The breakfast is very nice and the restaurant environment is also nice. The room is very clean and the service team will change the bed sheet regularly and the bed is very comfortable for sleeping. The only point I should say is that when I open the cabinet in the room the air smells terrible, maybe the room just finished the decorations, I need to open the window to fresh the air in the room.

最值得稱讚的是服務，前台可以幫打車，還會好心的提醒我們大約價格應該是多少，以防我們作為遊客被騙，地理位置相對還可以，不是太市中心，也比較方便，環境一般吧，房間比較小

Халаты и зубные щетки только по запросу. В номере из крана лил кипяток, чинить проблему к нам пришли в 11 вечера. Те заселяешься уставший и не можешь нормально помыться, а в 11 ночи к тебе в номер ломятся ремонтники. Съехала на следующий же день, даже на завтрак не осталась. Отдельный прикол- это вращающаяся дверь на первом этаже, которую крутит специальный мужчина. Причем он не помогает гостям достать чемоданы из машины, он просто крутит дверь. Не позорили бы имя нормальной сети, от Radisson в этом отеле только название.

Персонал классный, вежливый. В номерах чисто. Бассейн вообще сказка- персонал пытается угадать все желания- в особенности импонировал спасатель- интересовался, помогал. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, сопровождаются живой музыкой- что очень приятно. Расположение отеля удобное. Рядом обменник. В отеле обменный банкомат не работал. Чистота прекрасная. Соотношение цена/качество супер

這家酒店必須給個差評。我的訂單裏本來含着早餐，第一天早餐的時候，攔住我，非説我的費用裏不含早餐，要額外交，拿出攜程的單子，翻譯過來才完事；回房間後，打掃衞生的女士，敲了一下門，還沒等我開口，就打開門進來了，看我在屋裡又退回去；第二天中午，我有急事要去塔什幹郊外，我是連着定了三天的房間，想退了後兩天的費用換個酒店，結果前台死活不退，説是人可以走，但是費用不能退，差點都要吵起來。沒辦法衹能繼續住。早餐品種少還難吃，户外泳池是乾的。酒店設施老舊。真心提醒不要再踩坑了，這個酒店的價位真心對不起這個酒店的實際情況。
