This review will be hard to write, it's a very nice hotel but I also find it hard to recommend to tourists. Room: The Tokyo Tower view room is very pretty at night. The bed is comfy. I don't like having the closet on the opposite end of the sleeping area though, I find that very inconvenient when packing/getting ready. And for a hotel that opened in 2016, that TV is tiny and needs to be larger. The Aesop products are nice, and come in big bottles with pumps (which I prefer over tiny bottles). They also have the coolest slippers! Service: Concierge helped me reserve dinner, and had confirmation letter ready at check-in. Check-in/out was fast and easy. They offer free HH in lounge, I was pleasantly surprised to find live performance! Food offering during HH is pretty basic, but that's ok because I'd rather be eating in the city anyways. Evening turndown service could be enhanced a bit, may need to borrow a page from your colleagues at Grand Hyatt ;) Location: This is the one thing that truly sucks about this place for tourists. Toranomon Hills is a very business-heavy area, a ghost town after 6 p.m. There's no department stores, no shopping, only two convenience stores nearby, barely any dining options after 9 p.m. To do anything you'll need to get on a subway/taxi from hotel. The walk to the subway station is frankly a little longer than I like, but it's indoor underground which is nice for cold and rainy days. Overall, I would recommend a stay here if you're on a work trip and your office is in the area. Or you just have to check this place off your bucket list because of its design or the room with Tokyo Tower view. As a typical tourist in Tokyo who values convenience and accessibility to restaurants and shopping, I probably won't be back. It's a shame because this place has so much potential if it was in a better area, but I guess you can't have it all!

The hotel is centrally located and I think that’s basically the sole reason I may consider staying at it again. Checking in was smooth (thanks to the HK colleague seconded from Ritz Carlton HK), and other than that, I think your hotel staff needs re-training, especially the concierge team! Terrible service and clueless! My friends who were also traveling were not as lucky at check-in. One wasn’t able to get his room at 6pm and was asked to wait (20 mins), and when he finally got his key, he went into the room where someone was already in it. Who could expect this kind of mistake happened in a “modern luxury hotel”? My other friend nearly traumatized trying to check-in with a staff who can’t really speak English and don’t understand what “confirmation number” means. To me, the only disappointment was no upgrade at all even I was a Titanium member then. But well, I of course understand it is “subject to availability”. Hotel itself and its location is superb and definitely create a modern luxury feeling. But I’m staying in a HOTEL and HOSPITALITY and SERVICE should be the most important. And Edition Tokyo fails in all aspect, and maybe this is how you want to create a “lasting memory”? The short lady at the concierge was rude and impolite. When I was trying to ask about the timetable of the airport bus and where the stop is, she simply said why don’t you check it online cos you need to use your credit card and book anyway! I cannot believe this kind of service in Japan, let alone at a 5-star Marriot managed hotel. In the end I let my friend to handle it and she told me she talked to 3 different concierge colleagues and each gave a different answer, in the end it had to escalate up to the duty manager to get a concrete response on how to take the airport bus to Narita. Crazy! Then on separate occasions we went to the lobby bar. We requested to sit by the window and the waiter there said “it is reserved” on every occasion. In the end of course the sofa by the window was empty (and on one occasion it was empty till the bar was closed). I got annoyed and asked for the restaurant manager and I said “if you need a minimum spending just say so, why you have to put us at the bar table?” She said she would look into it and of course no one has yet to give us a good reason why is it the case. And service at the bar was appalling and to a certain extent I would even use “racist” to put it. As a Titanium with Marriot Bonvoy and a Globalist with World of Hyatt, I must say I made a terrible mistake staying at Tokyo Edition. I am sure I would receive better treatment and a better holiday experience if I stay at Andaz Tokyo which is across the street!

Ho soggiornato al Club Intercontinental Junior Suite Luna. Il servizio nel club lounge era calmo e le camere sono state ampiamente rinnovate e molto pulite e confortevoli. Il tè del pomeriggio era la giusta quantità ed era delizioso con il tè di Ronnefeld. Tuttavia, la vista è sottile perché l'hotel in sé è vecchio e le finestre sono strette.

