We stayed for 3 nights. The room lacks the fine amenities suited of a beach front resort hotel. For example, there were neither room sandals nor outdoor towels provided. What was provided instead was an ironing board but without the iron which is more suited for a business hotel. The bathroom towels provided on the 2nd and 3rd days smelled which indicates that it was not properly cleaned. Housekeeping did not clear away all the empty food packages that were nicely arranged to assist clearing by the housekeeper (and we tipped). We have indicated that it was a honey moon stay, but no arrangement was made by the hotel to make the experience memorable. I would say the cleanliness is average, which makes for an average stay. Choose only sea front view as hill view just looks at the main road.

Ho sentito parlare di questo hotel da qualche parte e l'ho provato da solo. Cosa posso dire, questo è il miglior hotel 4-star a Penang. Il servizio dal desk & staff front are very helpful and good. The room given is amazingly great. Spazioso camera con letto, bagno pulito, buon flusso acquatico e piccolo balcone. Tutte le strutture fornite funzionano bene e completato. La colazione inclusa con il prezzo è media ma ha ancora molte opzioni. L'accesso alla spiaggia è fornito, molto facile. Bagno standard ma in realtà grande. Questo hotel si trova in luoghi molto strategici che si possono scoprire tanti luoghi di attrazione e anche negozio di cibo. Grande!

Perfect stay for a family. My family loves it and the balcony seaview I must say it is just astonishing. It has every amenities you could imagine and it is convenient to the beach side as you can access with just a tap at the beach gate. It is a private beach where it can only be accessed by the residents and hotel guests. I will definitely put this in my top 3 accommodation list whenever I visit Penang the next time.

Bella posizione sulla spiaggia. L'hotel era come descritto, l'ho visitato all'inizio della bassa stagione con pochissimi ospiti in hotel, la piscina chiudeva alle 18:30 tutti i giorni, solo 4 stazioni TV locali in TV, il Wi-Fi funzionava bene ma il servizio era disponibile solo nella nostra camera, un famoso bar sulla spiaggia è annesso all'hotel con un fantastico spettacolo di fuoco (provate il fish and chips), la colazione a buffet era un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo se prenotata insieme alla camera, abbiamo scoperto che andare presto (08:00) era il momento migliore per andare al buffet,

Basically it’s a old hotel. The bathroom floors are very slippery due to the smooth surfaces (tiles not suitable for bathroom use). Furnitures and fittings need to be upgraded. The beach is just for view of the sea not for swimming (dirty). There is no upkeep of Landscaping outside the hotel. It’s suitable for short stay.
