We booked Sheraton because of its location and name. We booked King Bed, but when we got there they gave us 2 Twin Bed and made a King Bed out of it. They gave us a King Bed room the next day. For Honeymoon we only got 2 small Teabags and 2 small teddy bears. Worst Honeymoon Amenities ever. Breakfast was ok. Good enough. Lobby was too crowded. Restaurants was crowded from morning till evening.

Check-in e check-out era veloce. Il servizio in camera colazione è stato molto scrupoloso a un prezzo molto responsabile. Certamente un'esperienza 5-star. Sarò certamente indietro la prossima volta che sono mai a Taipei! Solo in basso è che si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Ximen, è tuttavia vicino alla stazione Xiaonanmen che è a 5 minuti. Non è un dealer per me, tuttavia. Puoi sempre Uber da Ximen all'hotel a circa 100NTD :)

We chose this because it is located somewhere between ximending and xingyi district. It’s convenient to get a taxi. We have 12 paxs in this trip. When we reached on 1 Nov , it was pretty late, between 9pm - 10pm. All of us were very tired and kinda disoriented after a long day’s car ride. When we had alighted from our vehicles, immediately the bell boy told us not to block the hotel entrance. Our driver immediately told them we just reached and stood here for less than 5 minutes, how to check into the hotel without alighting the vehicles ? It was an unpleasant “welcome” experience. The hotel conceige staff also made mistakes when issuing our door cards. This hotel has its rules and regulations. If you want to have an easy going holiday experience, there are better ones.

Very old and dated rooms and fittings. Bathroom is very small, with no space to stand properly in front of the sink because the toilet is in the way. Shower and bathtub are combined in a narrow space with no headroom (I’m 180cm tall and the rain shower head brushes my head when standing upright). Gym equipment could also do with a refresh. Free welcome drink was good, and room was clean. Overall still pretty value given the central location.

Stayed in The Tango Taipei Linsen for 15 nights of my compulsory Taiwan quarantine period, during July 2021. The booking, as it's for Taiwan entry quarantine purpose, had be to done directly through them. Their good and efficient service started from there, with clear and prompt communication for my booking and payment. The great service continued and became even better once checked in. They understand how difficult it is for a guest that is going through a 15- night quarantine in Taiwan, hence they would do anything to help, from answering relevant questions, helping with any needs during the stay etc. All the communication with the reception staff was efficiently done through their LINE instant messaging. They even once 'rescued' me from my original room due to an uncontrollable leakage of air-con water flooding, by immediately changed me to another room with the same specifications, which was justifiable during the quarantine. I booked and stayed with a slightly larger room (Junior Suite/尊榮套房), and the layout was great to force myself, as for the quarantine period, to maintain a healthy routine. It has a bedroom area and a separate office/lounge area. It was definitely worth the little extra money! The room came with all the necessary amenities I needed for the 15-nights and they were always ready to supply more if needed. What's more important was, it was spotless clean and hygienic! The whole hotel is currently, as this review is written, served as a quarantine hotel, so no concern of mixing the hotel guests. The stay I booked included all meals, and I must say they did look out for the variety, tastiness and even the nutritional balance of all meals. Considering there was very little difference in prices (only 200 NT extra per room per night), I'd recommend the meal-included option when booking their quarantine rooms. If that still didn't satisfy, online orders of takeaway food could be ordered anytime, and they would deliver to my door. I was going to check in to another Tango Hotel (Tango Inn Zhongshan) upon the completion of my quarantine. The staff, without me having requested, liaised directly with the other Tango Hotel, to allow me to check in as early as midday. Then that's the 'extra mile' they went for me! Overall for the purpose of a hotel quarantine, it was a very pleasant stay, all made possible by the kind, thoughtful staff and the hotel's professional services. Thank you once again!

Non si può battere la posizione e i ristoranti nella zona circostante. La stanza è super pulita, molto tranquilla con internet super veloce. Abbiamo potuto condurre molte lunghe riunioni video con gli Stati Uniti durante il nostro soggiorno 6-nighg. Di conseguenza, prenotiamo un altro 2-night soggiorno più tardi nella settimana. La doccia è forte e la camera è perfetta. I letti erano super comodi. Royal Inn sa come gestire un buon hotel!!!

This is by far the most excellent capsule hotel I've ever stayed. They provided more than what I have expected in a capsule hotel. The bathroom is the best with super complete amenities and toiletries (shampoo, body wash, Mouthwash, Cotton Buds, Facial Cleanser, Dental floss, Liner, Blower). The kitchen is well equipped with unli supply of coffee Americano, various tea bags, candies, biscuits. There's also a washing machine and dryer. The capsule room is very spacious it's almost a studio size unit. I love that there's a big cabinet inside with a lock activated by the keycard so your things are really secured and safe. There's also a table enough space for laptop and other small stuffs. The bed and comforter are very comfortable. The staffs are very accommodating and hardworking on how they make sure the facilities are clean. I also appreciate that they offer safekeeping of luggages overnight for a cheap price compared to the locker rentals outside. I left my luggage for 2 nights for 50NTD per night since I need to go to Taichung and will also go back and stay again with them. But it's free if you'll leave it for just a few hours only provided it's not outside their office hours. I will stay here again when I come back in Taiwan and will also recommend.

- Paid extra for a better room, Totally Worth It! Big and clean, but no view - Great location, easy access to the Taipei main station. I can get to anywhere easily. My Tainan friend caught a High Speed Rail to visit me, it was easy for her to get here - I would recommend to go straight up to the ground and drag your suitcase on the street with you if you are taking the Airport Express to Taipei station (Do not walk all the way to the MRT train closet exit because there are stairs) - I like the restroom, bathtub and shower. The Japanese washlet is fantastic because you cannot just throw toilet paper in the toilet in Taiwan - Bed is a bit too firm for me, personally prefer softer mattress - Breakfast has limited choices, I wish there are more - Staffs are very helpful and friendly. I was waiting for a shop to restock something, since I didn’t have a local number, I left the hotel number to the shop, and big thanks to Peggy for her help!!!

È molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Taipei, dove si può raggiungere direttamente dall'aeroporto MTR. Poiché abbiamo prenotato una stanza di 20 metri quadrati sul terzo o quarto piano, ci è stata fornita una stanza più piccola sul secondo piano. Non c'è spazio sufficiente per aprire 2 bagagli allo stesso tempo. Le strutture della stanza non sono buone per noi. Per esempio, ci sono forniture di hangar ma non ci sono posti per usarli. Siamo notati che l'hotel ha fornito caffè gratuito, ma non ha. L'hotel ha una regola che non dispone di servizi di pulizia ogni giorno, quindi quando si è utilizzato o quasi utilizzato l'unico carta da bagno fornito, è necessario chiedergli di ottenere un nuovo anche a mezzanotte. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia della stanza, ci hanno dato solo le nuove tovaglie da bagno, avevano tolto le tovaglie da faccia!
