A really nice stay at this hotel. The location is good and breakfast was decent too. Nata who was one of the staff here was superb. She was so helpful and always willing to help. She definitely is an asset to this hotel. She has a very polite and approachable manner to her. Nata was a big reason we re-booked our stay at this hotel after we returned back to Tbilisi from Batumi. We have stayed many in Holiday inn locations around Europe and Asia, but me and my girlfriend both felt Nata was one of the most helpful staff members we have met! There was also another young man , I don’t know his man , he was on the night shift. He was also super friendly and helpful. He had big fuzzy hair and was really nice . Overall , a great location with superb staff ( especially the 2 mentioned ) . Will definitely recommend this to my friends.

Nothing to say, this was the best hotel in my trip to Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, compared with similar price. Though the room that I booked was not so big but it was comfortable and clean. Very easy to reach and just a few minutes, you can go to all city attractions and metro and bus station. Breakfast was great and all staffs were very helpful indeed.

Great location close to the Trinity Cathedral and a small walk from the main tourist area. Great staff, so helpful. Clean. Good room size, easily enough space to open a big suitcase. Brand new hotel, some rooms not quite finished yet. Breakfast was great. I fully recommend this hotel.

It’s a new property, so everything was fresh, and super clean. The staff there are very helpful and hardworking. The location is not exactly at the city center, but not far either (therefore average rating). It’s next to the metro station so easy to travel from here. Overall great value

房間的衞生非常不錯，但是出於環保，不會提供一次性牙刷、刮鬍刀，這些東西需要在前台主動索取。 早餐我覺得是比較豐盛的，自製酸奶必須給好評，還有牛角包也非常不錯。缺點就是早餐的種類比較單一，連住5天衹稍微更換了1種熱菜樣式（烤土豆和炒茄子兩種菜進行反覆），這個需要加強與豐富。 酒店的位置非常方便，在自由廣場附近，旁邊就是地鐵站，出門也能在地圖上找到非常多的餐飲店。

從亞美尼亞回到格魯吉亞第比利斯還是選擇的這家酒店。雖然之前落在酒店的轉換插頭和枕套沒有找到。但是這次遇到的前台Luka非常好，非常熱情。詢問是否可以推遲退房2個小時，很痛快的答應了。Luka比之前入住的女前台好太多了。感謝你。

คืนสุดท้ายก่อนกลับประเทศไทย ฉันเคยไปพักเครือเดียวกันที่เกาหลี ยังคงซึ่งคุณภาพเหมือนกัน เตียงนุ่มมาก บรรยากาศดี พนักงานให้การต้อนรับดีมาก ทำเลสะดวกไม่ไกลสนามบิน มีร้านพิซซ่าที่อร่อยมากของโรงแรม รวมถึงร้านค้าสะดวกซื้อ

Отличный сетевой отель, удобная кровать, чистота, в номере всё есть - утюг, гладильная доска, фен, холодильник, электрочайник. Было бы хорошо, чтобы в номере добавили обувную ложку. Завтрак вкусный, есть кофемашина. Внизу бар и уютный холл, комната для общения. Приветливый персонал, все улыбаются. Нам всё понравилось! Если еще приедем, то сюда. На завтрак ходят неадекватные люди, которые не снимают верхнюю одежду и в уличной одежде трясут своими грязными рукавами , набирая еду в тарелки. Я не видела такого нигде, просто отвратительно и негигиенично. Это единственный минус, но это вопрос не к отелю, а к отсутствию культуры некоторых гостей. Рядом с отелем остановка 337 автобуса в аэропорт и станция метро Авлабари.

Отличный отель, сервис на высоком уровне, свежая еда на завтраках, всегда чисто и вкусно пахнет в отеле. Плюс шикарный вид из окна номера 🥰 Рядом с отеле станция метро.

酒店房間乾淨整潔，早餐也算豐富。酒店地理位置便利，到機場大概16公里左右，打車20分鐘左右可以到達。步行到聖三一大教堂、自由廣場，還有家樂福都不是問題。距離老城區也不遠，非常方便。洗浴品牌是喜歡的多芬，立馬好感度拉滿。酒店配有當地有名的M開頭免費茶包，特別好喝！前台服務也周到。推薦！

機場337公車1拉里直達，超級方便！一開始很多不瞭解，郵件溝通也非常友好和及時，前台Luka超級nice ，早餐豐富，回程打算還住這裏。

地理位置還行，距離去埃裏温的車站很近，下樓就是，酒店包含早餐，早餐比較豐盛，前台服務人員熱情，英語説的也很好，總體來説還是很滿意的。
