Ridicolo che di notte ti facciano scendere alla reception per ricevere le tue ordinazioni (cibo, pacchi). I cardini delle porte del balcone hanno bisogno di lubrificante, cigolano troppo. Porte e vendite senza alcun isolamento. Pochissime prese in camera.

Location is good, in the heart of the old city. Hotel and rooms are average/good We had a good stay. However all these experience were spoiled by the poor services of the waitress during the breakfast. The waitress were cool and seemed to have very bad mood. The breakfast room was closed using a rope until the waitress came and slowly checked the customers one by one. The waitress were impolite and even told the customers to eat in certain manner. The hotel rating would be much better if they have better training to their waitress.

This hotel is the first time I came to Europe, which is impressive! Very ancient European style, like I stay in the history.

酒店需耍下午2時才可check in, 但可先寄存行李。房间大有露台，可坐下一談天…… 自助早餐選擇達平均水平，地点方便到各旅遊景點都很近。

部屋は広くて、綺麗でとても快適でした！ バス停、あらゆる観光スポットへのアクセスが良かったのも嬉しかったです。

처음에 배정박은 406호는 들어가자마자 화장실 냄새가 심하게 나서 바로 방을 바꿨어요. 603호는 냄새 안 나고 뷰도 좋았습니다. 다만 오래된 건물 + 문 여닫을때 꽤 심한 소음이 있긴 했어요. 아침 6시 조금 넘어서 나가는 다른 방 소리에 깼으니까요. 바깥 소음은 차단이 잘되는 편이었구요. 아주 조그만 테라스(발코니?)는 약간 아래로 기울어져 있어서 무너질까봐(?) 한 발만 올려놓고 사진 찍었네요. 5월 평일 조식포함 103유로였고. 조식은 무난했어요. 욕실은 다음날 약간 하수구 냄새같은게 올라오긴 했는데 심하진 않았구요. 침대도 무난했고, 욕실이랑 샤워공간 크기도 넉넉했습니다! 뷰도 603호는 뻥 뚫려서 좋은 편이었구요. 다른 방들은 모르겠지만 603호로 준다면 재방문 할 것 같아요. 근데 늦게 체크인 해서 406호 하나만 남은 상황이라면... 절대 안 올 것 같구요.

此次最滿意的酒店，給了酒店視野最好的521房間，可以俯瞰包括大教堂在內的半個託萊多，風景無敵。隔壁522的英國夫婦乾脆不出去在陽台看着風景喝起了小酒。酒店位置就在阿爾卡薩城堡下，交通便利，附近廣場吃飯的地方很多。晚上還可以遐思莫斯卡多的城堡保衞戰，為信仰與理想的戰鬥歎息！早餐很棒，有火腿甚至三文魚。強烈推薦。

非常好，房間挺大的，乾淨舒適，像國營酒店的感覺。

我們是自駕去的託萊多，這個城市比較小，且是山坡路，停車有點難，前台説不清停車優惠和使用，為了停車券和使用花了很多時間。餐廳不錯，菜式品種多，餐廳大，古色古香，英語溝通有一點缺陷

酒店很好找，就是開車直接去停車場就好千萬不要在老城裡亂擠，道路又險又窄。酒店各方面都還好，有浴缸可以緩解疲勞。 特雷多這個城市充滿歷史氣息，非常有魅力。如果説哪個城市可以安度餘生，我選佛羅倫薩和特雷多。

酒店位置非常好，就在古城中心地帶，旁邊就是託萊多城堡，早餐也算得上豐富，總之感覺不錯
