"Overall good experience. The location is excellent as it’s only several minutes walk from Taipei Station. The staff is very helpful, our first room had drain noise, and he helped us to swap to the 2nd room, however, that room had smoky smell, and he managed to move us to the 3rd room. Rooms are clean, however, the mini fridge is very noisy, and the shower head is not adjustable and make the shower a bit difficult. This building has restaurant, offices and 2 different hotels, so the logistics of using the lifts is a bit inconvenient. Overall good value."

"La posizione era grande! Passeggiare a Xi Men Ding, la stazione principale di Taipei, e a Beimen o Ximene. La nostra stanza era di fronte all'intersezione, ma non potevamo ascoltare nessun rumore dalla strada, Il letto era comodo, la stanza era pulita e sembrava molto moderna. La progettazione e l'estetica della stanza erano ben pianificate. I bagni e la doccia erano molto comodi. La camera è fornita quotidianamente. Disponibile le nostre due bottiglie di acqua gratuita quotidianamente. La TV della stanza è controllata da un iPad, si può attivare Chromecast in modo da poter utilizzare i propri dispositivi personali per essere riflettuti sulla TV della stanza. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere un caldo, perché non era stato fornito, ma ci hanno dato un carico molto veloce su richiesta."

"Location was great, less than 10 min and you are at Ximen station. 7-11 & family mart are just a stone throws away. Room size was just nice for 3 of us, though we had to close it everyday to ensure we have enough space to walk. Lounge on 2nd floor was fantastic - packed with snacks, drinks and instant noodles. We totally rested there almost every morning and night. Highly recommend!"

"Due to Kong rey typhoon, I couldn't stay but it's the 2nd time I booked this hotel. To me, check-in time is unsual and too late ( after 4 pm.) I hope the hotel amends back as usual (check in after 12pm. and check out before noon)"

"Second time trying this hotel. I still remembered I had a pleasant stay before therefore I decided to book this hotel again. I noticed they have changed some of the policy like they dun provide toothbrush and toothpaste, there is no make up room services available. As I am staying for 3 nights, I have accumulated all my rubbish in the room for 3 nights which is a little inconvenient. Though I think you can still call them to clean the rubbish or request new towels. One suggestion is to install a full length mirror in the room. The room I am staying only have one mirror at the basin. Not easy to make up and also to see ur full body outfit. Nevertheless, the staff are friendly and they also provides unlimited tea and mineral water, and also evening snacks."

"สะอาด มีกาแฟให้กดฟรี 24 ชม. มีตู้กดน้ำ+ขนมให้ ห้องพักพื้นที่ไม่เยอะ แต่กางกระเป๋าเดินทาง 25 นิ้ว 2 ใบพร้อมกันได้ ที่นอนนุ่ม ห้องน้ำแยกส่วนเปียกแห้ง แต่พื้นที่อาบน้ำแคบไปหน่อยคนตัวใหญ่น่าจะอึดอัด ไม่มีสายชำระ การเดินทางไปไทเปเมนประมาณ 500 เมตร มีเซเว่นใกล้ๆ (แต่ไม่ได้เปิด 24 ชม.) แจ้งแม่บ้านให้มาทำความสะอาดทุกวันได้"
