The hotel goes above and beyond! View is perfect and room is great, we had a confusion with the pick up but was upgraded to a higher villa with no extra charge. Food is good, breakfast had ala carte menu and a small buffet but you can order as much as you can. Dinner was perfect with the view and food was presented very well.

Overall service was good - Hotel transfer service was reliable (including airport transport and to other attractions). Food was good except for the seafood barbecue buffet dinner (the seafood was not fresh and most dishes were not hot enough).
Prices for local tours arranged through the resort were unreasonable higher than average, it’s like doubling/tripling the average price.
Some of the restaurant staffs could not understand very simple English which makes ordering difficult. Waiting time for the food was unreasonably long (almost an hour).
The staff at the Kids Club was super nice and patient, my son had a great time there making art work. If they could have some scheduled activities with more variety, it would be better.
Wi-Fi in our villa was very unstable and the staff could not fix it.
When we checked in, there were not enough towels in our villa and toiletries didn’t get refilled. On some days, the staff missed cleaning our villa.

ที่พักดีวิวสวย ทางขึ้นค่อนข้างชัน ต้องมีรถเครื่องยนต์ดี และมีประสบการณ์ บริเวณรีสอร์ทจะไม่ได้ลาดพื้น ค่อนข้างมีฝุ่น แต่บรรยากาศดีมาก วิวหลักล้าน มีจุดชมวิวเห็นเสม็ดนางชี และอ่าวพังงา กลางคืนเงียบสงบมีบ้านหลังๆ วิลล่า 5 หลัง และที่เหลือเป็นเต้นท์ อาหาร ชา กาแฟ มีหลากหลายให้เลือก แต่ราคาค่อนข้างแพง อาหารเช้าเป็นเลือก ไม่ใช่บุฟเฟ่ต์ ให้เลือกระหว่าง American Breakfast กับข้าวต้ม --- ถ้าคนกินจุ จะกินไม่อิ่ม ส่วนบ้านเราต้องสั่งอาหารเพิ่มแบบจ่ายเงินเอง ส่วนพนักงานที่ให้บริการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี ขาดเหลืออะไร ช่วยเหลือทุกอย่างประทับใจค่ะ ค่าที่พักแบบบ้านหลังๆ ราคาค่อนข้างแพง แต่เทียบกับหลายที่ในละแวกจะถูกกว่า หรือถ้าใครต้องการใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ นอนเต้นท์ มีหลายที่ ราคาไม่แพง และมีกิจกรรมให้ไปนั่งเรือ ชมเกาะต่างๆ มีรถรับ - ส่ง พร้อมอาหารว่าง และอยากไปไหนแจ้งที่พักได้ มีบริการ รวมถึงการรับที่สนามบิน ถือว่าครบครัน แนะนำค่ะ

Il posto è bellissimo
La spiaggia è sorprendente
Il servizio è povero.
La cucina è media.
Abbiamo avuto un pranzo romantico sulla spiaggia - tutto era sbagliato - il servizio era lungo, il cibo non era buono.
I piatti caldi per colazione erano ridicoli - molto piccoli e sembravano inappropriati.
Come abbiamo capito, il cuoco principale è italiano, ma l'unica volta che abbiamo mangiato bene, era per pranzo. La pasta era sorprendente e la cucina è stata cucinata dal cuoco thailandese.
Abbiamo prenotato una piscina con vista sugli oceani. La stanza era grande, bella e pulita. La piscina era abbastanza grande, bella, con jacuzzi. Ma non c'era vista sugli oceani.
La stanza era molto lontana dalla spiaggia. Quando ci chiese perché non abbiamo ricevuto la stanza che abbiamo pagato, la risposta era ”siamo completamente prenotati”. Non è stato fatto alcun rimborso.
Il personale non parla inglese.
Non è facile chiedere o ordinare nulla.

Totally and utterly amazing…..one of our favourite stays anywhere in the world. 2 night wedding anniversary surprise for my husband and they decorated the bed with stuff from the garden and made it look beautiful. The pool villas are huge and stunning, so peaceful and private, we barely moved from there as it was just so incredible. The main pool area and beach was beautiful too, and sitting at the restaurant overlooking the pool and beach at sunset was perfect. All the staff are so so lovely and sweet. The gym was great and had all i needed, running and cycling in the area is fantastic. Will stay here again for sure. Best decision ever to come here

