L'hotel non si trova sull'isola di Phuket, ma nella provincia di Phang Nga. La posizione è troppo remota. Non ci sono mercati o ristoranti nei dintorni. Ci vogliono 2 ore per andare avanti e indietro dal centro di Phuket. Le strade vicino all'hotel sono troppo remoto, quindi sembra pericoloso. La camera d'albergo è pulita, la villa con due camere da letto è molto grande e la biancheria da letto è buona, ma il personale di servizio non è a posto e l'app dell'hotel è di scarsa utilità. Se giochi principalmente a Phuket, non è consigliabile affittare questo hotel.

Il servizio non è buono e le strutture della casa sono pessime. La stanza perde molto e il bagno non può essere utilizzato. L'ultima notte, il conto è stato riscosso arbitrariamente. Ho pagato 10.000 yuan per due notti per venire qui e il conto è stato addebitato arbitrariamente. Per fortuna il servizio clienti Ctrip ha gestito la cosa in modo proattivo. This is my 4th time staying at aleenta resort. Stayed at the 3 bedroom beachfront villa and 1 bedroom before. This time we stayed at the beachfront (studio) villa. Enjoyed every moment in our beachfront villa. Spa is v good as usual. We also had our dinner at the edge, love coming in the low session, nice and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again with my family & friends.

Good villa near the ocean shore, nice view but the spa and restaurant are very expensive, and it’s far from city

The hotel has one of the best sunset view from the hotel room and restaurant. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The food served in the restaurant are outstanding with a fair price. The hotel is a bit far from the Phuket main island, you need to seek for local driver for transportation.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff is busy but goes the extra mile to help as soon as possible. Thank you to the staff for the wonderful stay.

very bad and disappointed experience I broke a water cup in the room accidentally They charged me 300 baht and then offered discount 50% off a moment later So is that there s a real price listed on the menu or they can charge customers whatever they like? It makes no sense that I paid the pricey room rate and it’s happening in a so called 5 stars resort who claimed that they provide luxury service to their valuable guests Unbelievable

Nice view from the restaurant, can catch the sunset for dinner. How, facilities and activities are not really enough comparing to other villa in Phuket.

Room is gorgeous! We stayed in the grand deluxe pool villa. It’s located across the street of the main villa. Loved the decor of the room, how comfy the bed and pillows are. Tv is smart so there’s YouTube and Netflix. The beach is amazing but the waves are scary so we didn’t really spend time there. Our kids loved the pool in the room! We enjoyed time at the kids club too!
