Trova hotel a 5 stelle a Tainan

The Room is big, the view is awesome. Super convenient as its connected to departmental store which you can get food, shopping, drinks and everything you need. The hotel’s breakfast was really good, tried the steam bath, sauna and slept really well during the night. Worth it👍

Hotel itself including room, lobby everywhere was amazing. 100% satisfied. Breakfast was definitely the best i've ever experienced. However the swimming pool was not recommended, as it requires you to wear their swimming cap and only the cold water was allowed when the temperature was 13 degree. The sunbed waa super uncomfortable as well.

Very nice, best location, shopping center nearby. Old but nicely maintained. Staff are kind and have solid presence in the lobby. Very spacious room. Good use of robots. The phone in the room rings too loud. Breakfast is just so so and it was a shame we couldn't even order an ice latte to my table.

I stayed in this hotel in this April, which is a wonderful experience. Thus, I brought my family (total 4) to stay in this hotel again. Unfortunately, the experience of this time is not pleasant. First of all, as i m the IHG member, I am entitled to have welcome drink. Last time, we can drink in the lobby lounge, but this time, the waitress declined us to take the drink at the lounge and requested us to take away the drinks. Whats ridiculous?! The welcome drink is offered by the hotel, but i m not wrlcome to drink at the lounge. Secondly, the cleaning service is not pleasant, two cups in my room have not been cleaned. Thirdly, the food serving of beef soup is very unsatisfactory. I don't understand why I requested to have more soup and got a black face from the chef. I spent over US$600 for two nights, but seems not be welcomed from the lounge nor restaurant. I would not recommend others to stay in this luxury but not welcome hotel

The room was not very clean and smelled odd in the corridor and the lift lobby. There was a variety of food choices for breakfast though. The hotel comprised two buildings but there was no clear indications outside that one was only for banquet s only. Staff did not know that there was a bus (no.62) going to the Tainan HST station just outside the hotel.

Il mio marito e io abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno di una notte a Justwin Grand Hotel. I processi di check-in e check-out erano benvenuti, e il personale si compiaceva. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole con decorazioni moderne e servizi di alta qualità. Le strutture dell'hotel, tra cui il centro fitness e la fiduciosa connessione Wi-Fi, erano eccellenti. Il colazione era un'alta evidenza, con un buffet e un servizio attento. La posizione era conveniente, vicino alle attrazioni e alle opzioni di cena. In generale, l'hotel ha offerto una grande esperienza, e mi premerebbe restare qui per una visita più lunga.