Io e mio marito abbiamo dormito qui per tre notti e siamo stati molto bene. La posizione è il loro punto forte, in quanto è vicinissima alla stazione metro. La colazione non è inclusa ma all'ingresso sono sempre disponibili a tutti maschere viso, pettini da viaggio, tè ecc. Unica pecca, non c'è il distributore gratuito di acqua che invece abbiamo trovato in tutti gli altri hotel in cui abbiamo pernottato in Giappone. Le stanze sono molto piccole ma è lo standard per loro, infatti facevamo fatica ad aprire le valigie. Nonostante ciò, hanno tutto il necessario, phon, ciabatte, bollitore, aria condizionata ecc.

Negli ultimi anni, vivo spesso in un hotel con una calda o una grande piscina pubblica.L'hotel Candio è stato trasmesso nella ”luna di Gaia” della stazione di Tokyo, quindi ho deciso di lasciarlo una volta. Ho prenotato un piano di doppio letto con colazione, che può essere utilizzato per il viaggio nazionale per sostenere ”Itaima Tokyo Plus”.A piedi da Uson, New Bridge, può arrivare alla città per circa cinque minuti.Il primo piano è ”mia Italia”, l'ingresso non fa fronte alle strade, proprio in un solo lato. Quando ho preso l'ascensore, c'era una reception.Sembra che tu abbia messo la stanza sul piano inferiore, lontano dal piano 11･ 12 del fumo, forse perché hai preferito smettere di fumare.Penso che la stanza non sia grande o piccola. Uso spesso il PC durante la mia abitazione, quindi penso che sarei grato se avessi una scrivania.Sembra aperta a gennaio 11, 2018, ma non riesco a trovare un portale USB. Forse perché il bagno del dodicesimo piano è utilizzato al mattino, quindi solo poche persone possono usare lentamente il bagno di sauna (temperatura 65℃).La colazione è molto vario, ho mangiato ”suppa curry” per la prima volta.La tofu manifatturata è deliziosa.Guardando gli edifici della città, il colazione è straordinario.

Ci piace sempre stare all'hotel Tokyo Prince! Questa volta era più grande, così ci siamo piaciuti pienamente il nostro soggiorno. La posizione è molto vicina al venditore di Tokyo e facile andare all'aeroporto di Haneda.Questa volta ho appreso che c'è un autobus per la stazione Hamamatsu-cho che è molto conveniente. Le cose sono molto gentili e amiche che ci fanno sentire comodi e sono disposti a aiutarci. Il tempo thailandese ci è stato anche un corso in uno dei ristoranti giapponesi che era molto delicato e meraviglioso! Raccomandiamo pienamente agli altri di provare se vogliono provare il cibo giapponese corretto! Una cosa che mi ha deluso questa volta era che il desk era sporco, sembrava che la pulizia non fosse una bambola correttamente, quindi dovevo pulirla da solo. ( sembrava che i clienti precedenti fossero ancora presenti in un ufficio ) Tokyo Price Hotel è uno dei tradizionali e famosi hotel leggendari, quindi spero che possano migliorare il loro metodo di pulizia e assicurarsi che sia pulito prima che vengano nuovi clienti e - Stai qui. E quando ci siamo fermati prima che ci fosse una macchina per il caffè, ma non sembra che questa volta, quindi è stato anche un colpo deluso... spero che possano rifornirlo... Tuttavia, per tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato comodo, così ritorneremo quando torneremo in Giappone!

Il personale è molto amichevole e parla buon inglese. Abbiamo controllato alla serata tardi e sono molto attenti a noi. Il caffè e le bevande nel lobby sono gratuite per gli ospiti e hanno anche mini colazione complementare per noi di godere. È vicino alla stazione di metropolitana e a piedi alla torre di Tokyo. Sicuramente rimarrà ancora se viaggiate in Giappone!

ＪＲ Si trova tra il ponte nuovo e il ponte ＪＲ.E'facile arrivare dal ponte nuovo, ma penso che ci vorrà lo stesso tempo.Forse il più recente è Onarimon e Daimon.Il prezzo è assai economico, non c'è problema con le strutture della stanza, ma le finestre della camera sono asciugate per alcuni anni? E'solo scandaloso.Non credo che sia un problema per coloro che non si occupano della stazione.

