Bella pulita struttura, il toilet e la doccia con la vasca sono separati, il letto è ampio e comodo.

Il personale dell'hotel era molto gentile e accomodante. Ci ha permesso di pregare nella hall mentre aspettavamo le nostre camere e anche dopo il check-out. C'erano anche dei pigiami forniti, il che era premuroso. C'era la cena gratuita ogni sera. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

L'hotel in sé è carino, ma la posizione è piuttosto lontana dalla stazione ferroviaria più vicina (Shinagawa), ci sono voluti quasi 10 minuti a piedi con i bagagli. Una cosa da commentare è la colazione a buffet in hotel. Il nostro pacchetto camera è senza colazione. Abbiamo deciso di provare la colazione perché eravamo pigri per uscire la mattina. Abbiamo pagato tra 2100 Yen e 2400 Yen per persona (non ricordavo l'addebito corretto). Siamo entrati intorno alle 9.15 e sapevamo che l'orario della colazione era fino alle 10.00. Per noi andava bene avere 45 minuti per fare colazione. Tuttavia abbiamo visto che hanno iniziato a conservare il cibo alle 9:45 senza avvisare in anticipo i clienti che avrebbero chiuso il cibo alle 9:45. Avremmo portato più cibo sulla nostra tavola se avessimo saputo che il cibo sarebbe stato portato in cucina alle 9.45. Abbiamo terminato la colazione insoddisfatti in termini di servizio clienti e stomaco mezzo pieno.

Amazing hotel very close to Shinagawa - with friendly staffs and service team. We managed to catch a beautiful view of the rainbow bridge and fireworks from our room.

Great location, near Takanawa Gateway, clean modern rooms and toilet is super. Pillow was too soft for me, breakfast crowded with limited food choi ces and seat.

The location is across from the station which is great, but there’s not much else around there! I think as the station expands, it will be a lot better! Would recommend if you’re looking for a cheap & decent hotel. They also have free afternoon tea for all hotel guests everyday. Japan hotels just hit different even on a budget x

The hotel is near Shinagawa station. Very friendly staff and the room was comfortable. Definitely, recommended

Hotel located in the vicinity of Shinagawa station. Very new and comfortable hotel, great size rooms. Prices are decent considering how expensive Tokyo hotels have gotten. Would consider staying again but when construction around area calms down.

Not bad. 9 mins by walk from Shinagawa station. very clean and tidy, reasonable price.

location was okay but nearest station is said 4min walk from hotel but actually stations around was under construction which took extra 10min to get there. and i asked reception to check in earlier and that costed extra night fee which i thought wayyy expensive to afford. i don't think i would never stay at this place again.

Great hotel, it’s a lot closer to the new JR station than Shinagawa for train transportation. Will stay again.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very decent and clean.

Room was spacious and clean. There are not many eateries nearby however, you will need to walk quite a distance to Shinagawa Station for more options.

Convince when traveling from Haneda airport as have direct train and can just walk direct to hotel from train station. Room clean and comfortable bed.
