This hotel is in the perfect location for catching the train to explore the culture and sights of Tokyo. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance not to mention karaoke rooms. There is a supermarket, chemist and Family part right next door. The Breakfast was very basic and the same everyday - a toasted sandwich is you opted for the non Japanese option. The room also did not include our four year old for breakfast and it wasn’t worth paying the $14 to include him. If you are looking for just a bed then this is a great choice and the apartment style room made it very spacious. Great for families.

Good with in-house laundry

酒店房間整潔，但並不提供每天清潔服務，如連續入住數天，要主動安排。另酒店位置不在購物旺區，惟附近的四谷站很便利，可乘坐JR及地鐵，到新宿只一個站，很贊。

The location was near Yotsuya railway station. The service was very good. We were trying to understand the taxi booking services and got the staff to assist with it. She offered advice and answered our questions to the best she could. The staff is called 中岛 if I got it correctly. One of the best staff services that I have encountered while traveling overseas. Will return definitely.

They have everything in the room. The room is much bigger than other hotels in the same price range.

非常完美的地理位置，距離地鐵四谷站很近，也沒有複雜的上下坡，對旅遊非常友好。相比直接住在新宿澀谷東京站的喧鬧，這裏反而鬧中取靜，到每個點從酒店出發也就二三十分鐘，不比在複雜的車站找路來的慢。四谷站也能取東京地鐵通票也能寄存行李，遊客不多。酒店本身不用多説，主要就是圖他家的洗烘一體機，配的洗衣液洗的賊乾淨以至於每次去日本都會背一袋補充裝回來。總之很推薦。

Can laundry in room, good for long stay

not the most comfortable hotel. but location was not bad

這個酒店沒有早餐廳！！！早餐衹能自己領盒飯或者三明治，虧死了。 房間大，但是設施比較老，洗澡衹能站在浴缸裏，廁所用了兩天有反味兒現象。 我這個房間內有洗衣機冰箱微波爐電磁爐。 四谷比較安靜，離地鐵走路五分鐘。

房間中規中矩，老酒店了但是住着還算舒服，空調和坐便也更新了，打掃是連住的話中間不換床單被套，換毛巾和收垃圾。設施上房間有洗衣機，微波爐。樓下可以買水果，便利店24小時。位置特別贊。

為什麼保證金還不退啊

已經是第二次入住,距離四谷車站很近！ 房間比起新宿啲酒店大,而且還有露台 樓下就有便利店很方便. 今次只是冷氣有少少問題,半夜無啦啦熄咗. 已叫服務員上來調教,也一樣隔一陣就熄了！ 服務員也很好,立刻安排另一間房俾我哋. 整體也覺得不錯！
