Hotel vicini a TeddyVille Museum Penang a Tanjung Bungah

I was very skeptical in the beginning in choosing this stay , but it turned up all good in the end. Thank you so much to Mr sures and Al other involving staffs that has been super helpful in checking out my entire stay and making us feel super comfortable during our days in PR Penang. Mr.sures has promptly arranged our cakes and balloon and dealing with my OCD ensuring my family and I got all that was served and planned accordingly ! Wonderful ! No referent and thank you again ! It was indeed a beautiful 2 nights stay with my entire family and everyone was happy untill the morning of our checkout during our breakfast time.,.. we were indirectly turned down. Your staff shaipul from the morning breakfast team was not being very pleasant or even nice regardless of the busy kitchen . We asked for water for my choked 4 yo daughter during her breakfast meal to shaipul and we were told to take our selves and my sister actually ran and went in to look for plain water , there was no serving of water kept untill she asked the staffs inside for water and they pushed her back and forth for water . And when she came back to me saying there’s no water and I was extremely pissed with that as my daughter was choking. So what I did was ? I stood up and told one of the lady girl standing close to shaipul and that girl was visibly looking like a Myanmar gal if I’m not wrong that was managing the cup and saucer area next to the coffee station to help me with 2 mugs of water and she replied me very “politely yes certainly” and I heard shaipul telling her “why didn’t you ask them to go in and take the water all by themselves “ and that got me really pissed as it was extremely rude. My daughter was choking and regardless of situation is that how your staff would reply to my sister and his co-worker that’s willing to help us ? With someone like shaipul, trust me your hotel standards are never gonna get anywhere . Please discipline him properly as he is passing out his toxic service aso to his co -worker that was willing to help us . Otherwise the entire hotel service was beautiful , and lovely; ending up with another comment, upon checking out , there was an Indian lady whose checked me out , overall grooming was okay , but she may need to maintain her tone of voice when speaking to her client regardless to race . No idea if I was looking like an Indian hence that angry bird mode, but lol. Your hotel holds An extremely high standards , but with this type of local low classed mentality staffs , trust me the value of every single standard of the hotel is being decreased automatically . Hotel buono e bello. Molto spazioso e confortevole. Sebbene non sia di potere umano, si può vedere che stanno ancora facendo il meglio per servire i clienti. I bambini amano questo hotel molto perché è facile andare alla spiaggia, e hanno anche una piscina privata in campo. In generale, è buono. Vale la pena prenotare questo hotel, specialmente quando Trip.com ha una promozione.

Questa deve essere la quarantena più piacevole che abbia mai fatto. Ho una stanza con balcone che guarda il mare da un lato e le colline dall'altro. Ieri sera ho guardato il sole, e stamattina ho fatto i miei esercizi in questa breccia, e ho visto gli uccelli volare intorno agli alberi. Grazie speciali alla squadra di prenotazione dell'hotel - Hasrol è stato così utile. Mi ha assicurato di avere le camere che ho chiesto (siamo un gruppo di famiglia, così voleva anche le camere di accompagnamento), di tenerci aggiornati mentre le procedure di quarantena hanno cambiato, e di avere i documenti necessari per una pulizia regolare attraverso l'aeroporto. Qual è la differenza che ha il personale professionale e di cura, soprattutto quando si tenta di viaggiare durante la pandemia di Covid.

Bel posto e buono

In primo luogo, il personale è molto carino e non può fare abbastanza per voi. Quando ci siamo accorti che abbiamo fatto una prenotazione accidentale la settimana sbagliata! Ma non è stato un problema perché ci è stato dato un posto migliore per lo stesso prezzo! In realtà, ci siamo divertiti tanto che abbiamo finito di rimanere per 14 notti! La posizione è grande, c’è molto da fare, molti ristoranti e la spiaggia è meno di pochi minuti a piedi. Inizialmente è stato difficile trovare come si trova in un vecchio centro commerciale sul secondo piano. Una volta entrate, la porta frontale sicura la reception è moderna e pulita, 24 ore di aiuto è sempre disponibile e le camere sono chiuse con una chiave fisica. Camere moderne pulite con suite rinnovabile con doccia pioggia. Acqua calda in ogni momento e WiFi affidabile. Anche tè e caffè 24/7! E colazione ogni giorno fino all'11:00!! Ogni 3 giorni abbiamo asciugamani puliti, fogli freschi e la stanza è stata pulita. Alcuni ospiti hanno lamentato il rumore del caraoke che è sullo stesso piano, ma la nostra stanza era più vicina a questo e non ci siamo mai tenuti, l'ultima potrebbe essere solo circa le 23:30, ma questo era un sabato sera! Gli unici secoli, anche se piccoli, erano la mancanza di varietà al colazione, la mancanza di luce naturale nelle stanze a causa delle finestre che si trovano nel centro commerciale, per cui le tende dovrebbero essere chiuse, E il WiFi era un po' lento, ma solo notabile se streaming video HD, per il web generale surfing era più che capace! In generale, io e il mio partner erano molto felici con le nostre 2 settimane che abbiamo trascorso qui, ci sentiamo molto sicuri e rilassati e non si può discutere con il prezzo! Ci ha risparmiato un sacco di soldi durante il nostro viaggio di 6 mesi e è stato uno dei nostri posti preferiti che abbiamo soggiornato a Penang! Grazie ancora, se siamo mai in Malaysia di nuovo saremo sicuri di visitare :)

Basta.Clean room, ma per piccoli i suoi occhi per 2 persone.Il bagno è molto piccolo, ma pulito.Tutto bene.Aria condizionata buona.

Check-in senza deposito. La camera è spaziosa, c'è una vasca da bagno esterna sul balcone, puoi goderti il suono delle onde mentre sei ammollo. La piscina è ampia ma profonda 1,2 m. Consentito a 5 persone di essere in piscina alla volta (SOP hotel ne la). Hotel consigliato se venite a Batu Feringgi. - al Lone Pine, il Boutique Hotel di The Beach

La nostra famiglia è davvero divertita a Doubletree, la loro ospite è sorprendente e le strutture sono tutte la marca Crabtree, buon prodotto! Non dimenticare di menzionare i loro cookie caldi di cuore al check-in! L'unica cosa che ha fatto la nag è che la spiaggia è troppo lontana per gli anziani! Grazie per l'aggiornamento gratuito e la decorazione gratuita di compleanno con torta, mia madre in legge è stata felice !

Confuso, al momento del check-in la reception ha detto che la colazione è pronta e si cena al bar. Fortunatamente ho controllato il personale del bar, mi hanno detto che servirà in camera e mi chiedono quale scelta di colazione vorrei. Il resto ok