Pro:
- ottima posizione - tra Phuket e Khao Lak
- una grande area verde con un fiume, ci sono pesci ed è molto piacevole passeggiare
- splendida spiaggia deserta. Lasciatemi spiegare: ci sono 8 ombrelloni con lettini e non c'è nessun altro sulla spiaggia. Ingresso in acqua molto piacevole, sabbia relativamente pulita.
- buone colazioni, ristorante gustoso
Contro:
- stanze vecchie, ci sono molte ragnatele e muffa nella stanza, a volte puoi incontrare uno scarafaggio
- per la colazione dopo le 9 è necessario arrivare con un atteggiamento determinato per mettersi in fila per i piatti a base di uova e i waffle. Consiglio di arrivare per la colazione alle 7:30 per gustare l'intera gamma di piatti (vale per gli alloggi in alta stagione)
- dopo diversi giorni di permanenza non siamo più riusciti ad arrivare alle terme, perché oltre agli ospiti dell'hotel, ogni giorno vengono portate 100-200 persone per sedersi in queste piscine (con un pass giornaliero). La qualità dell'acqua della piscina non è degna di nota.
- ci sono ancora dubbi sull'accesso al territorio dell'hotel, poiché per esperienza l'ingresso alle auto è assolutamente gratuito senza dover controllare la residenza
- è possibile notare la mancanza di infrastrutture sulla spiaggia, non c'è acqua o possibilità di acquistare qualcosa da bere, ma forse questo è un vantaggio per una spiaggia vuota

I'm not happy with the receptionist named ”Jenny” at all. she gossiped right in front of me with the housekeeper whose on the call while I insisted that I booked for the king bed, but she kept saying the reservation showed that I have booked twin bed. so I showed her the evidence of booking kind bed then she be like ” but the agent sent that you have booked twin bed ” ( why on earth the receptionist wanted to win their guests...) that's why she needed the call to the housekeeper to check if any king bed available... she said ” guests needed king bed instead” and I guessed that the housekeeper was also not impressed and then Jenny said ” ya ” with the big hmph sound in the end.... I know thai and I know what you were saying 😊

UUtente ospiteVai a soggiornare in una tenda, spaziosa come una camera, con aria condizionata, frigorifero, comfort completi. C'è un bagno separato con acqua calda. L'unica critica è che il getto d'acqua sul fondo è troppo forte e non oso usarlo. Un'altra cosa è che la tenda non ha un buon isolamento acustico. Si sentono i rumori delle macchine che passano, i cani che abbaiano, la pioggia e il forte vento. Il resto del servizio è molto buono. Gli addetti alla reception sono tutti bravi, compresi la reception e gli autisti della navetta. Il ristorante offre un buon servizio a tutti, in particolare al signor Porsche. Il cibo era delizioso e lo chef includeva una crème brulée al gusto di mango. Sono rimasto molto colpito se c'è la possibilità di soggiornare nuovamente. La vista è molto bella, lo skywalk non fa paura, molto robusto.

GGerryOnTourI really enjoyed my stay here as I am a lover of nature and peace and quiet. The bungalow was spacious with a lovely balcony and outdoor shower. It was fun to feed the fish everyday. The breakfast was amazing, so full I skipped lunch some days. The hosts were super kind and helpful. I have already recommended here to many friends and I would love to return one day. It's also a 5 minute bicycle ride to a beautiful sunset beach.

Хороший вариант для остановки, если вы едите далеко. Расположен в тихом, живописном месте! Чисто, нигде никакого мусора. В номере тоже чисто. Да, требуется немного ремонта, но главное чистота. Если вы на байке не будет никаких проблем добраться до пирса и пляжа, практически нет людей и очень красиво. В доступности три магазина 7/11, прачечная, заправка, рынок местной еды, Lotus- повторюсь, на байке всё на расстоянии 1-2 минут, пешком будет трудно. В номере две бутылки водички, холодильника и чайника нет, можно попросить горячей воды/кофе на ресепшене, wi-fi в наличии ю. Нас всё устроило

TTonga TosapolNatai House si trova sulla strada secondaria accanto alla spiaggia di Natai-Khao Pilai, non lontano dal ponte Ban Na Tai. Percorrendo una passeggiata di 100 metri dall'appartamento, arriverete ad una spiaggia con sabbia bianca e finissima e acque bellissime e limpide.
Le camere della Natai House sono molto spaziose, dotate di aria condizionata, TV e tutti i canali thailandesi. Un'altra cosa preferita è la piscina dell'hotel. C'è un ristorante chiamato ”Krua Ink Daeng” nell'alloggio, che può ordinare cibo a un prezzo abbordabile. In generale, sono rimasto colpito e tornerò di nuovo qui la prossima volta.
