Era già mattina presto quando siamo arrivati, ma l'atteggiamento del personale è stato molto buono, veloce e professionale durante la notte. Più tardi, la TV in camera non era in grado di funzionare, ma ci hanno aiutato a risolvere il problema il prima possibile possibile.Grazie mille. L'hotel ha fatto del suo meglio per soddisfare le esigenze indicate nella prenotazione e sono rimasto molto commosso. Ho avuto anche la fortuna che al mio arrivo ci fosse un parcheggio. C'è una macchina per il caffè a capsule che consiglio vivamente! Tuttavia, ho visto un batuffolo di cotone nella toilette che non avevo mai pulito prima. Puoi prestare maggiore attenzione alla pulizia~ Nel complesso è una bella sensazione Ci tornerò se ne avrò la possibilità!

The hotel is in a pleasant area, and is close to the metro with easy access to the rest of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, although the shower is badly designed and tends to soak the floor. Housekeeping comes at unusual times like 5pm, which is annoying if you want to have a shower and get changed before dinner. However, on the whole I thought it was good value for money.

Hotel room was just basic. Slightly on the older side, but still decent enough. Location is great, probably a 5mins walk to the train station and there are food stalls around.

Everything is good as expected. The location is good, restaurants and MRT are nearby.

Great location, relatively older building with renovation. For the same room type, some rooms are better than others. Some of the rooms have non working outlet, soundproof not as good, overall acceptable when you can get the room with decent rate. Their daily rate kind of fluctuates based on the booking situation.

Good room but being assign a room can see the big trash.

Close to subway and restaurants. Will consider to stay agsin.

Hotel having superb location beaide MRT station . Around do have meant amenities and eateries . The room is clean and bright with mineral water supply and even coffee maker . The only and major improvement need is the bathing . The bathing tub is not suitable for standing bathing . Also the water drainage during bathing is poor as the water can easily flow out onto the floor making the floor a bit slippery . This should be an easy fix.

Located close to mrt station and short distance away from hot springs and night markets. Morning breakfast are also short distance walk away. Dinner and supper is also 5mins walk away. Decent room. Clean. After refurbished, the cigarettes smell is gone. We will definitely come back again

The room is worn out and full of spider web.
