Hotel con colazione inclusa a Syracuse

Il più vecchio uomo che abbia mai visto, come se non avessi aggiornato le strutture per cinquant'anni.

E'molto conveniente vedere il paesaggio della scuola vicino alla scuola. Il personale è molto armonioso e attivo, ma le strutture dell'hotel non sono state molto buone per la sanità, ma la posizione è davvero buona per ignorare

L'hotel si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e 15-20 a piedi dal campus dell'Università di Syracuse. Il mio viaggio ha per scopo di aiutare mia figlia a sistemarsi nel suo dormitorio all'Università di Syracuse. La camera dell'hotel era pulita e spaziosa, mi piaceva soprattutto il piano della camera da bagno, ma doveva fornire acqua in bottiglia.

Non c'è servizio in camera durante l'epidemia!

Da arrivo a partenza, la mia esperienza era eccezionale. Immagina di rimanere in un hotel dove l'edificio stesso ha una storia così ricca. Costruito nel 1921, serviva come casa di una sinagoga ebraica per 47 anni. Dal 1968 al 2011, è rimasto in vacanza per la maggior parte, ad eccezione di un progetto di rinnovo urbano e di un gruppo teatrale negli anni '70. Hilton ha acquistato la proprietà nel 2011 e la ha rinnovata con 58 camere d'albergo, catturando la maggior parte delle sale esterne storia dell’edificio. Ci sono tre piani. Quando ho scelto la mia stanza, ho scelto una sul secondo piano, poiché quelle stanze apparivano dall’esterno per avere più grandi finestre. Prima di arrivare, ho ricevuto un avviso che per me era stata scelta un’altra stanza. Questa era buona, perché la stanza che mi era stata messo era così buona. La stanza era lunga, aveva un letto di grandezza re, un divano e un tavolo. Un cortile era usato per tagliare il giacca. La finestra all’esterno era da pavimento a tetto e arco. Il bagno era moderno e contemporaneo con doccia a piedi. Una piccola frigorifera era disponibile per me. Ho avuto difficoltà a girare l'unità di aria condizionata. Ho andato giù per chiedere istruzioni e un gentiluomo mi ha chiesto se potesse venire in camera per risolvere il problema. Egli rimase fino a quando il C/A non mi ha fatto male, e non ho avuto alcun problema da allora. L'unica occasione per migliorare sarebbe per l'hotel di riparare i pavimenti che scalzavano. Potrei facilmente sentire gli ospiti nella stanza sopra di me e sentire il scalzo mentre camminava attraverso la mia stanza e nelle vie di cammino. Infine, il servizio clienti era in sospeso ... dal desk front to check-out. Speciale urlo-out a Arleigh per un lavoro sorprendente.

I arrived at Marriott Syracuse Downtown Armory 300 W Fayette Street; According to my Hotel reservation confirmation email. My daughter & I unloaded our car, My daughter pulled our luggage into the hotel. I recently had foot surgery and require a cane & very obvious medical boot on 1 foot. We approached the check-in desk, gave my information and the staff member says, ” Sorry, but your reserved at the hotel across town, about 5 blocks away.” I asked her to confirm, even showed her my email with the address we were currently standing at, and she still insisted I should be across town. So we walked out, repacked the car, drove across town, parking in the parking garage that was a block away, unloaded the car and pulled all the luggage 1 block (in the rain) to the Marriott Syracuse Downtown. The check-in desk there said ”I'm sorry, but your reservation is for the Marriott at 300 W Fayette Street.” I told her I was just there; and they told me to come here, I asked her to call them and confirm, and she did.” We had to then pull all the luggage 1 block back to the parking garage in the rain; reload the car and head BACK to the original Marriott we arrived at. I went back to the same woman; she didn't look at me, however checked us in with no problem. I asked for a manager to see if we can get help with transportation to my daughters Team Banquet because this whole mix up caused us to be late. She said, sorry, we cant order you a taxi or an uber, and we do not have a shuttle. I said, ”I am just a few weeks out of foot surgery, Your staff told me the wrong information and had me walking far more than I should be. My foot is in pain, and now my daughter is late to her banquet, when we had originally arrived 1.5 hours early. Is there anything you can do to please help us out.” She looked at me like I was crazy & said, ”Sorry, no. It seems you booked through a 3rd party, so we cant offer you any credit either.” This is not true, I booked through Marriott. Later that night my foot was swelled up like a balloon, I have to bury it in ice. The Manager said she would comp my parking and didn't, I was charged the $14 anyway. Awful service, cannot own their mistakes. I don't think I was asking much by just asking for HELP getting a ride to the banquet a few blocks away. Its a shame because the Hotel was nice, Room was nice & clean.. But the could literally careless about putting their guests through the ringer.

Per non usare TRIP.com per prenotare il viaggio. È pagato e ha oneri inesplicati sulla carta. L'hotel non era in una buona zona. Non si sentiva al sicuro soprattutto alla notte. Persone senzatetto intorno e montarono edifici. Non sembravano la foto. La persona notturna non era amichevole al check-in e il parcheggio era un problema ogni tre notti. Non è garantito un parcheggio a notte se non tornate all'hotel presto. Cerchiamo di ottenere un rimborso e non potevamo farlo dall'hotel o TRIP.com che dice che garantiscono la vostra soddisfazione. La TV non funzionava e lei non poteva aiutare, ma grazie alla bontà mio marito ha risolto la questione... doveva regolare i fili di cavo... il colazione era molto buono.. e la gente del fronte era amichevole. Abbiamo la stanza dell'hotel per il matrimonio dei miei nipoti ... perché diceva che andava a distanza da molte cose. E' vero, ma dovreste portare una pistola o un coltello quando iniziate a camminare. Anche la gente del parcheggio chiede soldi. Sotto qualche foto del fronte e della schiena... non sembra la foto.

Great place to go to

Passing through Syracuse on our way home, we needed a room for the night, and settled for the Embassy Suites in Destiny, Syracuse. Well, it didn’t disappoint. Lobby was clean, and smelled nice and welcoming! Room was clean but the bonus was the Manager’s evening reception! What a nice touch! The other BIG PLUS was the amazing breakfast the next morning! Just WOW! Excellent selection and you get your omelette made to your liking! All in all, a must go back again kind of place! Thank you Embassy Suites staff team!

King suite was perfect for transitioning from camping with friends back to an intense professional obligation out of town. I needed to print a last minute document and the lobby desktop and up to date printer worked perfectly. My suite was fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The hotel met my request for a bathtub to soak my bones coming off of a rigorous camping and hiking trip. I will return for my next work obligation in Syracuse!
