For almost 2 weeks I stayed there together with family, it was an amazing stay. The staffs, foods, rooms are all great. Big thanks, especially to Monica(Receptionist), Mikha(GRO), Wandi(Housekeeping), they're the most helpful and gave us really good services. Looking forward to our next stay there!

Hotel sangat bersih dan pelayanan sangat baik. Sarapan banyak variasi dan enak. Menginap 2 malam bareng keluarga sangat menyenangkan. Lokasi sangat dekat ke trans snow dan bxsea.

Wr had fun experience during our stay at santika premier. The room Clean and the size not big and not too small. They provide toiletries such as tooth brush, cotton bud, soap. The breakfast mostly Indonesian, and provide western such as spaghetti and bread. At my second day stay, there were some different food from first day. For me the fried noodle was too sweet but other were awsome. Breakfast for xtra person about Rp. 220.000 at april 2024. The pool for kid and adult were small. The location very close to Bintaro xchange mall, about 1 km. The staff very friendly.

Staying in the hotel Santika was quite pleasant. The room was perfect to stay, also the food very delicious and many choices. Especially staffs are so kind and friendly. One staff, Andi was so nice to helpfully bring my luggage in the late evening.

When i stay in santika, i expect pleasant stay experience and its a premiere santika so it's better.. right? And the answer is NO, when i check in the lobby is good, and the room alley is also good,but when i enter my room, the room is extremely old,dirty,moldy and dark, so i complaint and the room is better than before but still awful.. I cant believe its a premiere 4 star santika hotel.. There's no other room available so they offer me to upgrade to suite room for Rp. 1.1 jt per night.. and of course i decline, for that kind of money i can stay in way superior and better hotel than this terrible hotel.. Another detail, the breakfast is average, the swimming pool is small and no shaded waiting area, the gym is small, crampy, and awful and separated into 2 tiny area.. Don't stay in this hotel at all cost !!

It always great to stay at Santika, but we wait for 1.5 hours after check in to get our room😡

First time here at santika premiere with my family and we have a great time here. The room are clean, they provide smart tv also in the hotel room so that is a plus value for me and my family. The waitress at breakfast gave very good service to me and my family, his name is odi. He ask us if we want coffee or tea, he ask nicely. Hope he will do that with his heart and do that to other customers too.

Pertama kali menginap di Hotel Santika Premier Bintaro senang lokasi dekat Mall Trans Snow world Bintaro juga pasar / bazar pagi malam Anak anak senang enjoy , semoga kedepan berkesempatan menginap lagi di sana untuk menu makanan breakfast baik bagus

The service is very satisfactory. Area of improvement is on the temperature of the soto soup to be heated up at all times. Icha our waitress is extremely friendly and in providing exceptional service to us.

The hotel location was great, a few meter away from trans snow word bintaro , the breakfast was delicious and had great variety of options, the service was excellent the staff was very friendly and helpful .. it is highly recommended to stay along with kids
