Hotel a Tebrau

"La nostra famiglia ha prenotato questo hotel è stato un piano di ultima istanza e fortunatamente c'è una stanza che è ancora disponibile anche se è lontano dall'hotel che vogliamo. 1) La stanza non dispone di tavolo di ferro e ferro, dobbiamo chiamarli e prenderli come pochi minuti per prendere la nostra chiamata. Li inviano dopo 30 minuti di ritardo e siamo in ritardo per cena. 2) il filo di ferro, il nastro il filo e le adesivi con una nastro nero per coprirlo. Quindi quando ho usato per ferro i miei vestiti, non funziona correttamente e anche io sento un lil shock elettrico e non continuo a usarlo. 3) Il mio toddler ha una febbre improvvisa e abbiamo chiamato il ricevitore per informare che volevamo un tovagliolo extra piccolo e loro lo riconoscono.Li abbiamo chiamati alle 2:00 e aspettati fino alle 4:00 e li abbiamo chiamati di nuovo e ci hanno mandato un tovagliolo in cambio. ...che mi preoccupavo per la mia condizione infantile in quel momento. 4) le settimane decisero di prolungare un soggiorno per poche ore e mi è stato detto che il check-out tardivo è fino alle 6 pm e ci saranno rm 70 ringgits. Un altro piano di ultima istanza è stato cambiato, abbiamo deciso di prorogare il nostro soggiorno fino al giorno successivo, ma è stato detto da uno dei dipendenti che dovevamo prenotare attraverso le applicazioni Agoda per prorogare il nostro soggiorno invece di spiegare che hanno dedotto metà di y importo invece di pagando invece l'importo totale. Già deluso 5) The channels TV does not have YouTube like normal ksl does. 6) non hanno menù per noi per ordinare cibo per l'ultima mins affamato alla notte e volevano ordinare cibo mio malato toddler ma abbiamo usato la cattura invece 7) il bagno ha sentito cose fastidiose come krik2. In generale non ci importa di posizione ma la soddisfazione non c'era affatto 8) sistema di controllo della necessità di aspettare 15 minuti al personale ci ha detto che il sistema è in ritardo. Che spreco."

"Bedsheets and linens are not exactly crispy clean but the location is great for nearby shopping malls (Toppen, IKEA and Aeon). Ok for a one night stay."

"This is my second trip to this hotel I like it because of his location is very good amenities around it. There is also parking included. Breakfast is also included although I will say the price is a bit on the steep side. Also, the breakfast usually we don’t need Frankie speaking we don’t need their breakfast because there’s a lot of food around the hotel just working between walking distance even level one of the hotel has already very good food and a supermarket so I hope they can give us a choicenot to use the hotel breakfast and reduce the cost. Otherwise, I may look for other places to go because the price is really a bit on the high side compared to the other two hotel. I also went for this trip."

"Very cozy and comfy studio. Home is clean and many appliances like hairdryer and iron for shirt. Location is also good near Mount Austin. Overall, pleasant stay and would stay again next time."

For the price, the room is very clean with amenities as stated (shower gel, toothbrush, towel, TV (no Netflix), free bottled water and kettle). No hair dryer available. The location is conveniently located - near to dim sum food place, grocery shop, many eateries and entertainment. Fuss-free check in. Food delivery can be ordered thru app and delivered up to door step of your room. Highly recommended."

"Good location for group of 4 stay at Mt Austin. Easy check in and friendly host that recommended nice legit places to dine and chill. Comfortable stay overall and minutes walk across to Austin area. Only the shower water flow slightly small but is negligible. Recommended for family and group for staycation!"

"The accommodation is really convenient. It is minutes walk away from aeon tebrau and easy to drive to mt Austin and other surrounding areas. Carpark is a little tight if you are driving a big car. The host is very responsive and courteous. My only nitpick will be the towels. Bring your own towels if you want better quality towels as ours seems to shed more than normal."
