Ottima posizione a un buon prezzo. È vicino a molti ristoranti, bar e altri luoghi di intrattenimento. A pochi isolati dalla stazione di Ueno e vicino al lago, ideale per una passeggiata. Sarà rumoroso e pieno di ragazze da bar e ubriachi a tarda notte. Ci sono due ingressi incrociati e mi sono confuso, ma la porta accanto al Seven11 non è quella per il check-in. (Vedi foto) La camera è molto più piccola della maggior parte degli hotel. Bella hall.

Il check-in anticipato non è disponibile, nemmeno se si chiede un supplemento. La posizione è ottima. La camera è MOLTO piccola, considerando il prezzo.

È complicato andare in camera perché il check-in avviene in un edificio separato. E nessuno può aiutarti con la lingua!

I found one sock on the floor when i check in, i stayed four nights in the room that sock still on the floor. The cleaner put my clothes on the table. The hair dryer broken with no cover. They even ask me go down to collect towels which i never have such terrible experience before.

It’s our first time in Tokyo. My family and I stayed in standard double bedrooms which have windows. We are really impressed with the hotel’s service. They have luggage deposit service for free. You can deposit your luggage before you check in and after you check out. They adjusted the direction of the escalator for us. The overall of rooms’ size and hotel is quite small, but it doesn’t bother that much. The location is so great that you can visit many famous shops like Uniqlo, Donki, GU near the place. And, it’s near a market and the train station including KS line. The restaurants near here are nice. The food tasted so delicious, even if we just randomly chose to eat. However, Ueno has a lot of clubs, so at night there’re several girls standing alongside the street with their guards. It may seem dangerous for someone.

Staff: They were super friendly to us, and even helped us out on problems unrelated to the hotel. Rooms: Bit on the tight side (we booked a 2 person room modified to a 3 person room, so kind of expected). The only other option in this price range/location was a capsule hotel so overall not bad. Other: There's a FamilyMart in the hotel and a several department stores within 5 mins of walking. Various subway stations are also nearby. Summary: HEAVILY RECOMMEND. I will not be using any other hotel when I visit Tokyo in the future.

Facilities is ok. There are many shop to eat around the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Only bad part was the room was much much smaller than the photos suggest!!

I booked Centurion Hotel Ueno via Trip.com for the night of June, 2025. At around 2:00 a.m., we found insects on the pillow and bed. We contacted the front desk. The hotel staff asked us to bring all of our belongings to the lobby so they could check if there were insects inside our luggage. We declined due to privacy concerns, but the hotel insisted. Two staff members came to our room and searched through our luggage quickly and roughly. No insects were found. After that, we were moved to another room. We lost more than one hour of rest due to this process. There was no compensation offered, apart from allowing a slightly later check-out. This was a disappointing experience for us.

Semi double room for2 pp is very small but amenities and service us ok
