I specially want to thank housekeeping supervisor Rohit & housekeeping staff vaibhav. They both helped me a lot. Vaibhav is very hardworking and kind hearted. Thanks a lot to both of you. Well maintained hygiene in room.. fantastic stay..

I frequent Thane for work almost monthly and I always prefer to stay at the Planet Hollywood hotel. The experience has been fantastic with clean rooms and amenities such as Gym, swimming pool, bar and importantly friendly service. I always go to the Gym every morning and the Satish who is the trainer at the Gym is enthusiastic and full of energy. He his jeen to help and takes you through the exercises effortlessly and with care.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Planet Hollywood in Thane with my wife and our two-year-old daughter, and it was an unforgettable experience! The hospitality we received was truly exceptional. A special thanks to Nivrutti, Vrushali, Monika, Vishnu and Imon. Their generosity and attentiveness made our stay so enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure our daughter was well taken care of, checking in regularly to see what she needed. Also wanted to thanks Disha in check in/out process. Special thanks to Mayuri from Reservation /Sales team who gives us the best price. The hotel's ambiance is vibrant, and the facilities are top-notch. We particularly loved the food— the chicken nuggets and French fries were a hit with our daughter, and the mutton dish was absolutely delicious. Every meal was a delight!Thanks to the Chef Mr. Lognathan. We all had a wonderful time exploring and relaxing. I highly recommend Planet Hollywood for families looking for a fantastic getaway. We can’t wait to return! Thank you once again to the amazing staff for making our stay so special!

Rahul and Chintamani looked after us all night, from the food which was amazing, the drinks which were tasty and all through the night with a very eclectic playlist keeping us guessing and surprised! We are and drank in the atmosphere bar on the 11th floor - good times!

Experience of Gym and Trainer was excellent, Mr Satish is an awesome trainer and if you are a fitness freak and want to stay in Thane then Planet Hollywood is a right place. Mr Satish was very friendly and guided me as a Pro on workout. Thanks to Planet Hollywood team for hosting me and providing me a wonderful experience

Check in – the person on duty did not know how to do the check-in. Two people came to my room to get the picture of my passport and Visa again on a cell phone despite the picture being taken at the check-in. Upon returning to the room in the evening, the room air conditioner won’t start, and the room temperature used to get 27C. I had to call the hotel reception to report. It used to take more then 30 minutes to bring down the room temperature to 22C. I called the receptionist to adjust the controller three days in a row. One staff suggested leaving the room key in the slot while leaving the room, so the air conditioner won’t shut off. It was very hot to stay in the room. We were sweating like we had taken a shower. The room was very small and congested because of furniture. The staff in the dining room were very courtesy. They reserved my requested food items. They went a step ahead to serve us with the choice of food. I appreciated and thanked them for their service, especially Abdul and chef Lognath. Based on my staying experience at this hotel, I reserve my thoughts for staying in the future.

I had a pleasant experience in Planet Hollywood. The staff is very hospitable and supportive. They take care of the basic needs and go out of the way to make you comfortable esp in Cafe Delis - call out to Shiv Khadak and Ravi. They took care of all.

The staff are so hospitable here. Mr Abdul and Mr. Prateek provided excellent service at the restaurant. A 5 star experience in terms of hospitality truly. Had the oriental stir fry and choco lava cake. I would love to come back here again. The rooms are also quirky and uniquely themed making for an interesting stay. Easily the best hotel in Thane.

Super place. Special mention for Rahul Haider, Kajal and Nitin. The food, drinks and ambience are excellent. The location and ease of access is very good. The 11th floor Atmosphere is the best place to hangout in Thane. Service is good and plenty of food options.
