房間較大，有咖啡機、微波爐，給的1樓的房間，2樓也有電梯，是個不錯的酒店，唯一美中不足的是我在泡咖啡時發現前面房客使用過的咖啡包仍在咖啡機裏未清除

基本上沒有服務，設施很舊，晚上蚊子亂飛也沒有服務員，還打死了三衹蟲，嚇得我都不敢洗澡。下次也不會再選這家了。

酒店整體還行，除了辦理入住的時候出了一點小插入，別的都沒啥毛病。攜程工作人員處理也比較及時，對攜程的服務態度還是比較認可的。

房間很乾凈，不愧是紅獅的水準！開心的是酒店還提供免費的咖啡和麪包，七點在大堂領取即可。酒店旁邊就有加油站，對面有whole foods超市！非常方便！

房間還可以，電暖效果不錯，吹乾小件衣服很快，沒有微波爐。停車方便。邊上就是加油站，不過我嫌這裏油價偏高，沒有在這裏加油。馬路對面就是超市和梅西百貨。

There were hairs in the bathroom. The internet did not work. When I called the front desk, they couldn’t help with the internet. The knob on the heater did not work, so the room was either too hot or really cold. Overall very disappointing indeed!

Even though the rooms were tidy, you could smell the moldy cranky state of the infrastructure. It felt dark and damp, and it wasn't a very good sleep. I'm aware it's what we paid for. On the upside, the staff was courteous, and there were some quick breakfast options for such a cheap price.

Hotel needs to be renovated in the biggest of ways! Broken windows, paint peeling from the interior doors, dirty bed coverings, and the floor was sticky. I’ve stayed here before in the past and it was average but things have really gone down hill.

The check in was fine however when I got to the room the floors had been waxed and were very slippery luckily I had on the right shoes to avoid slipping. I booked the hotel based on the pictures and the room was in poor condition the shower curtain was rusted and hanging off the rod due to missing hooks. I will not ever stay in this hotel again false advertising, please update all the rooms to match your pictures.

I would highly recommend you read this before booking. PICTURES On website do not represent this hotel properly. See pictures below for new more accurate photographs This hotel is rundown and very dirty in rooms. Through stuff on walls and bedsheets. Nothing was clean here it was Simply Gross!!🤮

Please read before you book. PICTURES ARE OUTDATED. This hotel is run down and un clean. Sheets had stains on them, there was what kind of stuff on walls some looked like blood on the wall. Door and frames were tore up. Mold in bathroom and parts missing on tub.

Generally a very nice stay, overall. Clean and comfortable. I would have liked more outlets for my computer, etc. Most were taken by the lamps, TV and cable box. Also would have enjoyed a slightly bigger desk area to work. Plus pillows were also too full... I enjoy a flatter pillow.

Few thrills but great price. Close to Carmel, Monterey, Wharf, Cannery Row. The woman who works the desk in the afternoon and evening was very helpful. This site is insisting that I lengthen my text to 200 characters or more, so here is my add: When it comes to the length of neck in animals, giraffes are by far the leaders in this category, with necks that can reach up to 8 feet (2.4 meters) in length. Ostriches and flamingos, while having significantly shorter necks than giraffes, still stand out among birds for their long, slender necks.
