Hotel Quest a Sydney

In generale, mi sono fermato qui, ma mi sono frustrato dal servizio di custodia, e prima di partire per il giorno, ho chiesto esplicitamente alla ricezione se potessero cambiare le letti e gli asciugamani. Quando tornai, trovo che il letto era stato solo inciso (costruito), e le foglie e gli asciugamani non erano state effettivamente cambiate come richiesto. Non sono certo che si tratti di una disgregazione nella comunicazione tra la ricezione e il personale di pulizia, o che la ”famiglie limitate” sia solo la loro politica standard, ma è stato deludente chiedere una specifica richiesta e ignorarla.

Ottimo luogo tranquillo, con metro Victoria Cross entro passi. Negozi di pasticceria vicino, molti caffè e cibo. Il personale di ricezione degli hotel sono molto amichevoli e disposti ad aiutare. Ci è una lavanderia 24 ore e palestra . La stanza è spaziosa con tutte le attrezzature, utensili da cucina, piccolo frigo . Rimarrà qui la prossima volta. Bella vista dalla stanza.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable, and I had a great stay overall. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was such a nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery. I spent quite a bit of time out there and really loved it. The only small issue was that some of the tiles on the balcony felt a little loose, but it wasn’t a big problem for me. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The room I stayed in was excellent and even included both a washing machine and dryer, which was extremely convenient. There was also a kitchen in the room, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Very new hotel. Connected to the shopping mall below so easy access to supermarkets and shops. We booked the one-bedroom apartment and it was very spacious indeed. We booked it so that it could allow an extra bed to be added for our child. But the room faced the main road (Captain Cook Drive) and the noise from the road (especially the motorcycles) penetrated the living room loud and clear. This meant we had to move the extra bed into the bedroom and thankfully it was just able to fit both the double bed and the extra bed, so that the three of us could sleep inside the bedroom in a slightly cramped way. If the living room windows had better insulation, or if the room wasn't facing Captain Cook Drive, then would not have been required. The room and the bathroom was mostly clean but unfortunately I found one of the two bins underneath the sink un-emptied before our stay. The room was well equipped with amenities. It even had laundry liquid for the in-room washing machine. But it didn't have room slippers, which is an unfortunate standard in Australian hotels. There are no dining options in the hotel. but at least there are breakfast choices in the shopping mall below. 

I didn’t access any amenities so ignore my rating for that. The accommodation is clean, the studio had facilities for making a light meal. It is only a short walk from the domestic airport and a slightly longer walk to the underground, supermarket and restaurants etc in the suburb of Mascot

We had an excellent stay at Quest Campbelltown. Great location to the local Macarthur football field. Plenty of food services around to choose from. Rooms lovely, clean, tidy and lots of space. Staff were helpful, and friendly.

👍 pulizia, divano, bellezza, pulizia ogni giorno, comodo letto, doccia eccellente, sicurezza, tovagliolo, frigorifero, forno, piatti, silenzio nella stanza, eccellente personale 👍 solo un'ora al centro di Sydney, ~ un'ora alle montagne blu. I treni vanno molto spesso e tardi. Vicino alla stazione, ma nella stanza tranquilla. Sulla strada Westfield! 👍 Caffè con delizioso caffè e un barista molto bello. Grazie all'hotel per il mantenimento del prezzo adeguato per il festival Mardi Gras e ci siamo resi confortevoli. Ora che siamo a Sydney, saremo felici di rimanere con voi!

La stanza era spaziosa, ma non è affatto fantasia si ottiene quello che paga. Il problema che avevamo dovuto ad altri padroni dell’hotel fumando. Il fumo riempiva completamente la nostra stanza al punto che ci svegliamo la notte non potevamo respirare. Purtroppo sono particolarmente propenso a respirare per fumare, così mi è stato difficile affrontare, e quando abbiamo informato il personale, hanno organizzato che il pulitore pulisse la nostra stanza sprayendo la stanza e lasciando la porta balcone aperta. Il giorno era buono, ma i padroni continuavano a fumare la notte, e i ricevitori cercarono di aiutarci e ci trovarono una stanza per entrare la notte scorsa. Quindi grazie alla squadra che ci ha aiutato a affrontare questo problema e anche confermare che sorrisi e ha detto ”ciao ogni volta che siamo entrati e lasciati l'hotel :)

So the hotel was great, thoughut doesn't have it's own car parking section, so I had to park on the street. I was only there over night and arrived late that night. As new policies have stated credit card numbers are no longer taken as security deposit, I was informed a $200 bond for 1 night of stay was needed, I was able to get this down to just $100, as I was driving from Liverpool to Brisbane the next day and had not budgeted for such a huge deposit needed as no where did the booking state ”we require a $200 bond deposit” and even the night manager stated it was a bit much. I've since spoken to other staff members, one that was quote arrogant and rude, one that was absolutely lovely, and their manager as well. The hotel is situated across the road from a pub, and directly up the hill from the Liverpool train station as well, it's 5 to 10 minute walk from all main attractions in Liverpool which isn't many as it's Liverpool sadly.
