It's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff. Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food. Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home. The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs. My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling. Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence. I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

Even though we stayed here just for one night in March 2023, yet we are carrying wonderful memories of stay and the culinary experience @ this little gem of Hilton chain. I asked for a veg burger for in-room dining to Lijo. Even on phone this guy was very polite, alert and energetic. The burger was really out of this world. Please try this Curried veg burger if you are here. Chef Rajneesh created this burger and he deserves my compliments. For dinner we were well served by a very polite and young *** Jayakarthick. The restaurant manager Vignesh was taking rounds of tables and it was very nice of him to ask about our food experience. We had ordered Meen Mulkittathu ( fish curry ) with Appam. It was high spicy to our taste and we rate it as one of the best. It was made by chef Sanal who deserves our compliments. We ordered Elaneer Payasam as dessert which was also top class. I would also like to thank Chef Arun to carefully note our precise instructions on the food. Mr Sarvanan was also very attentive and took good care of us. We were looked after so well by these gentlemen that it made our evening unforgettable. Thank you Hilton for suo-moto giving 10 per cent discount as Hilton Honors member.

Hilton remains the best when it comes to dining in Trivandrum with their exceptional menu.The staff, especially F&B manager,Mr.Sarath leaves no stone unturned.Wud highly recommend the place the for dining on regular and special occassion

My sister and I had the opportunity to throw my dad’s 80th birthday at Hilton a few weeks back. It was truly a memorable experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfect. They coordinated multiple run-throughs of the audio-visual system for our slides and presentation. The staff was incredibly helpful at each step, making the entire process effortless. Their professionalism made it easy. The food was excellent. A special live chat counter was also there. The chef helped us to take the best combination of foods to order. Thank you, Chef Arun, Chef Ram, Chef Vishnu. We also ordered a special cake with fresh berries. Thank you, Chef Satheesh, it was truly out of this world. I would like to thank Kanhu from Banquet operations personally. He was incredibly helpful, stayed with me each and every step of the way. Any last-minute changes or any demands, he would just simply get it done. I also have to say that I got a good deal to host the function at Hilton. This wouldn’t have been possible if not for the help provided by Mr. Vipin and Mr. Divesh Antony. Divesh made sure everything was arranged and done to precision. Overall, the event was really wonderful. All our friends and family were extremely happy and most importantly, my dad had an amazing time. Thank you, Hilton, for such a wonderful experience.

The choice of stay whenever I am in trivandrum. Excellent hotel, with luxurious rooms, super nice staff and excellent food. Being a Hilton Gold helps as I get upgrades and discounts on the food. The buffets, especially the Kerala cuisine and the salads are fantastic, and a must do when there. This certainly is very highly recommended and almost a home away from home, whilst in the land of Travancore.
