Occidental hotel Tangier is good , staff very nice breakfast fantastic the chef lady very good reception are very very helpful specially mr Yassin is very helpful person other staff at reception are good was going to move to another hotel because my satay was for 10 days booked for 6 days Occidental then decided to stay 4 more days in same hotel

فندق جميل وموقعه بعيد عن وسط المدينة والكورنيش  ..يتميز الفندق بالهدواء والرااحة التامة كانت أقامتى جميله سأعود قريباً

服務：前台入住花了一個多小時，找不到訂單，經理過來不問情況，直接對我發脾氣，讓我走，説我不尊重他們，給錢也不讓住，第一次遇到這種蠻不講理的服務人員。我衹是問了一句，我等了一個小時了，你們要多久能處理好。

房間挺好的，乾淨，安靜 離大海也近，但是不靠海 離海大概1公里多吧，有車的話會方便很多

Buona la posizione, ma bagno praticamente inesistente, un wc all'interno di una minuscola stanzetta senza aerazione, il lavandino dentro la stanza. Non mi è mai capitato di avere un bagno senza aerazione!! Non è all' altezza di un hotel di questo livello!!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante un viaggio di lavoro a tangeri e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto la posizione è strategica, perfetta per muoversi facilmente in città,La camera era pulita, spaziosa e molto confortevole ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa lo staff è stato eccezionale: professionale cordiale e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Un’esperienza piacevole che consiglio vivamente a chi viaggia per lavoro o per piacere. Sicuramente tornerò

Bellissimo hotel: moderno, pulito, camere spaziose. Ottima la cena ed anche la colazione. Arredamento davvero apprezzato. Ha anche piscina e giardino, per una pausa di vero relax! Da suggerire e....ritornarci.. ps. Letto comodissimo!....

Hotel 4 stelle ma di categoria inferiore come servizi e attenzione al cliente. Cani che abbaiano la notte, ospiti chiassoso nel giardino accanto la piscina fino a notte inoltrata senza che il personale intervenga, camere con pulizia superficiale. Da non ripetere.

Siamo finiti in questo Hotel per caso, per una sostituzione del Tour Operator. Personale della Reception professionale e gentile. Interni moderni è molto curati nel dettaglio. Camere pulitissime è molto belle poiché particolari. RISTORANTE CON CUCINA A VISTA TOP ! tutto quello mangiato era di ottima qualità e servizio eccellente. Piscina molto bella. consigliatissimo!!!

I stayed in the hotel for a week and it was amazing. The room was silent, non smoking and cleaned every day. Keep in mind you shouldn’t leave too late or housekeeping may not come to your room. If you do leave late, make sure to let reception know so you can come back to a fresh room. Overall an amazing experience and will definitely look for Barceló hotels on the next trip

You get what you pay for. It's a few km from downtown and there isn't much around there, but the rooms are clean, the staff are pleasant, and the food (and bar) were fine. The room didn't have any towels when I checked in and it took two calls to get some, but that's a minor inconvenience. Overall I was pleased with the hotel.

It was a decent hotel. I stayed in the junior suite which was fine, even though it could have used a bit more closet space to hang your clothes. Bathroom wasnt too big, could have used a bit more space there as well to hang my towel. Bathroom cleanliness was okayish. Bed was really nice. Balcony was nice as well with a lot of sun coming in. Employees very professional, friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to Vila Haris park if you'd like to go for a walk or have a picknick there and close to restaurants Capucchino and RR ICE if you want to get breakfast. Breakfast is not expensive (12eu) either at the hotel and was nice as well. The hotel is not located in city center, but easy to find a taxi either via InDrive app or on the streets (blue yellow cabs).
