Anne was extremely helpful in making sure we get adjoining rooms for the kids. Location is good! Restos and nice shops are within walking distance. Texas roadhouse and a coffee shop is on the ground floor. The hotel lobby is on the 5F. Hotel is clean. Kids get unli snacks at the lobby! Check in process was smooth too!

I’ve been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time and I finally had the chance during my trip to Taiwan. The hotel is convenient located near the Taipei Main Station and bus station and the MRT station. Hence is extremely convenient to get around. The room I got was quite spacious and clean. I believe it has been refurbished as the interior looks new. It is equipped with a smart tv so I could stream videos on YouTube all day long. The only disappoin**ent was that I did not get the room with the view of the Taipei Main station. The hotel staff were very friendly too. Amenities wise, there is no shortage of f&b establishments located near the hotel and most of them are very good. This hotel is one of the more affordable 5 star hotels in this area. Hence it’s a no brainer to pick this hotel over the rest. Overall, I’ve had a pleasant stay here I will definitely return to this hotel for my future trips.

The cleanliness of the hotel room is such a disappointment. The bathroom wall grouting & silicon was moldy, and spider webs were in the room. The TV and aircon vent were super dusty. The aircon, even off, was extremely cold. The overall cleanliness is terrible, with noticeable dust accumulating in several areas. It was disappointing and not up to the hygiene standards one would expect from a hotel room. To make matters worse, the cleanliness issues persisted even after the room was supposedly cleaned. The bathroom grouting remained moldy, spider webs lingered, and the attendant neglected to vacuum away the hairs on the floor. The bed has insects, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. This consistent neglect of hygiene standards throughout my stay was disappointing and unacceptable. This lack of attention to detail further emphasized the subpar cleanliness standards, contributing to an unsatisfactory stay.

When it comes to breakfast, I found that the offerings were quite repetitive, with the same items served each day. If you're someone who enjoys variety in your morning meals, you might want to consider skipping the buffet altogether and exploring some of the local breakfast options available nearby. There are plenty of cafes and eateries in the area that can provide a more diverse and enjoyable dining experience. On another note, I did have some interactions with the staff at Takao Restaurant, and I must say that they weren't particularly warm or welcoming. The service felt a bit lacking, especially from an older lady who seemed to create quite a scene when handling the plates. This could detract from the overall dining experience, so it might be worth considering other dining options if you're looking for a more pleasant atmosphere.

Le tovaglie erano sufficienti e mi servivano solo più tessuto e acqua minerale durante il mio soggiorno e mi sono state date su mia richiesta. Se c’è bisogno di qualcosa, il concierge è disponibile anche 24 ore, che assicuravano la pace di mente per ogni ospite. Ma soprattutto, era il personale che mi ha fatto divertire e ricordare il mio soggiorno. Erano estremamente amichevole e vicini. Mi piace sentire la famiglia/amico ogni volta che ero nel loro spazio. Ho fatto un viaggio di famiglia con i miei due bambini delle elementari e ho soggiornato per 5 giorni consecutivi e sono tornato molto soddisfatto. Anche se ho visitato le zone circostanti solo in taxi e non sono andato a Yehliu o Shifen, la posizione dell'hotel era ottima, quindi era molto conveniente.
