The front desk ladies were not very warm, wonder if they were raciest

東京性價比最高的一家酒店，特別喜歡他家酒店房間的面積，足夠寬敞。此外，酒店位置實在好。青山，附近又有外御苑，又有表參道，風景和時尚為一體。 床，枕頭，浴室和網絡都很棒。 雖然有點不夠奢華，但是這個價格，對得起顧客了。很好！

除了房間大點其他都不行，房間很舊也不智能，不知道怎麼設計的桌子上還擺着一面鏡子🪞，離譜的是桌子上的🪞正對一面大的全身鏡，就感覺慎得慌，每天半夜三點半不到廁所馬桶都會發出聲響跟電腦重啟一樣，總之不會再入住了

房間超級乾淨超級大，環境也非常棒，地理位置便利。但是服務前台的英文水平還是有點參差，接待我們的那個姑娘就比較木訥，其他的好像還可以，門僮也很好。

房間很大，新裝修的，舒適度很高。

評語：酒店位置很好，乾淨整潔；服務温馨，特別是前台Nancy經理為人親切，高效服務；客房舒適；早餐豐富，還有本地特色的小吃點心[玫瑰]

酒店地理位置很好，感覺設施一般，早餐兩次的量還都不太一樣，也是很奇怪

古典安靜的環境

The room is very old, and the staff's English proficiency is low, making communication difficult. They were unable to address the guests' needs and allowed for a late check-out. However, they ended up charging a fee for it. Moreover, I realized after returning to my home country and checking the monthly statement that a deposit was charged during the check-out process. I did not use the minibar, so I'm unsure why a fee was applied.

Very good service. There is no magnificent mirror in the room but the hotel bought one immediately after my request. Good location. Clam but very convenient.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Not too noisy either so I had a very comfortable stay.
