C'è un cantiere di fronte all'hotel, rumore terribile tutta la notte! Nessuno l'ha avvisato. Il personale non è cordiale. La camera è molto sporca, polvere ovunque. C'è solo una camera senza finestra. Le colazioni sono un incubo: puoi scegliere solo una portata, anche le bevande solo una. Questa è la colazione più economica!!!! Non consiglio questo hotel. Hanno restituito i soldi per le altre notti con grande difficoltà perché siamo partiti presto, ho dovuto scrivere a Tripcom molte volte e discutere con il personale per riavere i soldi indietro. L'hotel non dovrebbe comportarsi in modo così poco professionale.

I’m very grateful to the hotel staff for helping me adjust my check-in date. I originally thought I had booked the correct date, but it turned out I had scheduled my stay one day early. The staff patiently checked room availability for that day and consulted with their reservations team. In the end, they successfully modified my booking date. Most importantly, I was relieved that I didn’t have to pay any additional charges.

the hotel is located perfectly to enjoy everything Hanoi has to offer, the food choices across the street cannot be beat! Great value and Great staff.

I liked it very much. Very cosy room so very comfortable to stay. The breakfast is cooked on site, very fresh and service is great. I really have no complaints about this niche hotel. I travel a lot for my work, so it’s rare I find a hotel that really lifts up my mood.

Was average stay. Good enough for single travelers.

The place is about 40m from the old quarters yet closer to the west lake. We didn’t like the breakfast but the place itself was cozy and clean.

I booked a 3-night stay but eventually I only stayed 2 nights. The hotel staff are friendly and speak English. Room is spacious for the room tariff I paid was good as 1 breakfast was inclusive. The only matter is not equipped with fixed phone in room, therefore guests should communicate by WhatsApp with staff for service etc

Room is clean and stay is friendly. My downside is the location. Maybe it’s my bad for not checking the location correctly. It’s far from Hoàn Kiếm Lake.

The staff is really nice and the rooms are clean. I can recommend a stay at this Hotel if it is okay for you that you have to take a grab for visiting Hanoi.
