Quiet location on Natai beach. Good size room, huge comfortable bed, new center ceiling aircon. I guess these pool access rooms are renovated recently. Staff is really nice and service minded. Breakfast was little disapointment. Sausages, becon etc. were all cold. Many food were finished and not filled in 30 minutes time. Hygiene low level. Many people took food by hands because no proper tools or containers. Would like to see rice soup in breakfast while in Thailand.

Resort situato a una mezza ora di macchina dall aeroporto. Ambiente imponente in stile thay con una attenzione al giardino e al verde quasi maniacale. Ho soggiornato in una pool garden e siamo stati meravigliosamente. Lo staff è gentilissimo senza mai essere invadente. Chi vuole staccare del tutto senza avere la frenesia del traffico e dei rumori è perfetto ma se volete la vita notturna assolutamente no perché avrete bisogno sempre del taxi. È un posto pulito incantevole romantico e soprattutto pulitissimo. Rimango basita quando leggo c erano gli insetti...ovviamente ci sono siamo nella jungla in thailandia non in piazza san marco in citta'. L albergo effettua fumogaxioni settimanali. Due formiche non hanno mai ucciso nessuno. La spiaggia è attrezzata bene senza deturpare la natura. Il ristorante dispone di una selezione di cibo molto varia dai gusti adiatici thay fino a quelli internazionali. Io ci ritorno sicuro.

Natai House si trova sulla strada secondaria accanto alla spiaggia di Natai-Khao Pilai, non lontano dal ponte Ban Na Tai. Percorrendo una passeggiata di 100 metri dall'appartamento, arriverete ad una spiaggia con sabbia bianca e finissima e acque bellissime e limpide. Le camere della Natai House sono molto spaziose, dotate di aria condizionata, TV e tutti i canali thailandesi. Un'altra cosa preferita è la piscina dell'hotel. C'è un ristorante chiamato ”Krua Ink Daeng” nell'alloggio, che può ordinare cibo a un prezzo abbordabile. In generale, sono rimasto colpito e tornerò di nuovo qui la prossima volta.

The place is beautiful The beach is amazing The service is poor. The cuisine is average. We had a romatique dinneron the beach - everything was messed up - the service was long, the food was not good. The hot dishes for breakfast were ridiculus - very small and looking unappetizing. As we understood the main chef is italian, but the only once when we had good meal, it was for lunch. The pasta was amazing and it was cooked by the Thai chef. We have booked a pool suite with ocean view. The room was big, beautiful and clean. The pool was big enough, nice, with jacuzzi. But there was no ocean view at all. The room was very far from the beach. When we asked why we didn't get the room we have paid for, the reply was ”we are fully booked”. No refund was done. The staff doesn't speak English. Not easy to ask or order anything.
