La camera è un po' piccola ma nel complesso è abbastanza confortevole. È vicino all'uscita della metropolitana e accanto c'è un negozio di cosmetici aperto 24 ore su 24. È anche vicino al luogo turistico, un'ottima scelta per soggiornare.

Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile con il server. Ci tornerei se c'è ancora una possibilità

Ambiente pulito e bella TV

Rimango all'inizio e alla fine del mio viaggio nella grande Tokyo. L'hotel non è grande ma è in grado di tenere i miei 2 bagagli grandi e qualche pacco Amazon. La posizione è comoda (vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Shinjuku) ma se sei superstizioso allora potresti essere preoccupato per la distanza da un cimitero proprio accanto.

Price are reasonable with good location, 5 minutes walk to train station and 2 minutes walking distance to shopping street.

We totally love MyStays Shinjuku Hotel! They provided pyjamas (changed daily), daily housekeeping (full or environmentally friendly choices), coffee maker with free coffee capsules, etc. Located near 2 Tokyo Metro Stations (Shinjuku Nishiguchi (Oedo line) or Nishi-Shinjuku (Marunouchi line) which are only 5-8 mins walk away. Staffs were friendly and helpful. We checked in around 3am with no issues. Will definitely stay here again next time in Tokyo. I’m also very happy coz I got such a good rate from Trip.com (35% cheaper!) when I booked this 20m2 room ~3 months ahead. Thank you!

Hotel staff is very helpful. Near core town center and main transportation spot very convenient for sightseeing even at late night.

We booked a panorama three bedroom room with a very big terrace with good view. The room itself is very spacious with all the essentials necessities provided. Room even have coffee machine. Room is quite and few minutes away from restaurants. Even thought its a bit far from Shinjuku JR Lines but its very near the Nishi Shinjuku Metro Station. Overall we are very pleased with the stay. Will definitely come back again when our next trip to Tokyo.

Small space is the only complaint. Other than that it is quite similar to the other hotels we stayed throughout japan. See photo on how we managed to open luggage. Just need to take out the things and place on table and hang up your clothes for next few days. Better to pack light for Japan and wash your clothes. Not sure if this hotel has washing machine Another thing worth to mention is water pressure and temperature is easy to adjust.

Location is good. Honestly it’s a cleaner and at a better side of Shinjuku. You don’t wanna stay nearby the Godzilla where the crowd are and Dodgy ppl everywhere. The hotel has A lot of eateries and bars nearby. Just 6 mins away from the busiest train station in the world. AC is controlled by hotel so during winter they provide fans. But I ended up sleeping with the window open which is fine except for there are youngsters hanging out at night nearby the hotel so you can hear them laughing and talking. Checking in and out is a breeze.

Pros - quiet - nearby restaurants/cafe and convenience store - provide range of amenities you can grab at reception Cons - right next to cemetery - small room *Something to note: we requested for our bed linen to be changed using the magnetic door sign, however noticed they only made the bed (with the same sheets - we know as there was a mark on the sheet and it was there for a few days). Once this was brought to reception attention, sheets were replaced.

Excellent location in a quiet corner of busy Shinjuku. Room standard small size but tasteful and bright. Good wifi. Breakfast the most basic buffet in six weeks travel in Japan: no Japanese vegetable side dishes (there is miso and mackerel), no milk for coffee (tubs of creamer), canned fruit salad. You’ll be OK if you eat Western breakfast as ham, sausages and good scrambled eggs.

Overall the stay was alright. Requested a room on same floor as partner but was moved a floor up. Made a complaint and the front desk upgraded me to a better room. Am very grateful for that. However, breakfast was very average and below expectation.
