Fist floor with balcony and table with chairs. Is not in the city, but you can go by bus or take a taxi. You get great views of Toledo all along the road Circunvalacion. The manager is very nice man. The front desk people I dealt with they were not too nice, that's ok. If you traveling with car you can park in front of the hotel. This hotel has been The ”Best” hotel i had stayed in recent years, clean, great price and kept in very good condition. I would not hesitate to go stay there again, if I am in Toledo.

Poiché la mia moglie è stata rubata in una sala privata al secondo piano e con un cameriere che controlla l'accesso al buffet, il ladro o i ladri passato per la ricezione è andato al buffet parlando con il cameriere q che controlla l'accesso (perché l'ho visto e mi conferma) eppure non so perché gli hanno lasciato rimanere nel salone (perchè mi hanno chiesto di passare) e in un casino ci hanno rubato la borsa. Credo che dovremmo essere molto più attenti all'accesso, vedremo come finisce. Tra i 3000 € Q hanno preso dalla carta e più di 1000 € per perdite per contante, mobili, occhiali, chiavi auto, ecc, il soggiorno mi ha fatto per un picco. Non lasciate nulla negli occhi In linea di principio l'hotel rifiuta qualsiasi responsabilità e mi dicono che non hanno alcuna assicurazione per rispondere del furto, vedremo se il consiglio sanitario può mediare in questo caso.

We have spent three weeks in Spain; traveling to Barcelona, Seville, Madrid, and Toledo. The hotels have been top notch and the staffs have been friendly until this Eurostar. Let me first say that we were previously at a Eurostar in Barcelona( the Grand Marina) and received superb service. When we walked into Buenavista not one staff member said hello or hola. We initiated the exchanges. No smiles nada. No offer of water which was set up I assume for guest. I did notice that the staff was much friendlier to those who spoke Spanish. Check in was quick but image our surprise when there wasn’t an offer to have someone cart our bags to our room. We had been traveling all day since 7 AM and reached the hotel at about 3:30 pm. It was hot and we we’re definitely bedraggled. We came to Spain not knowing the language well but have successfully used Goggle Translate. When we went to dinner the waitress admittedly didn’t speak English which was fine, so we used our translator. Once again we were not greeted and staff was reluctant to speak with us.The first waiter said he didn’t speak English and after we got him to understand our room number, he grabbed another waitress and “ had her deal with us”. I understand some Spanish. It was clear that neither waiter wanted to attend to us. After asking for our drink orders we were told “ no”. When I asked for a drink menu she said they only had wine and beer, but I later saw a couple with what appeared to be a cocktail. After selecting and receiving grilled beef tenderloin. The waitress NEVER CHECKED BACK to check on us, until I waved her down for the bill. During dinner staff were around but ignored us. This unfriendly and rude behavior happen again at breakfast. No greetings were returned and again they were obviously friendly to the Spanish speaking guests. Typically at buffets dishes are removed from the table so that you can use a fresh dish. While other guest had dishes immediately removed ours sat in front of us from 8:00 am until our departure at 9:00 am. Let me correct myself. Right before we left one plate was removed. Front desk staff did call a cab as we requested but again they appeared u happy to help us. Honestly, we have been stunned by the ongoing pattern of disregard and unfriendliness. I usually right reviews AFTER I return home.Im writing this while I’m still here. I’ve just returned to the hotel from an outing and 1:30 PM. When I went upstairs my room key no longer worked. The front desk attendant rescanned it but offered no explanation and again was unsmiling until she accidentally ( I assume) flipped the key so that it landed in the counter instead of my hand. The room wasn’t cleaned but perhaps they, like everyone else have a staff shortage. I’d rather have a “dirty” room and polite staff. I’m not sure why but Toledo Spain in general has been the least friendly place. I don’t like making global statements but …. .I’m really glad that we’re only spending two nights here. The hotel is b

Siamo rimasti in viaggio da Madrid a Toledo mentre andiamo a Alicante. Situato a circa 15 minuti da Toledo, vicino a un campo da golf. Ci dispiacevamo molto per la decisione di arrivo. L'edificio è grande e ben progettato e guarda il campo da golf. Purtroppo non ci sono altri ospiti, non si nascondono nel grande edificio disuso vicino alla porta! Il personale della reception era utile e amichevole, la stanza era grande e ben progettata, ma si sentiva come se non fosse stata usata di recente. L'unità frigorifera ha ancora trasportato lettere che non era riempita a causa di Covid , perché era piena ma senza prezzi, presumiamo che si trattasse di un'effettiva detenzione della precedente pandemia. O forse di essere organizzata per la prossima. Despite a full refrigeration there was no milk or milk powder for drinks, or a price list to indicate the basis they’d been supplied on. Abbiamo deciso di prendere il tappeto sigillato in più, perché era freddo, solo per trovare grandi pezzi di tintura rossa - sangue composti non eravamo sicuri. Il bar è stato chiuso quando siamo arrivati alle 5 del pomeriggio e forse anche quando siamo tornati alle 10:30. Tutti in tutto siamo stati veramente disappunti e non potevamo consigliare nessuno di rimanere qui . Forse con più ospiti sarebbe stato meglio, ma non saremo tornati
