The lobby is big and nice. The view from the room is awesome. But the service esp housekeeping is very very slow. Requested for extra towel twice and didn’t get them. The rooms are not very clean. The bed linens smell. The floor is dusty. The toilet bowl flush in room 808 is defective, so my relatives had to use the toilet at connecting room 807. The worst experience is that we initially booked direct at hotel website suite which was cancelled by hotel without informing me. Learned about it when we called their Manila booking office to find out about early check in and was told that my booking was cancelled by Tagaytay hotel. And it’s impossible to call Tagaytay hotel — the numbers are either only ringing or not getting connected. Tried doing so for half a day which wasted a lot of my time so this decided to book thru Trip.
