Le strutture dell'hotel sono relativamente vecchie, ma il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni va bene. Non c'è hotel migliore a Tawau. La colazione a buffet va bene, ma non ci sono posti dove mangiare e non ci sono minimarket. Devi prendere un taxi, il che è molto scomodo C'è un centro commerciale laggiù, tutti i malesi vanno a fare shopping, non c'è niente da comprare, c'è un supermercato nel centro commerciale e non puoi nemmeno comprare la frutta, comunque, non è conveniente vivere qui

Molto soddisfatto. Non riesco proprio a bere acqua calda perché il bollitore è rotto e arrugginito. Ma non importa, basta comprare il cibo fuori e riportarlo in albergo. E per favore aggiungi fazzoletti nella stanza. Perché è difficile pulire ciò che è sporco. Ma soprattutto, sono molto soddisfatta, va bene anche guarire 🤭

Non usare il nome di Royale lah, per niente adatto. Camera molto scadente. Aria condizionata molto non aggiornata, moquette con segni di ferro, colazione a buffet con piatti molto "murahan", dolciumi come da "pasar" i miei errori perché presumo che sarà servito con croissant e muffin. Hahahaha, non tornerò mai più in questo posto orribile. Non dimenticare, la decorazione davanti alla reception per hari raya usando una bottiglia di acqua minerale potabile. Agak agak la cuii. Dov'è il tuo budget per hari raya???

I have been staying every month in junior suite. So many times i have mentioned it to the staff & even the GM. Unfortunately no action was taken. For a junior suite amenities are very basic. Not even face towel or inroom slippers provided. Inroom phone is not working. Aircond is not cold, worst got moss. So dissapointing. However, the staff is very good. Friendly. Helpful. I understand they are doing their best in a very limited resources they were given. I urge management to look into this seriously. Let the picture speaks for itself.

Staff was friendly but the Hotel is slightly tired. Rooms is a good size with amazing view over Tawau and the coastline, but the rooms really are in need of some refurbishment. The bed was very comfortable and the aircond was excellent, we slept well. Good breakfasts selection on level 7 with amazing views. Would stay again due to its location, price and service

fav hotel since year 2011 , setiap 2/3 bulan dtg tawau mesti stay sini . staff semua baik /friendly & makanan sedap . i like the alacarte menu thumbs up 👍 for the cook 👨🍳 & teams 👍.. but there are some things make me disappointed,bilik selalu xda Towels/Minerals and Tv no remote control,jendela bilah buka langsir banyak habuk celah2 bilik berhabuk . baru2 ni stay sini saya perasan air minum habis, ingat nak call room service but unfortunately their phones also won't work out 😁 sorry guys i just telling the truth ya..

Hotel has been poorly maintained, not very clean. There was still left over soap from the previous occupant. The toilet looked dirty especially at the edges and the carpets didn’t look clean as well. The good is that their breakfast was tasty with a decent choice. Bed comfort was acceptable. Lots to improve from the cleanliness point.

Dissapointing. No action even after complains made to the staff.

The exhaust fan of the toilet in my room is broken. One of the water tap in the shower is missing. Other than that, it is ok

ok lah sbb dah biasa stay sini since tahun 2013 lagi . cuma sedih sbb banyak sangat downgrade tmpat ni. what i like most about this hotel, all staff are nice and helpful. makanan pun ok sdp n affordable price. cuma tu jala problem nya always forget to provide towels .toothpaste and toothbrush,and telephones in room also takdah nak call room service pun xboleh 😅.

Me having bad xperince at their Cafe. Me having meet up session with my friends. Agree order drink and foods. My meet up start at 10am.. we must lwave the place by 12.30noon. 1st time i heard such rules.. as in house guests. 😔😔 Kids playing my door bell and push my door
