The rooms are extremely clean, the housekeeping staff is excellent, the night shift front desk employees are excellent, however you will run into trouble at checkout or check in in the morning if you have to deal with Karen. She is by far the rudest individual I believe I've ever come across, thank you Karen for taking a really nice trip and turning it into a nightmare as I tried to rebook a room. You truly are a Karen
