Nice and clean. Very supportive and friendly staff. Near JR station that is very convenient for traveling.

This hotel has a great location near Minato Mirai and Landmark Tower. The room was small but had everything I needed. The view from the higher floors was fantastic. Staff were polite and efficient. The bathroom was a bit old but still clean. Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted nice. It’s very close to the station and convenient for sightseeing. The area felt safe and lively. I would stay here again for the location.

We are here for 3 nights. This hotel has a very good location, close to Sakuragicho JR and metro station. Close to activities and attractions nearby. Room is not as big as we expected. However, the view from the window is great. Highly recommended if you are visiting Yokohama.

We stayed for the firework on NYE and this hotel delivered!! (Although I did go to the pier to enjoy it with the crowd). This hotel is located above Cross Gate which is a 3-4 level mall mainly of restaurants. I missed the info that they have a car park right under the building so I parked for an hour outside but that's fine. I wish it was multiple entries though. Car park is definitely challenging for bigger cars but manageable. Back to the hotel, it's typical Japanese size or even smaller if it's a two bed room. Breakfast was proper buffet style and I mean the room can fit maybe 30-40 tables if not more so you can imagine their offering is superb in both western and Japanese style. My only regret is I was too tired to walk and try each plate they offer!! Room is tiny but it can be excused by the view. Although I saw some constructions starting so the view might be blocked next time I come :( The only concern I had is that some lifts can connect to the mall bypassing the reception. So literally anyone could arrive to your door, which caught me by surprise a little.

The hotel staff and facilities are quite good. The view is wonderful.

My hotel room has super nice view in the downtown area. But the room is quite small.

The room is extremely small. 2 people with 2 luggage is very hard to maneuver in such a tiny space. We booked the room with view of the ferries wheel and it’s the highlight of this hotel. Also the furniture and room decor show its age. The location is great and reception staffs are helpful. But that’s all about the hotel.

Stay with my family and we glad that we stayed here, very convenient for everything (location, transportation, restaurants, games center, museums, and more) tand we have fun.

The hotel location is good for going anywhere and near all types of train. Room is clean and fast check out.

Room just a bit small. Staff are friendly. Very generous with unlimited face mask, foot patch, bath salt and quality toiletries items.

Location is definitely the best thing about this hotel. It’s close to the Cup Noodle Museum and World Porters Mall which is just a 15 minutes walk. You can also take the Sky Cabin back from World Porters to right across the hotel at night which takes 3 minutes. Close to 2 metro stations and is in a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Room is small typical to Japanese hotels in this price range so that is the only down side. But is still a great hotel all in all and the staffs are nice! Would recommend.

We stayed at a family room with four beds. The central heating system is quite hot during winter. The breakfast however is very impressing with sashimi. The location is great next to a station and a big shopping mall.

Convenient location very near to Sakuragicho Station and Minato Mirai tourist area. Luggage storage in hotel is in a dedicated access area using QR code and PIN, a very good feature of this hotel which helps to keep the reception clear for check-in.
