Booked the premier room for 4 nights. Should have booked for longer stay but wanted to try out other hotels in different locations/area. The location is great as it is between Ginza station and Kyobashi station. Walking distance to Ginza Six, Matsuya Ginza, Mitsukoshi., and of course to the metro stations. Hotel staff very friendly and fluent in English too. Will definitely book this hotel again when travelling to Tokyo anytime. Great recommend to all to stay at this hotel.

Great location, quite close to metro station, with street parking right in front of the hotel and around the block. No surprise for the size and facility for a hotel room in Japan (which is good). Ok price, will come back again!

I recently stayed at the KOKO Hotel for four nights during my trip to Tokyo, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute walk to both the Ginza subway station and the Tokyo JR station. This made it easy to travel to popular destinations like Fujikawaguchiko, Atami, Warner Bros. Studio Tokyo, and Narita International Airport. The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of great restaurants open late into the night, as well as convenience stores for late-night snacks. This was perfect for satisfying any cravings after a long day of exploring. As for the hotel room, it was compact, which is typical for Tokyo, but it was perfectly suitable for two people. The hotel is relatively new (only one year old), so everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were welcoming and showed great hospitality throughout my stay. One highlight was the lovely lobby and common area on the ground floor, which provided a nice space to relax. I also appreciated the free amenities available for guests to pick up as needed. Overall, my stay at KOKO Hotel was excellent. The combination of a great location, cleanliness, and friendly service makes it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Tokyo.

Great location. Nearby Tokyo Station, so you can take a shinkansen or NEX comfortably. Room is quite small, but price is reasonable. Staffs are really kind and they can communicate with english also.

Location is good, hotel amenities are ok, but the housekeeping team did not throw the used sanitary pads from previous traveler which left in the dustbin….

Convenient and comfortable. Reasonable size of bathroom. Recommend if just for bath and rest.

Really nice hotel. Rooms are small but very cozy. Location is very convenient, and there is a small supermarket downstairs. The staff even helped me to take out the small table so I had more space for my big luggage. Definitely not much space if you have a big luggage. What's the best about this hotel is, that the doors close very quietly. Also, there is a coin washer/dryer.

Hotel was clean and amenities were provided in the lobby. Check in was quick! The room was clean, and in the heart of Ginza! nearby a lot of shopping places and restaurants in the day. At tho only 1 or 2 ramen stalls were open. Was super lucky to see cherry blossoms along the way to the hotel too! Would gladly stay again! Thank you!

I really love this hotel. It offers currency exchange and IC card recharge services, which is very convenient for those visiting Tokyo for the first time. If you choose the PREMIER 12th floor, you'll also have access to free coffee or tea, a small lounge, and a high-end washing machine. Remember to stay in a hotel room on the 12th floor – highly recommended for families and all sizes of groups seeking accommodation.

Hotel is clean and with a fairly large convenience store opposite. Staff are also professional and helpful. It is within walking distance to many shops and eateries. The main shopping areas is also within walking distance.

Friendly staffs, rooms are clean. It can be a bit squeeze for two pax in a twin room. Overall, good location and nice hotel.

We had 2 rooms - one of them was very dirty and the other one had awful smell. From outside the hotel looks nice but the room interior is kind of old. I think it's okay to stop there for a night but not good for longer stays. Will not stay there again and possibly in any other koko hotel.
