Gli hotel in Giappone sono sempre carini, ma questo è fantastico! Torneremo di nuovo!

Avrei potuto dargli 5 stelle se il bagno fosse pulito e non avesse un cattivo odore di urina. A parte il fatto che la colazione era eccezionale, il servizio clienti non era eccezionale, la posizione è perfetta per andare ovunque. Inoltre hanno detto che hanno un servizio di autobus ogni 15 minuti per la stazione di Kyoto, il che non è vero, abbiamo aspettato per sempre circa un'ora e mezza, ma non sono mai arrivati. Abbiamo visto altri autobus dell'hotel passare più volte. Non ho affrontato questo problema con la reception. Andavamo in taxi ovunque ed era economico, la distanza più lontana sarebbe stata di 20 minuti in taxi e circa 3.000 yen, il che è ragionevole.

l'hotel era al completo, è stato necessario trasferirsi in un altro hotel per la prima notte. non proprio felice quella notte perché mi sento stanco dopo una lunga giornata ma soddisfatto della sistemazione di un hotel migliore.

The hotel room we were assigned was nothing like what’s shown in the pictures on Trip.com. It was old, dimly lighted and amenities were really poor. There wasn’t even a charging point on one side of the bed. On the other, there was an extension adaptor that was fixed on the bedside table. It looks really makeshift and was probably not very safe. When I asked the receptionist about it, I was offered another extension adaptor for my side of the bed! The hotel charges regular guests for using the pool and spa. When I went to check it out, it was a small little indoor pool. There were a few pieces of old exercise equipment located next to the pool. These were supposed to make up for the lack of a fitness center. All in all, very pathetic. My feedback on all these issues were not acted upon until I wrote to hotel GM on the 3rd day of our stay. We were then offered a room upgrade for the 4th and last night, which showed that we were really short changed with the room we were assigned earlier. This was part of a 2 week plus swing across Japan and the Crowne Plaza Kyoto was the worst value of all 7 the hotels we stayed in.

The hotel is quite old, the room size is good, customer service is good, hotel pool needs to pay extra to use

front desk staff are not service oriented, always give excuses try not to help customers to resolve their issues. Also not willing to give benefits to IHG elite members. Definitely will not come back to this particular property.

convenient shuttle service to Kyoto station, I took the shuttle with 2 large suitcases to Kyoto station then travel directly to Kansai airport to return home.

Some basic set up like shower head and USB power plug need upgrade.

不滿意，在櫻花季接近2000價格定的房間。給的和攜程照片完全不是一回事。攜程照片是新裝修的房型，實際入住是老的房型。非常陳舊。房間瀰漫著一股尿騷味。入住時一位姓井上的前台也不太熱情。整體體驗非常的一般。 早餐還可以，就是地方太小了。

酒店位置不錯，本以為可以看到二条城外景，可是櫃枱職員說要加USD110.00/每天，覺得不值沒加費轉房！酒店近地鐵站，房間面積不錯；除二張床外還有空間放二箱行李，可是設施較舊，沒USB插頭，有些不便！

位置就在二條城對面，走路即到，很方便。京都不大，很悠閑，酒店去景點總的來説不錯。前台、大堂經理水平都不錯，英語都很在線，很國際化，尤其僱有歐美小哥，交流很暢通。房間各項設施也不錯，早餐也是棒棒的，尤其是鮮榨橙汁那個機器挺有趣。

酒店位於二條城馬路對面，走路8分鐘左右吧。步行到二條城前地鐵站2口就6分鐘左右。步行到烏丸御池地鐵站25分鐘左右。位置還是不錯的。早餐還可以。房間有點舊，連USB插口都沒有，雙床房的床就是1.3米左右吧。衞生方面不錯。

酒店位置相對比較好，對面是二條城。打車去繁華的四條大約十分鐘。酒店房間大，佈局合理。 酒店的洗漱台有點破舊，但不影響。 B1有鐵板燒和法餐，一樓酒吧沒有威士忌有點叫人失望。

房間很大，2個床+1沙發床，適合兩大兩小的一家四口。 非常重要的一點：酒店有免費班車（接送到京都站） 衞生：十分乾淨 設施：設備齊全
