"Il condotto d'aria in soggiorno era difettoso. Insoddisfacente in questi pochi giorni quando il tempo era così caldo. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto controllare prima per immergerci nei centri di condotto d'aria. Il riscaldamento in bagno comune non funzionava bene. L'acqua era ancora calda, anche se il contatto del riscaldatore istantaneo era stato fissato a “off”. Dovremmo rimuovere entrambi i capelli/tappi per mescolare l'acqua calda e fredda. Non ci fu fornito sapone di mano, anche se Covid ci ha insegnato a tenere cura dell'igiene."

"Cleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby...
Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam.
Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall.
If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly."

"Grande posizione, come è vicino ai luoghi che frequentiamo. L'appartamento era ok. La sicurezza è stretta che è buona. Sotto è solo una macchina che può parcheggiare a un posto designato nonostante sia un appartamento familiare. Avevamo 6 adulti e un toddler.
L'appartamento che abbiamo non è amico dei bambini. Le telecamere per la TV e l'aria condizionata mancavano batterie e non funzionavano bene. Il balcone mancava un pannello in legno. Fortunatamente ho notato che dovevo tenere le porte di scivolo chiuse ogni volta che ho un torcia. I pavimenti del bagno erano super slippery quando bagnati, e quindi siamo caduti.
In generale, ok lah per un breve soggiorno. Non il più comodo ma sopportabile. Potrebbe tornare di nuovo, perché la posizione è conveniente per noi."

The place is huge and there is also a convenience store actually is a supermarket which is really super because the supermarket really sell lot thing we have no time to explore the theme park because I will stay was a bit too shortoverall is an excellent place to stay

DDarrenThe capsule pod was clean and spacious enough to sit up straight while leaning against the wall. The aircon inside the pod is not as cooling as in the room though, so be mindful of that. Duvet is quite thick so some people might feel hot if they use it through the night. Also the common space was pretty dark and gloomy, contrary to the pictures put up by the owners. Also contrary to the pictures all the computers are off, and the LAN room was also shut, so I don't think guests can use them. Definitely feels like the place has seen better days
Shower has heater also but hot water only comes out when the pressure is set low. If pressure is set all the way the water is cold for some reason.
Location is convenient at the heart of mount Austin, so can cover most popular restaurants, convenience stores and even a Jaya grocer within a 5-10 minute walking distance
Counter staff consists of an uncle and auntie, probably the owners. Their attitude was not very friendly, and give you a frowning face everytime they see you. Maybe that's just their default facial expression, but didn't feel very welcome nonetheless. But oh well, the location alone more than makes up for their hospitality shortcomings.

MMT LeeeThis is our N times staying at KSL Hotel,unfortunately, the room this time was not satisfactory, especially the cleanliness of the bathroom. There were stains on the toilet seat, which made me afraid to use it. I had to place a piece of tissue on it every time. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very low, making it uncomfortable to bath. Furthermore, they did not provide a shower cap.
We’ve stayed here many times but never went down for breakfast. This time, we finally got up early to check it out. The variety was limited, with outdoor seating and basic items like bread and curry. We haven’t tried the hot spring before,maybe we’ll check it out next time.
As regular guests of KSL Resort, we sincerely hope that the management will take our feedback seriously and make improvements.

PPapa LimMiico Hotel @ Mount Austin è una scelta eccellente per un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente. La posizione è fantastica, vicino all'AEON Tebrau, rendendo facilmente accessibile shopping e cena. Il servizio di check-in 24-hour è incredibilmente conveniente, soprattutto per arrivare tardi. Il personale di accoglienza è amichevole e accogliente, creando una grande prima impressione. Le camere sono senza spot, riflettendo gli eccellenti standard di custodia. Inoltre, il Belly Cafe, situato vicino, è un luogo meraviglioso per un delizioso colazione per iniziare il giorno giusto. Un'area per il miglioramento sarebbe le pareti sottili, come si possono a volte sentire le normali conversazioni dalle camere vicine. In generale, molto raccomandato!

As hotel is near main road, the traffic noise at night and early morning was annoying. Worst was the TV reception...no antenna nor wired TV...all snowy dot dot dot...Room is clean n no smell, provided 2 towels, shampoo n bodywash, toothbrush. Able to catch some sleep !

UUtente ospiteWe reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w
