Ho soggiornato in questo residence da quando si chiamava Merchants Meilun. Ho soggiornato qui per il periodo più lungo, un mese. Posso dire che sono un cliente abituale di questo appartamento. Non c'è davvero nulla da ridire sull'ambiente strutture. Ma dopo questo soggiorno, non sceglierò di tornarci. La camera da letto e il soggiorno erano pieni e non avevo altra scelta che scegliere una camera singola, ma la pagina della camera indicava chiaramente una doppia di 2 metri. Camera da letto.Quando sono andato a letto la sera, ho scoperto che c'erano due letti singoli uniti. Questo può essere considerato un inganno del consumatore. Dopo il check-out, abbiamo discusso e gestito i reclami dei passanti domenica e non ho contattato i funzionari Ctrip fino ad oggi. Temo che la soluzione non verrà risolta. Non posso dire che non possa essere risolta. È uno sconto I buoni sono scontati per il prossimo soggiorno. Evita le trappole🕳️🕳️🕳️🕳️🕳️! Di solito non mi prendo la briga di recensire gli hotel, quindi ho dato a questo la mia prima recensione negativa. Ci siamo accordati per "aggiornare" la camera d'albergo 406. Appena usciti dall'ascensore, c'era un odore sgradevole che non riuscivo a spiegare. Più tardi ho scoperto che il terzo piano era il ristorante. Fortunatamente non era così grave nella stanza. Allora dai un'occhiata alle foto. Ci sono troppi dettagli per i quali sono troppo pigro per fotografarli. Se la presentazione dell'hotel è vera, l'hotel aperto nel 2016 ha avuto un basso tasso di occupazione durante il periodo dell'epidemia e lo stato effettivo delle camere è come mostrato nell'immagine, allora puoi pensare al livello di gestione e di servizio di questo hotel! Ti consiglio di tenere gli occhi aperti!

Situated about 20 minutes away from Tianjin West Railway station by car, this serviced apartment is big with sufficient facilities convenient for a family to stay in. The beds were clean and comfy and the ensuite toilet had a bathtub too. The common living room area had a couch and a TV for friends and family to gather comfortably if they intend to stay in the apartment for some bonding time. Highly recommended if anyone is travelling with a large group as its price is also very affordable!

Good place for a family stay. It has an apartment flavor, not like a typical hotel. Very comfortable and spacious.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and nice. The location is very convenient, close to subway station, restaurants, stadium. Will stay there again next time going to Tianjin.

This is our third time at this hotel, with twice in 2023. The hotel, used to be called Fraser Hotel, is now under new management but we did not feel any drop in quality whatsoever. The hotel is clean, close to metro and other transportation. The staff is responsive 24 hours a day and they promptly arrive and take care of any need we have had. We are planning to come back and stay here again in the coming week after our travel. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

Excellent service - the staff are very friendly and ready to provide service any time. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and very suitable for family trip. This is the second time we stayed there and each time we had an enjoyable stay.

The CM+service apartment is a really good accommodation for families, friends and couples. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well maintained. This apartment was great for 1 night stay or longer.Definitely recommended this place.

Stayed in a three bedroom apartment with family and friends. Location wise, it is good. Literally just next door you can find a decent Japanese Izakaya (居酒屋）and a respectable Cantonese restaurant. A short drive will take you to various malls. attractions and restaurants. The apartment was well stuffed. What one needs are all there. As the property is not new, there are wears-and-tears, not crumbling but..... Front desk service staff, breakfast staff and cleaning staff are all up to par. Friendly, warm and efficient. Breakfast is ok, nothing to shout about but sufficient. Cost wise, it is good value for money. A major downside of our stay was the jacuzzi was under maintenance, thus depriving the kids of some recreational fun. A slight hiccup was one of the three treadmills was down for the whole duration of our stay, depriving us of a friendly competition. Overall, a pleasant enough stay.

Very nice hotel

Nice hotel as usual with the Fraser residences! But the location if you plan to visit Tianjin is not the most convenient. It’s far away of any “living” area.
