"La nostra famiglia ha prenotato questo hotel è stato un piano di ultima istanza e fortunatamente c'è una stanza che è ancora disponibile anche se è lontano dall'hotel che vogliamo. 1) La stanza non dispone di tavolo di ferro e ferro, dobbiamo chiamarli e prenderli come pochi minuti per prendere la nostra chiamata. Un altro piano di ultima istanza è stato cambiato, abbiamo deciso di prorogare il nostro soggiorno fino al giorno successivo, ma è stato detto da uno dei dipendenti che dovevamo prenotare attraverso le applicazioni Agoda per prorogare il nostro soggiorno invece di spiegare che hanno dedotto metà di y importo invece di pagando invece l'importo totale. Già deluso 5) The channels TV does not have YouTube like normal ksl does. 6) non hanno menù per noi per ordinare cibo per l'ultima mins affamato alla notte e volevano ordinare cibo mio malato toddler ma abbiamo usato la cattura invece 7) il bagno ha sentito cose fastidiose come krik2. In generale non ci importa di posizione ma la soddisfazione non c'era affatto 8) sistema di controllo della necessità di aspettare 15 minuti al personale ci ha detto che il sistema è in ritardo. Che spreco."

"La stanza era molto piccola e il bagno era incastrato per cambiare per meglio.. era difficile continuare come mostrato di seguito.. generale OK"

"L'appartamento è bello e pulito, molto conveniente e confortevole soggiorno con i membri della mia famiglia fino a 10 persone."

"High floor with great views. Whole apartment is quite clean, no complaints from my parents. Only downside is that you need to lock the main door for electricity. If go out in the middle of the night separately need to get someone staying behind to lock and unlock for you, otherwise those sleeping won’t have electricity for aircon."

"What we love about the place is really the cleanliness, top notch! Location wise, decent depends on where you are planning to head, but honestly, to KSL is around 30 mins drive. We will go back for the cleanliness. There are small snacks for the kids and games too, and this makes them feel much at home."

"The unit at level 10 was clean. I think the House keeping Rahim did a great job. Rahim was really helpful and friendly. This is the kind of hospitality service that brings us wanna go back again. Suggestion: * The downside is rooms all have a little weird smell. May want to consider ioniser machines to get rid of those smell. I cannot tell what that was. * beds were on a little hard side. Maybe can add a layer of topper to make it easier to sleep on * Location was great but they won't let us bring trolley up to the apt makes it quite a turn off as we were not able to bring up the water 6L and a few other things we bought without the trolley. * Swimming pool has a lot of small pebbles inside, i think it needs some clean up. My son hurt his feet in the regular pool."

"Best part was the location and having 2 bedrooms in the apartment. On hindsight, should have gone for hyatt at the same building where lobby is accessible within the mall. For this residence, had a hard time even trying to check in. First of all, the auto reply welcome message told us to whatsapp the number 1-3 day before on check in. When i did, there was no reply all the way even thought the number was indeed under antlerzone. Had no idea if this was because check in was not ready until after 4pm on checkin day and no choice waited till then. But still no reply so tried to look around for alternative contact number and finally got reply from another of their whatsapp number and only begun check in process then. By then kids was tired and irritated and the instructions givennto access the lobby was not helpful for families not driving. Had to walk up the cars’ slope to reach. Advice on alternative lift and entrances were not helpful. Families with young children or elderly need to consider these."
