This hotel is around 3 kilometers away from the center, but it is located in a quite, fresh and green area on top of a hill. There you will find Quads or Atvs, so bring your sun hat and sunglasses. I unfortunately couldn't enjoy the atvs becasue I had forgotten my sunglasses and hat. The hotel looks beautiful like a luxury 4 star hotel. However, there are hardly any 4 star facilities free of charge, like if you need your safety box, or a bottle of water you should pay for every single thing. Even in the room there will be no bathroom slippers or glass for your toothpaste or make up pencils. The hotel is also maybe too quite, I wish they had some evening entertainment, music and activities for all to enjoy. The staff are average except for one particular staff Ms. Abir.....She was like my Angel. So very helpful and empathic. So willing to be of sincere service and so very caring and charming, always with the most beautiful smile. I will never forget her. She is like a diamond shinning her light from the hotel and I am sure wherever good people like her are, they shine like the brightest star. May God bless her life with the very best. I would give the hotel a 5 star only because of lovely Ms. Abir being there. I hope the hotel shall soon reward you with a managerial position as it's kind and caring people like Ms. Abir who make a difference in the world and in any company. Btw, make sure to take a day's trip (by Luage) to Ein Draham, the ride is beautiful, in nature and greenery and make sure to be back before 3 pm as the Luage won't operate there (thanks to Ms. Abir who gave me all these important information and encouraged me to go). Vraiment une séjour inoubliable avec ambiance plus que familiale merci pour la petite équipe d'animation mimo , et le chef ilyes pour leur effort et leur professionnalisme soirée top ambiance époustouflante on revient sans doute C serai notre destination préférée et on oublie pas la vue et les chambres je vous donne 1000/10

Un hôtel très bien situé avec une vue incroyable tous est en ordre avec un service acceptable. Pour cette période de vacance et de Noël on a très bien profité avec les programmes d'animation le passage du père noel l'animation étais excellente avec les enfants les cadeaux la musique et une décoration merveilleuse.bravo kader mimo et le microman. Vous êtes magic .les soirées sont très bien organisé avec les chanteurs. Rapport qualité-prix très très raisonnables.merci on revient et bonne continuation
