"Cleanliness is not too bad for price paid. Location wise is near Aeon Tebrau City, Toppen and Ikea. Hotel toilet door is faulty, cannot close tight... Hoping to have more storage areas for toiletries. The sink don't have space to even place rinsing mouth cup. Also the embedded hair dryer when turn on emits bit of smoke, I forgotten to inform reception when check out."

"Dear Trip, The house is very good, and we had a pleasant stay. In terms of communication, the team responded quickly, which we appreciate. However, we hope there can be better awareness of the surrounding situation. During our journey before arrival, several roads were closed due to a mall event. When we asked for alternative routes, we were informed that there was no information about the road closure, even though we had shared photos showing police and guards blocking the roads. This situation caused us some panic, as we were stuck in heavy traffic with no clear direction. It would be helpful if the team could provide reassurance and practical guidance in such situations—for example, advising us that we could approach the guards to open the cones as we were guests checking in. Guidance like this would have helped reduce our stress. Thank you."

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions. I even called the front desk to request a different pillow, but was told that all pillows are the same and cannot be changed. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide comfort and service. Overall, this stay was a terrible experience.
