This place is great for a family stay.
My recent stay near the malls exceeded all expectations. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to multiple shopping malls, making shopping a breeze. Getting around was a snap; the apartment's proximity to major roads and I meant I could easily reach any destination.
The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Overall, this stay provided a fantastic base for us.
What made this place stands out :

• Prime Location: Close proximity to malls and easy access to transportation made exploring effortless.
• Comfortable Amenities: There’s Wi-Fi, Comfortable seating area and Fully stocked kitchen

Il condotto d'aria in soggiorno era difettoso. Insoddisfacente in questi pochi giorni quando il tempo era così caldo. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto controllare prima per immergerci nei centri di condotto d'aria. Il riscaldamento in bagno comune non funzionava bene. L'acqua era ancora calda, anche se il contatto del riscaldatore istantaneo era stato fissato a “off”. Dovremmo rimuovere entrambi i capelli/tappi per mescolare l'acqua calda e fredda. Non ci fu fornito sapone di mano, anche se Covid ci ha insegnato a tenere cura dell'igiene.

Cleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby...
Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam.
Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall.
If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly.

Grande posizione, come è vicino ai luoghi che frequentiamo. L'appartamento era ok. La sicurezza è stretta che è buona. Sotto è solo una macchina che può parcheggiare a un posto designato nonostante sia un appartamento familiare. Avevamo 6 adulti e un toddler.
L'appartamento che abbiamo non è amico dei bambini. Le telecamere per la TV e l'aria condizionata mancavano batterie e non funzionavano bene. Il balcone mancava un pannello in legno. Fortunatamente ho notato che dovevo tenere le porte di scivolo chiuse ogni volta che ho un torcia. I pavimenti del bagno erano super slippery quando bagnati, e quindi siamo caduti.
In generale, ok lah per un breve soggiorno. Non il più comodo ma sopportabile. Potrebbe tornare di nuovo, perché la posizione è conveniente per noi.

Mmayed+ve: Good location, there are many shops nearby eg.supermarket, massage palour, ktv, and many eateries. Rooms are good sized. Free parking and easy to park, there are sufficient lots.
-ve: Wifi is not good. Mostly get disconnected. Toilet floods after showering.

CCC..Mi dispiace per la foto blu. Non ho preso nessuna foto. Tuttavia, ho preso un video, quindi ho bisogno di schermata il video per le foto. Ho avuto un tempo difficile per cercare il posto come è all'angolo. Il nome del posto è Sleepz se la mia memoria è corretta. L'ambiente è bello. Mi piace la privacy che ho avuto. Ci sono anche computer che possono essere utilizzati. Tuttavia, non l'ho usato come farò il mio lavoro invece di rilassarmi. Haha. Il disastro era che ci sono alcuni bug volanti che mi accompagnano mentre dormo. Anche la zia e lo zio sono molto amichevoli.Tornerò certamente 😁

UUtente anonimoThe hotel branded itself “Hot Springs Resort” but the hot springs only open at 4pm and closes at 8pm. Which is not the smartest idea. Room we stayed in was clean. Toilet was slippery due to the tiles and aircon for some reason got disrupted at 12am. Calling the room service hotline was bad. No one answers the 5-6 calls I made. I was about to head down to the front desk and I saw the technician outside the room. Multiple rooms aircon were affected.
Overall the stay was okay. It’s a pity that we could not use the hotspring cause of the short opening hours.

JJace KohLa camera è pulita! La posizione è ok solo che dobbiamo prendere tutti gli altri luoghi, non cammina a distanza da quei popolari luoghi alimentari nel Monte Austin. E anche noi chiese una chiave di carta, ma dicono che può avere una. Ma ho chiesto decorazioni di compleanno per il mio amico e il personale dell'hotel l'hanno fatto bene, le mani in alto! Posso prenotare di nuovo la prossima volta!

JJC19Booked the family suite but was a tad disappointed. It is okay if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night, definitely not for the fussies. Toilet roll holder could not be found but only a tissue dispenser which was not near the toilet bowl but situated next to the sink, making it hard to reach out for it when you need it for your ‘business’. So some planning seriously went wrong here.
This place needs some touching up if possible. Only 1 card key was given. An additional one needs to pay deposit for it.
Redemption was there’s nice food available across the road only.

UUtente ospiteWe reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w
