Our trip to JW Marriott Khao Lak was amazing. the rooms, the swimming pools, the beach, the service were top notch. easy to reach from Phuket airport (1.30h by car), it's an oasis of happiness, where kids can run free and parents don't feel guilty to disturb other guests (because there are Adults' only areas). SPECIAL MENTION to the RESTAURANTS. we have been always eating in the resort (although there are some local options on the beach beside the hotel), and we were stunned by the quality / variety and consistency of the good food we had. Indian, Thai, Japanese and an Italian that reminded me of Home. We will come back for sure. BRAVI!

除夕入住，酒店安排了中國新年自助餐，沙灘還有煙火表演，在房間還可以看春晚，很不錯。住了三晚，早上不需要一大早起，去斯米蘭和蘇林都很方便，直通泳池的房間是孩子們的最愛，隨時可以跳進泳池。Drift餐廳戰斧牛排也很棒。

모든 직원들이 웃으면서 인사해주고 뭐가 필요해보이면 도움을 주저하지 않음 수영장이 길고 다양한 풀이 있어 놀기에 너무 좋음 수영장 옆에 시원한 물과 과일 서비스도 있으며 리조트 안에서만 2박 3일이 너무 짧을 정도로 좋은 리조트였음

臨時形成有變住的這邊，挺驚喜的，很大，就是下雨，沒有要泳池，以後有機會還會考慮

房間有點小而拘謹！是新裝修的別墅！尤其二樓空間侷促！泰餐廳服務人員態度有差別對待，checkin的staff非常友好！

還行吧 老外比較多的私密性很強的酒店

What makes a relaxing getaway coupled with a successful business is the professional staff at the resort. JW Marriott at Khao Lak has the professional, multilingual staff on board to help make your getaway experience as relaxing and comfortable as possible. From Khun Apple at the front desk during check in or Khun Oum at the check out desk, they provided such excellent, quality service making my family feel appreciated. All the service staff helped play with my 2 year old son, which made me feel like children are also appreciated at this resort. We loved P’Apple who showed us the farm and took the time to explain the company’s plan creating an ecotourism experience for guests. The facilities were immaculate! The rooms are dry and well-built despite the high humidity. The pool is well kept and ver my fun to swim around the property. I know this isn’t a company specific issue, but the amount of trash that washed up on the beach and left there was an eye sore. I wanted to play in the sand and water but the amount of foam, fishing wire, and plastic was so concerning. I get that this is a greater ecosystem issue as opposed to JW’s issue. Lastly, enjoy the sunset on this property. It’s so tranquil.

It was truly an amazing experience!! Beautiful resort with the kost friendly staff ever. Khun Madhu took care of me and my family the whole time we were there and made our stay very special. Being that my wife is pregnant with our second boy, the hotel made sure to even make our unborn child special as well 🥰

Fantastic family vacation at this property. Family of 5 pax ie 2 adults, 1 senior and 2 kids. Stayed at 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. Cosy and clean rooms with balcony. Housekeeping was immaculate. Breakfast was wonderful with good variety of food. Dining options at Olive, Sala, TaKrai and Deli were great. Deli was a wonderful place to spend a lazy afternoon over a cup of barista-made coffee (not coffee from a typical office pantry machine) and snacks such as toasted bread, sandwiches, macaroons etc. Meaw was a great host at Deli. Swimming pools were clean and large. Many kids activities to keep the kids entertained. Games room with pool table, table tennis table etc. Cotton candy making, cookies making, Muay Thai for kids etc. Kids really enjoyed the movie under the stars with popcorn and marshmallows roasting by the beach! JW garden was really serene and nice. Great for walks, jogs and they had yoga and kayaking programs too. Nipa palm mangrove, herb garden, farm animals too. Kids had fun collecting eggs from the hen coop! We went for the JW garden experience tour which was fantastic! Gym was sufficient. Though would be perfect if the gym could include a 20kg barbell and a squat rack with more free weights/ plates. Currently gym is only equipped with a 10kg barbell and 4x20kg plates. No squat rack. Though there’s a smit machine. Beach was clean and private. Service at this property is great. Overall vibes for this property is awesome! We just left this place yesterday and are already missing this place! We will absolutely return again to this property for our vacation!

