This is the second time I visit Leonardo club during my trip in Israel. The staffs are professional and can speak English well. They know how to comfort and relax clients and asking the response timely. Worth to visit at a reasonable price. Especially appreciated female staff Batel in Tiberias Leonardo club and the black lady( don’t know her name) in Dead Sea branch.

I wanted to book directly a bed in 8 bed dorms I saw online, so I just walked-in without a reservation and asked for a bed for the night. The receptionist and owner who attended that day said that due to a bug in the booking system it doesn't get an accurate read of the availability. I was very happy when they offered to upgrade me to a bed in a 4 bed dorm WITH bathroom/shower ensuite at the same price! Thank you!! They also offered recommendations for Falafel and fresh juice nearby. The room was great, with an air condition and even a small fridge. The bathroom was clean and functional. Linen and a towel included. There is a cool rooftop with a bar in the evening! Lots of communal space including a pool table and tv room. Strong wi-fi. The hostel is in a prime location, right at the heart and main streets of the cities, with supermarkets, restaurants, central bus station, and all bus stops to the various points of interest around the Sea of Galilee, and the beaches of course. Enjoyed every minute and will return!

Il personale era estremamente utile, anche la ragazza dietro il contatore ha aiutato con il nostro bagaglio. Il bar del colazione era bellissimo e meglio di quanto abbiamo visto in qualsiasi hotel. La stanza aveva una bella vista sul mare di Galilea. Volevamo un snack veloce alla notte e il personale ha indicato i luoghi in cui potevamo andare, poi ha offerto di chiamare per vedere se potevano ottenere un sconto per stare all'hotel. Non potevamo aspettarci un servizio migliore, in effetti hanno superato le nostre aspettative in ogni settore.

Il mio marito e io e i miei in-laws sono stati al Jacob Hotel de Tiberias il fine settimana scorsa e abbiamo avuto una piacevole esperienza. Hotel pulito e buon odore, eccellente servizio, comoda camera e fantastico colazione. Certo, quando andremo a Tiberia di nuovo, torneremo all'Hotel Jacob.

Grande hotel che sorge sulle rive del lago di Tiberiade. Ci è stata assegnata, grazie ad un upgrade, una bellissima camera vista lago con un balcone panoramico. Forse l'arredamento del bagno andrebbe un po' rivisto perché datato. Splendida l'area benessere con sauna secca, umida e due vasche idromassaggio. La colazione è abbondante e ben organizzata. Di fronte all'hotel c'è un parcheggio a pagamento ma confesso che non è stata accettata nessuna delle nostre 4 carte (e alle fine ci hanno fatto uscire senza pagare)

We had with a nice sized room that had a very comfortable bed and a large shower. The entire hotel is maintained perfectly clean. The food was excelent. Service was very good. We were there with a number of friends for the Pesach holiday. Everyone in our group expects to bring more family and friends along next year.

This hotel is fantastic!!!! The view and location is beautiful!!!! The pool is beautiful and it has a private beach as well. The manager yonatan loval was wonderful and had wonderful service. Even helped us with the language barrier for an order we needed to make. And we were spoiled with a corner room ( ask for 209). We will definitely be back!!!!! Great location as well!!!!
