Hotel molto nuovo e pulito. È in una grande strada vicino all'aeroporto. Decorazione moderna. Letti molto grandi e comodi. Il nuovo bagno anche, manca asciugacapelli e asciugacapelli. La cena molto buona, così come la colazione. C'è una scatola in camera, molto piacevole in generale.

Questa è una Riad molto ben designata, molto centrale nella Medina. La nostra stanza (che era l'unica sinistra), era la più piccola ma ben decorata e molto confortevole. Solo il rimborso è stato il rumore dal ristorante sotto .... durante il servizio pomeriggio occupato il suo rumore molto forte (meno in serata).Il ristorante ha un'atmosfera meravigliosa per cena in serata. I principianti, di cui avevamo il Manchego e il timone, erano eccellenti, e le grandi porzioni che potevano facilmente fare due persone per condividere, incredibile valore. I principali corsi di couscous e di agnello grigliato non corrispondevano ai principianti. La colazione era buona, ma avrei aspettato di andare meglio da un Riad con un ristorante. Molto rumoroso dal ristorante sottostante, le camere nell'allegato immediatamente fuori dalla riga probabilmente più tranquille. Il WiFi era terribile che si è ridotto a un problema di router. C'era una TV nel ristorante che non è in linea con il sentimento tradizionale o la qualità di questa riad .... In generale, tuttavia, era così ben progettato e confortevole ancora prezzi elevati e forse siamo stati solo sfortunati con la principale corse ....

Ho trascorso 5 notti in questo bel hotel l'ultima volta December-2022.I può consigliarlo molto altamente.L'hotel è in una posizione centrale a pochi passi da le vicinanze.La stanza che mi è stata data è grande e molto pulita e servita quotidianamente.Voglio menzionare il personale che ha fatto del mio soggiorno un memorabile uno-Hamza,Mohammed e Nisterine, e nella sala da pranzo Abila e Mohammed.Il cibo qui era eccellente e il colazione ogni mattina mi ha davvero preparato per il giorno successivo.Il personale era quello che ha fatto del mio soggiorno così piacevole Sono sempre stati disponibili per offrire aiuto e consigli.Grazie a Mohammed per il suo aiuto con il mio bagaglio al mattino che andava via e per aver trovato un taxi alla stazione di autobus ....Questo posto è eccellente e sono felice di darlo 10 su 10.

My partner is Moroccan and I am Mexican-American, we are not married. We just spent 35 days in Morocco and traveled to 9 different cities and stay together in all but 1 of them. We are aware that unmarried couples are not allowed to stay in the same room at some hotels/riads, if at least one is Moroccan. So we made sure to always book at places we called beforehand to check with and make sure we were able to stay together. We called this place and they said no. We were going to find a new place to stay but THEY CALLED US back and said we were welcome. We arrived at check in time, and we were not allowed to stay in the same room. The same person my partner spoke with was there, she claimed he misunderstood when she said we were welcome. He is Moroccan, he speaks the language and there is no way he misunderstood. Also, why would they call us back just to say we are not welcome? She wanted us to book a second room. This would’ve been fine if we chose this place under the impression that we needed two rooms and we were okay with that. This was not the case. I could see her desperation when we were walking out, she really wanted us to get two rooms. My partner is Moroccan and I am Mexican-American, we are not married. Tricking us into booking with them so that they could later make us get a second room or simply keep our money without providing the service. We had to walk for 6 hrs, with our luggage, to find a new place for us to stay! Just Terrible! This reservation was non-refundable (if I canceled or didn’t show up), and I was comfortable with that since we called to check and we were told we were welcome. When they turned us away, I requested a refund and the receptionist proceeded to tell me that she could not give me a refund because I booked through Expedia.com, but that I could

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights . We were attending a wedding and this hotel was perfect for our stay. Check in was quick on arrival . Lovely spacious classic double room , modern furnishings, small balcony with Mountain Views. Modern spacious bathroom with wc, (no douche) bidet, large shower , double sink , hairdryer and miniature toiletries , fresh towels provided daily. Good wardrobe space with hangers - No iron in room . No tea/coffee facilities, small fridge in room ,50” tv on wall . Comfortable super king bed with tempur type pillows , crisp Egyptian white bedding . Amazing sleep . Breakfast is located on 1st floor - good variety of Moroccan breakfast - delicious omelette made on request . Friendly welcoming staff , tip them as they really work hard to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Outside you will find few restaurants - cafes - fast food - atm’s - souk is 10 mins walking distance . No outside pool . No hotel restaurant available due to winter time . All in all we enjoyed our stay at this hotel .