Great family holiday! Lots of activities, amenities were fantastic. The JW garden was a draw for us, kids loved it. Very rustic and kids loved the farm. There’s also a reef shark conservatory. Super long pool + fun parts (slide and trampoline), great private beach and set up - very comfy for kids. Movie nights/popcorn and marshmallow nicely set there. We stayed at the “2-bedroom loft suite”, kids loved the skylight in the room upstairs, balcony was big enough to hang out and get wet gear/swimwear/clothes dry. No shortage of good eating places within JW itself, I’ve put up reviews of our fave dining spots. Fully self-contained if u liked. We travelled out to the Khao San nature reserve and played golf too. So, stuff to do if u’d like to. We like it, will come back.

I thought a lot about it before going. (Hotel location, surrounding commercial areas, car travel time, etc.) I exchanged friendly answers and received a lot of useful information about the hotel, so I made a decision. When I first arrived at the hotel, I still cannot erase the emotion. It was so good and I was happy. I also liked the friendly behavior of the staff and their efforts to ensure that there were no inconveniences during my stay. It's a pity that I couldn't tell the jw Khao Lak staff that I was so happy and had a great time during my stay, and I'm grateful.

Gorgeous resort with wonderful staff and amenities. In particular bar, the breakfast buffet had lots of good options for a reasonable price. We had dinner and drinks at Drift which had possibly the best Tuna steak I’ve ever eaten. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the pool was lovely. All in all it was a great stay!

This is our fifth trip to Khao Lak, and we have stayed at various resorts. We were two families - 4 adults and 4 children. JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort Suites is by far the best resort we’ve experienced. The property is expansive, impeccably clean, serene, and surrounded by lush greenery, which is a treat for the eyes. The rooms are clean and we love the laminated wood flooring. JW Marriott stands out as the first hotel/resort we’ve stayed at that provides hair conditioner. Most hotels and resorts typically offer only shampoo and shower gel, but JW Marriott goes the extra mile in this regard. The beach is tranquil, never crowded, and thoughtfully equipped with a water station near the beach and swimming pool, offering fresh, cold water exclusively for JW Marriott guests—a small detail that makes a big difference. The kids’ club is spacious, catering to children of all ages, and staffed by friendly and helpful professionals, giving parents peace of mind to leave their kids there. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal, offering a wide variety of cuisines, and the quality of the food is excellent. The coffee deserves special mention as it’s freshly brewed by a barista rather than from an automatic coffee machine. Among the resort's restaurants, Sakura (the Japanese restaurant) stands out as the best. The sashimi is fresh, and the tenderloin teppanyaki is perfectly cooked to your preference. Our children also loved the kids’ menu, and we enjoyed dinner there three times during our five-night stay. Another noteworthy restaurant is Sala, which is open for lunch. The menu offers a great mix of Asian and Western dishes, along with a dedicated kids' menu. Special thanks to Mr. Art from Sala restaurant—his impeccable service and willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate dietary requirements truly elevated our dining experience. The Italian restaurant, Olive, had its hits and misses. While the appetizers were excellent, we found the pizza dough a bit heavy to our taste—but of course, preferences may vary. The resort also offers a range of engaging activities. For children, highlights include visiting the farm, learning about shark conservation, and egg picking. For adults, there are early yoga classes, bird watching, bath bomb-making workshops, and a well-equipped gym featuring high-quality Technogym equipment. Lastly, the overall service provided by the JW Marriott staff was exceptional—efficient, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. We highly recommend JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort Suites for an unforgettable family getaway.

Our family had a very memorable stay at the JW Marriott Suites Khao Lak! We only had three nights at the resort after spending time in other parts of southern Thailand. Unfortunately my sons and husband were extremely sick for the majority of our stay which would have been a dampener but for the outstanding humanity and care of resort staff. We felt so nurtured by everyone’s kindness which made up for our lack of energy and ability to take in all this amazing place had to offer. My daughter and I remained well and loved dining in the Italian restaurant. The water activities for kids are superb. And the rooms are so lovely it’s definitely not the worst place in the world to be stuck in a room! I would like to personally thank Vikram and Mee for sending the worlds best boiled potatoes and ginger tea, Big for escorting my son and I to the local hospital and helping to translate and ensure we were well cared for, Kwan for gracefully helping to navigate the ins and outs of our fluctuating departure time. Such outstanding service is better than any facility. And the facilities were also stunning. Thank you, we will be back, healthier next time! Jessica
