Premier Inn Halifax Town Centre

I stayed for one night. The room was not very clean and I was left with one bath towel room. Unfortuntalkey ths cleaner had not repaced this form the previos guest who has wiped their backside on the towel ! disgusting.. I had booked the food package but there was not enought staff on and was advised it would be over 1hr 30mins wait for food even thigh the restaurant was 1/3rd full.

First of all, the customer service at this hotel is non existent. We checked in on Boxing Day and was given the worst room in the hotel. It looked out over an air conditioning unit that was noisy all day and night. We didn't sleep the first night and asked for the room to be changed. When we returned to the hotel, nothing was done and I was really annoyed. We were met with Assad who talked over me and said there was nothing he could do. I didn't believe a word he said as he wasn't genuine. He started to check other customers in whilst I was talking to him. The most horrible person ever, who also seems to have a problem with women. He threatened to have us removed from the hotel, said he had his hand on the button to call security and he could do what he liked. This was at 11pm at night. They did absolutely nothing for us, so we had to put up with this dreadful room the whole 3 night stay. The customer service is dreadful, nobody seems to care about customers here. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Sani was wonderful!!! Went above and beyond, gave me information about the area, very friendly! Would definitely recommend………… in fact, they were all very, very helpful and friendly… even the staff in the morning literally couldn’t do enough

Came last weekend to stay & Sanah at the ldesk checked us in. Great service helped me to carry ironing board to my room as seen my hands were full. I was greeted with a big smile as I walked to the desk definitely come back again and I also highly recommend the breakfast it was really nice! Also, i am planning to book here again for our next visit in the summer,

Very modern hotel in Halifax city Centre, very close to the bus station and train station. The hotel I pay 57 pounds which was good value for money on a Friday night very easy to book online. Only small issue I had was when I was checking out there was no one on the reception desk I waited for 5 min and no one was there so I just put cards in the box and lefted. They need to have a receptionist on the desk all times I think they was in the office and just looking at cctv to see if anyone was there. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and have everything you will need when you visit Halifax in West Yorkshire. The hotel just need usb sockets in all rooms
