When it comes to breakfast, I found that the offerings were quite repetitive, with the same items served each day. If you're someone who enjoys variety in your morning meals, you might want to consider skipping the buffet altogether and exploring some of the local breakfast options available nearby. There are plenty of cafes and eateries in the area that can provide a more diverse and enjoyable dining experience. On another note, I did have some interactions with the staff at Takao Restaurant, and I must say that they weren't particularly warm or welcoming. The service felt a bit lacking, especially from an older lady who seemed to create quite a scene when handling the plates. This could detract from the overall dining experience, so it might be worth considering other dining options if you're looking for a more pleasant atmosphere.

I’ve been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time and I finally had the chance during my trip to Taiwan. The hotel is convenient located near the Taipei Main Station and bus station and the MRT station. Hence is extremely convenient to get around. The room I got was quite spacious and clean. I believe it has been refurbished as the interior looks new. It is equipped with a smart tv so I could stream videos on YouTube all day long. The only disappoin**ent was that I did not get the room with the view of the Taipei Main station. The hotel staff were very friendly too. Amenities wise, there is no shortage of f&b establishments located near the hotel and most of them are very good. This hotel is one of the more affordable 5 star hotels in this area. Hence it’s a no brainer to pick this hotel over the rest. Overall, I’ve had a pleasant stay here I will definitely return to this hotel for my future trips.

Hotel pulito e ben attrezzato in ximending. Vicino alla metropolitana e alle linee di autobus, nonché alla stazione ferroviaria. Molti shopping e posti per il cibo a piedi. La stanza era spaziale e pulita. Alcuni rumori stradali possono essere sentiti, anche al 8° piano, ma questo non ci ha disturbati. Molto ben mantenuto. Non c'è colazione disponibile.

Located within minutes from Ximending and the Taipei metro, so it was the perfect location for me. I had the deluxe room which was spacious, with lots of room space to move around and there was a mini fridge, open wardrobe where I could hang my clothes and a counter top on the side with 2 chairs. The shower and toilet was also spacious with a kinda bathtub. Shower gel and shampoo in dispenser were also available. Toothrbrush, shaver, comb and shower cap were all available during check in if required and bathroom slippers were also available in the room. Little things that made everything complete. At the concierge, there were snacks that were free of charge for guests and a water dispenser that serves sparkling water which was so cool! The room will be cleaned upon request and when I asked why, they said cos some guests want their privacy and do not wanna be disturbed so they will only clean the room upon request. Luckily I am quite a tidy person and didn’t eat in my room so my room was generally clean and didn’t really need any cleaning during my stay. Towels were sufficient and I only needed more tissue and mineral water during my stay and was given to me upon my request. If anything is needed, the concierge is also available 24 hours which ensured peace of mind for every guest. But most of all, it was the staff that made my stay fun and memorable. They were extremely friendly and approachable. I love the family/friends feel whenever I was in their space. They were also extremely helpful when I asked about where I could get great local food and they would even Google and show me exactly what they were recommending and made sure I will get to the desired destination. Overall, this is a great hotel that I would highly recommend for anyone when travelling to Taipei Taiwan.

Nel complesso un'esperienza davvero positiva in questo hotel. Prima di tutto, la posizione è super buona, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dall'uscita 4 di XiMenDing. (non preoccuparti perché l'uscita 4 ha le scale mobili) Tutti sono incoraggiati a effettuare il check-in automatico e non preoccuparti perché sicuramente parte del personale del front office sarà presente lì per guidarti attraverso l'intero processo di check-in. ho richiesto un piano alto durante la prenotazione del viaggio e il piano più alto che otterrò per questo viaggio al livello 15. Le dimensioni della camera non sono male. L'hotel è già dotato di presa di corrente internazionale, quindi non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi. Ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglierò a tutti coloro che desiderano visitare Taiwan e soggiornare a XiMenDing.

Hotel molto bello con camere spaziali pulite e una buona piscina e sauna. Bella camera per colazione e selezione. L'unico svantaggio è la sua posizione a circa 10 minuti a piedi da una stazione di metro. Offreranno servizio di navetta alla stazione vicino. Resterò lì.

Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno molto confortevole in hotel. Poiché era convenientemente situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e della metropolitana. Il colazione è ben cotto, ma non si aspettano molte variazioni. Il servizio è davvero cattivo tra i dipendenti maschi. Essi mostrano un viso e un tono inpatiente quando le chiedo la password wifi dopo l'iscrizione. E quando c'è un problema nella mia stanza, mi aspettano di risolverlo da solo invece di mandare un tecnico. Quando chiedo a uno di quei vecchi, lui dice rapidamente: ”No” e lascialo. Non sarò felice di tornare.
