Siamo stati in questo hotel per 3 notti per un tour di gruppo nella foresta nera, abbiamo alloggiato qui e di giorno ci siamo spostati su più tappe. Leggermente decentrato, ma comunque vicino a diversi supermercati. Stanze pulite e abbastanza moderne. Colazione essenziale e senza eccessi....ma si poteva dare di più. Note dolenti? Parto con l elenco: 1. Personale reception scortese e poco disponibile (ho chiesto un cuscino in più e mi hanno risposto che nn ne avevano 🙄..... ; mi hanno dato un telo doccia in più e il giorno dopo se lo sono ripreso sostenendo che gli asciugamani dovevano essere 2+2 per ogni camera e non di più.....mah . Valli a capire!!!!); 2. Ad ogni eventuale richiesta nn mi sono appuntata quante volte hanno sbuffato e alzato gli occhi al cielo; 3. Questa è una vera chicca....mio marito è sceso per la colazione alle 8,10 e gli è stato detto che per il gruppo la colazione veniva servita dalle 6,30 alle 8,00 e non più tardi ....N.B gli orari per la colazione erano dalle 6.30 alle 10,00.....QUINDI??? PERCHE' QUESTA DIFFERENZA????? AMICI DIMENTICATE CHE I LAGER SONO STATI CHIUSI..... poi abbiamo scoperto che la colazione dalle 8,00 in poi si arricchiva con più alimenti.....CHE SCHIFO!!! Comunque scortesi e poco disponibili... non ci tornerei....

Modern hotel with classic, large, cleaned and well-furnished rooms, for a really 4 star level! Near to the town center in a strategic very silent position, for a really comfort stay, in a so expensive little village. Good and large breakfast, very kind staff, quality/price ratio is no doubt higher than other hotel nearby, you can leave your car for free just in front of the hotel.

Hotel elegante e pulizia perfetta. Ho alloggiato nella camera 32, molto spaziosa e con tutto ciò che serve per rendere il soggiorno piacevole. La stanza è un appartamento con una camera matrimoniale (letto enorme, armadio, scrivania, tv), un salottino (divano, due poltrone, tavolino, scrivania con telefono e tablet per informazioni albergo), una camera singola e un ingresso ove ho trovato bollitore per té e tisane. Il bagno è molto spazioso (manca il bidet) e ha a disposizione del cliente i prodotti per la doccia e i teli. Il servizio ristorante é discreto con prodotti locali. La colazione é ben fornita di prodotti dolci e salati. Personale gentile e garbato che parla la lingua inglese.

Alla reception mi ha accolto bene da Viktor per il mio soggiorno di breve durata. La camera è confortevole tranquilla, il bagno di lusso, il buffet colazione molto ricco incluso in un prezzo sorprendente, così come diverse bevande nel frigorifero della camera. Una bella ricezione al mattino, come la sauna e il bagno a vapore sotto il tetto al 5° piano. Due tavoli da biliardo sono al piano terra. La posizione dell'hotel è unica nel cuore della città antica di Villingen. e al momento dell'advent è molto romantico. Tutto è raggiungibile in salto di gatto e offre ciò che il cuore desidera in queste mura storiche medievali. Evidentemente si trova direttamente al Museo del Franciscano, nel monastero, la possibile governance. Il caveau del jazz è in prossimità dell'angolo, così come un molto buon massaggio tailandese. Per un viaggio di fine settimana e altro ancora, a mio avviso, questo hotel è molto consigliabile!

Abbiamo trascorso un bel fine settimana in FederWerk con 44 persone. L'hotel è molto moderno. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. I servizi sanitari sono per i disabili e molto puliti. Il ristorante ci ha messo in gamba con deliziosi 3- e 4-Gang-Menüs. Come servizio speciale abbiamo potuto mangiare in mezzo ai nostri sacri piatti. Tutti erano entusiasti! Il personale era molto amichevole e professionale.

Wow! I came here to lodge my disappointment but am astonished to see the same behaviour has been meted out to people since 2019 and nothing has changed. Well, the waiters were quite decent but the lady at the counter probably had the same reason for not to smile or behave professionally to customers. I won't go into details here but will only hope they improve their customer interaction in this day when heritage establishments are struggling hard to maintain their clientele and ”good” image. I have noted someone from the establishment kindly reads the reviews here. So, they can contact me for exact date/time in case it is not clear who this person is. I only hope their reputation is not spoiled due to this while their product (the cake, Black Forest cake) was the best we had had during our trip. Best wishes.