L'hotel non è male. E' abbastanza vicino alla stazione e ci sono molti degli uffici più magnifici di Tokyo, quindi non c'era niente di grande o rumore. E' stato bello considerare che la pulizia era anche una casa ospite. A parte il dorme e la capsula non c'è spazio personale, quindi ho messo tutto il mio bagaglio sul pavimento o sul corridoio, che è molto cluttered, ma il bagno o il letto è molto pulito. Il servizio non è niente da valutare. Quando sono andato, non c'era nessun personale. Controlla in inglese sul tablet, registra per il check-in faccia, e dopo il check-in, il numero della capsula e il numero di check-in saranno dato all'indirizzo email che hai inserito. Infatti, anche se avete un personale, potete farlo da soli senza avere alcun servizio. Non sapevo se avrei mai scritto come questo prima, quindi sono entrato e mi sono aspettato per un po', e poi ho chiesto agli ospiti stranieri di trovare il mio posto. C'è un asciugacapelli. Lavatrice, shampoo e trattamento sono forniti. Il bagno è pulito, quindi va bene. C'è anche un frigorifero, un pozzo di caffè e una microonde. Non c'era niente che non funzionasse durante il mio soggiorno, ma quando sono andato, la gente parlava e non era così, quindi ero un po' stanca. Tuttavia, c'è davvero solo una capsula nello spazio privato, quindi è un po' consigliata per i viaggiatori con un sacco di bagagli. Non c'è problema con i bagagli o i vettori leggeri, ma ho combattuto un po'.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fantastic hotel and would highly recommend. The room was incredible clean, comfortable and well made up, and the service from everyone we came across was very efficient and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and well worth the money. The location is excellent - peaceful yet close to a number of restaurants and stations with great links around the city. The hotel were also very accommodating of our extremely late night check in after a late landing which we really appreciated.

Il posto è super buono, vicino alla stazione di metropolitana del nuovo ponte, vicino a mangiare e giocare e divertirsi. È possibile raggiungere con la passeggiata. Solo la colazione è un pacchetto occidentale. Dopo qualche giorno, non è la colazione giapponese tradizionale, non c'è nessun grande salotto. La sala ha sacca di zuppa e panino gratis per prendere.

L'hotel ha una camera da letto a piedi estensibile, che è raro in un hotel commerciale. Considerato che è vecchio ma molto economico, è abbastanza.Ma l'ho usato come attività, ma in futuro sembra non usarlo più. Anche se si dice che il suo obiettivo sia diventare ５ stella di Vijiho, la prenotazione anticipata è stata ridotta da ６ mese a ３ mese e guardando i clienti prenotati regolarmente.Ecco perché mi lamento, perché se la prenotazione anticipata è ３ mese fa, non posso prenotare senza spiegazioni. In questo caso, sarà un hotel ”solo” economico e sarà meglio altrove, quindi sembra che stia cercando un altro posto.

La posizione dipende da dove si va, ma penso che sia buona in generale, perché si trova in 23 camere d'ospedale e la stazione è molto vicina. Non ho visto il personale.Puoi fare domande perché qualcuno pulisce l'igiene quando vive, ma è difficile da capire per chi vive per la prima volta.Non c'è spazio aperto, quindi è difficile mangiare (penso ci siano circa due scarpe davanti alla sala elettrica, senza tavoli) La chiarezza è buona in generale. Le strutture di comodità includono un asciugacapelli, un asciugacapelli, un rivelatore di protezione per capelli e un ventilatore. Il nuovo ponte ha un ristorante di pollo e pollo che opera fino a mezzanotte.

Abbiamo prenotato la stanza gemella, ma quando siamo arrivati e siamo entrati, era più giovane di quanto ci si aspettava. Non c'era nemmeno spazio per aprire una delle nostre valigie, quindi mi fa pensare se questa camera gemella sia una scelta appropriata per i turisti dall'estero che vogliono fare shopping! Sembra che la camera gemella sia per i locali che non richiedono una grande valigia per vacanza, ma forse una valigia o una piccola valigia. Per superare questo problema abbiamo dovuto acquistare un'altra camera unica per le altre poche notti dopo aver lottato per stare insieme in una camera gemella. La camera unica era più grande della camera gemella. Era letteralmente due letti spinti insieme! Potete anche aprire due bagagli confortevolmente! A parte la questione delle dimensioni delle camere gemelle, i letti erano confortevoli e era un hotel molto pulito in generale. Usavamo il lavastoviglie due volte e era una buona esperienza. Amo anche la zona salotto al livello 12. La stazione più vicina, la Shimbashi, è stata molto vicina a circa 8-10 minuti a piedi. Non hanno scala di bagaglio, ma ci hanno prestato scala normale dove siamo riusciti a pesare il nostro bagaglio, ma abbiamo lottato un po'.
