Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions. I even called the front desk to request a different pillow, but was told that all pillows are the same and cannot be changed. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide comfort and service. Overall, this stay was a terrible experience. I will definitely not return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a good night’s sleep. ------------------------------- Saya sangat kecewa dengan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini. this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)

Il soggiorno mi ha dato un'immagine calda e confortevole, il posto era molto accogliente, pulito, spazioso e ben equipaggiato con quasi tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Una volta entrati, potevamo sentire un bel toccamento di fascino classico e nostalgico, che ha reso tutto il posto molto accogliente. Le strutture erano eccellenti, c'era una lavatrice con lavastoviglie, che era molto conveniente, e il distributore d'acqua era certamente una delle mie parti preferite. Come una ragazza asiatica, con acqua calda e calda disponibile, mi sentivo sempre così confortevole. Bevo un sacco di acqua, quindi non dovevo comprare acqua in bottiglia dal supermercato era molto conveniente. La cucina era ben preparata, con tavoli, liquido di lavaggio e un grande frigo. Il bagno era molto spazioso e veniva con lavastoviglie e shampoo. Un altro dettaglio di attenzione era il bagno fuori dal bagno, con lavatrice a mano, un asciugacapelli e un rack, che rendeva più facile rimuovere la maquillatura e prepararsi. The facility is new and clean , service is good .area is very quiet and large room area,, with relax balcony. Free parking space . 👍👍

Room was comfortable with a spacious bed. Toilet was disappointing though. The shower had a foul smell and water pressure was bad. The toilet bowl flushing was bad and couldn't fully flush

Beds, bathrooms, and common areas were tidy on arrival. Good standard for a short stay. *Service: 4/5 Good* Check-in was smooth and the host/management was helpful when we had questions. Communication was easy and responses were prompt. *Location: 3/5 Average* The location was just average for us. It’s not in the main tourist belt, so you’ll likely need a car/Grab to get to key attractions. Additionally, building is located next to a busy road, especially during peak hours. The engine / exhaust sounds from vehicles were quite loud. Not a deal-breaker, but something to note for planning. *Amenities: 4/5 Good* The unit was well-equipped for a family. Had everything we needed for a comfortable 2D1N stay. Beds were comfy and the space worked well for our family. *Final thoughts*: Cube 8teens by Nest Home delivers good cleanliness, service, and amenities for families. Location is average if you want to be in the city centre, but overall it was a comfortable and fuss-free stay. ************* for a smooth trip. Grande valore per i soldi, poiché le camere sono pulite e abbondante spazio di parcheggio. Receptionist was welcoming and pleasant to talk with, room was decently well maintained (Didn't take pictures) and it felt okay to good for a night's stay. Nearby is Paradigm Mall where the picture was the DipnDip chocolate crepe that I bought, delicious 😋
