Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this Manh Quan Luxury Hotel. We will definitely come back for future trips. We’re personally content with: Pros: 1. Staff are very nice & smiley, yet not too casual, we were especially impressed with the security guard much that before leaving we’re looking for him to give him a tip but he wasn’t there. He was very friendly and helpful at guiding us to park inside the property. 2. Although the breakfast options were limited and pho bo ran out when I had breakfast (about 8.30am), the instant noodles were tasty. 3. Everything seemed very organized, even more than big hotels that we’d gone to. Cons: I hope the hotel manager could pay more attention to these following points to improve guests’ experience: 1. When we’re about to lay in bed, we found some hairs on the bedsheet. That could be of housekeepers when they changed the bedsheet, yet before guests check in, they could’ve rechecked the whole room (though the receptionist was very responsive when we asked for a new bedsheet, he even offered us to change to anither room). 2. There’re no beers in the minibar :( if there was, that’d made my partner’s night more completed :) 3. The water coming out of the shower head was way weaker than the head shower and lower tap. 4. I think it’d be more convenient if there was a rack or so in the shower, making it easier to reach out to shower or shampoo bottles, etc. Currently, you gotta place your stuff on the shower floor.

L'igiene è pulita, il servizio è buono, e la sala fitness, la sala scena del lago è molto buona, la stanza può anche cucinare da sola.Il sole splendente della sala scena del lago è molto bello, e si possono fare molte foto belle al tramonto.

The guest room is modern, spacious and very clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. Some staff need to improve English e.g. at Spa but they are still very helpful despite of language. The view from the window is the mountain view and it's very beautiful, similar like the mountain picture on the head board. The hotel has Executive lounge at the roof top with very nice city view to be enjoyed at night.

I stayed at the Sojo Hotel for the Den Hung Festival. It was the best decision I could have made. The staff at the Sojo Hotel were so helpful and welcoming. A special shoutout to (Nguyệt, Huy, Trang, Minh, Hải, Đoàn, Thủy, Anh, and many of the other staff who were so welcoming) They provided us with any support and service we needed. A couple examples was when they provided us a charger for my phone and our game controllers. They also provided us drinks when we became extremely thirsty from playing an intense game of foosball. The service at Sojo Hotel is a 10/10!! Sojo Hotel was such a sleek and modern hotel with futuristic features. I love the appliance and features in the room. The lobby was very nice and had many fun games. I played foosball with my friends all night long. One of the hotel staff members, Trang, even joined in and made the game even more fun! I think the best part of my stay was the service of the hotel staff. They made the experience so memorable and I am so thankful for their hospitality. I am so thankful to all of the workers of Sojo Hotel and hope that they receive praise and acknowledgement for their great work and effort. I hope to stay at the Sojo Hotel Viet Tri again soon!

Molto buon hotel, c'è un sacco di persone cinesi che vivono all'interno. L'hotel ha un cameriere cinese. Il ristorante è molto pesante, il sapore è buono. Il buon tipo di colazione è molto buono. La piscina è molto giocata di notte. L'ambiente è buono

I miei genitori celebrano il 30° giorno di nozze a Tam Dao. Il compagno di servizio Nguyet ci ha sostenuto molto entusiasticamente, ha organizzato 4 camere con una lettera di benvenuto per ogni camera. I miei genitori hanno avuto un compleanno molto felice nel freddo clima di Tam Dao. Le camere sono pulite e completamente attrezzate. L'hotel è molto ben decorato. La mia famiglia ha preso molte foto per commemorare questo viaggio. Tuttavia, il 2n1d tempo è troppo breve per noi per esplorare tutti i grandi angoli di foto qui. Spero che un giorno presto possiamo tornare e passare più tempo con Venus

La prima cosa che si può sentire quando arrivano all'hotel è che il lobby è troppo grande, troppo lussuoso, troppo belle tavole e sedie per gli ospiti per vivere liberamente virtualmente. La camera ỐC non pensava che sarebbe stata bella quando era stata costruita per molto tempo, ma l'interno è ancora moderno e confortevole.

Le valutazioni sono sempre basate su standard personali e criteri di valutazione. Per questo, vengo dall'angolo di un hotel aereo economico. Questo è il miglior hotel aereo intorno all'aeroporto di Hanoi Noi Bai, e a un prezzo decente. Non aspettate colazione a buffet intercontinentale, saloni d'affari e simili. La stanza è abbastanza nuova, pulita, funzionale e grande. Nonostante essere vicino all'aeroporto, non si può sentire nulla dall'aereo di atterraggio. Il colazione è semplice al meglio, e il personale sembra ancora in ”formazione”, con solo Brian come ”capo”. La piscina al tetto non sembra ben mantenuta, e la sala di intrattenimento è stata completamente abbandonata, con la tavola da football e da biliardo lasciato per raccogliere polvere mentre è diventato un deposito e parcheggio. Ma ehi, è un hotel aeroportuale. L'obiettivo è avere le persone a dormire per una notte prima di lasciare immediatamente. Si trova in una zona rurale molto bella, quindi non si aspettano alcuna catering o negozi di comodità stabiliti vicino. Pensate ai piatti di strada e negozi di forniture a casa. In conclusione, il miglior hotel aeroportuale vicino all'aeroporto di Hanoi Noi Bai.
