Good bed, good breakfast. But in room light is not working so well. It turn on and off by itself so many times during the nights. Service was fine but not fit with the marriot standard. Reception and maid looking tired and confused. Location is the best part of this trip. It has shopping malls and mrt. connected to the hotel building . Very convenience.

Location-wise: Don’t stay in this hotel for a short trip - the location is a big no cuz it always takes at least 30min ride to the attractions like ximending or xinyi shopping area. We can barely go back late at night when the public transport back to the hotel ends the service. This hotel is only for those who have a car or motorbike or someone who don’t mind wasting time on buses and trains. Service-wise: Staff are nice, but not mindful enough to ensure the best services. The shampoo and conditioner had been running out since day 1. I told the staff to refill during room service, but he forgot about this and we have to use our own shampoo… Facility-wise: The toilet socket has worn out and looks a little dangerous. The hair dryer provided was weak af that I can barely dry my hair. The heat function sometimes just couldn’t activate Overall: this hotel is overpriced and disappointed me so much. Its quality doesn’t match with its price. It should be down-priced for people who can sacrifice their experience for a lower fare. USD 200 just doesn’t make sense at all.

Positives - superb location (above shopping mall, and linked to metro station, railway station, high speed rail station and bus station) - very comfortable bed - pillow menu - complimentary cookies in room (delicious) - international power socket - art works all around the room and hotel Negatives - perhaps due to super peak period (new year countdown), service was a little lacking (likely due to super high occupancy) but can see that staff trying their best to cope - shower/tub combi not ideal

Good place and good location for the exhibition

We have enjoyed our stay. It was clean and located in convenient location. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. We stayed at 1201 for two nights. The only downfall was someone next door kept slamming the door at late night although it is good sound proof. Fortunately, the people settle after 11pm. It would be good for the hotel to put the sign in the hallway to remind people tp be mindful and respectful at late evening.

Great hotel within proximity to amenities and transport. Room is clean and spacious.

Hotel was really nice, checking in and out wasn't difficult. The Executive Lounge was pretty cool (you can see the 101 building from there)

The hotel was new and near mte station. It was connected to a commercial complex where you could have meal there. However, the taxi access was not convenience and you would need to walk a little bit. the check-in process was not good and quite slow though the room was pretty good. breakfast was average but better than most small taiwan hotels. Will not stay again as the staff attitude was poor.

Good location for traveling or short stays.

Location was splendid, right above Nangang Station which has both the MRT (Bannan Line) as well as the HSR (High Speed Rail) so we were able to travel to various destinations without any problems.

Marriot never disappoints me! Excellent location with excellent hospitality. I will definitely come back next time for a nice stay again.
