Hotel in zona Gibbons Street Reserve, Sydney

Il nostro precedente viaggio a Novotel Sydney per 9 giorni è stato sconfortante, poiché la pulizia della stanza non è stata sempre effettuata e deve costantemente chiamare il custode per inviare il personale per la pulizia. Questa visita durante l'Hotel Check in , l'ho portata al personale di contro, e non ci troviamo di fronte alle stesse questioni come la passata. Durante il nostro soggiorno di 7 giorni, il 1° giorno dell'hotel ha inviato le piastrelle complementari di frutta/cheese alle nostre camere. E il più importante è che entrambe le camere sono state pulite, la tovagliola è stata cambiata, ecc. Il 1° Nite, abbiamo una bella cena a St Thomas Kitchen in hotel. Le bistecche sono state ben fatto, i piatti laterali e i dolci sono stati grandi! Avete ordinato servizi in camera per hamburger e salate, buon gusto e la consegna di cibo era veloce. Rimarrà lì per il nostro prossimo viaggio.

On the ambience side, the decor and modern-ish art was uplifting and fun. The room was very clean. But, we were surprised to find the room so small. In order for 2 people to get into the bed, one had to crawl over the other. The very small window sill became the nightstand. There was no room for luggage, and no luggage racks - we were told they didn’t have enough. That meant one suitcase on the floor and one on the very small plastic table. The retro-refrigerator was cool, but my traveling companion kept threatening to move it out into the hall to create some space in the room the whole time we were there. And then, the very small bathroom, the shower door doubled as the door to the bathroom. Have you ever looked into a microwave? The shower and the bathroom walls had the same dot matrix pattern as a microwave door. My companion was surprised to see while showering she could see me relaxing on the bed, and when she screamed “can you see me?” I replied “yes”. My companion now has bathroom-PTSD. Not only was the shower see through, there was a full-room-view sitting on the throne, trying to do your business. Then the realization somebody may be watching. PTSD! Our solution was to use the downstairs public bathroom for major activities. Did I mention IBS???

Siamo stati incredibili durante il nuovo anno e si trovava a piedi ideali per la casa opera e il ponte, circa mezz'ora! Il personale e la camera sono stati costruiti con asciugamani freschi ogni giorno, il bagno è stato il livello successivo ...it ha un controllo remoto e diverse impostazioni! In generale, un grande soggiorno e vorrei raccomandare, abbiamo anche una scatola di complimenti di cioccolato da loro per celebrare il nuovo anno che ho pensato fosse un bel toccamento e molto apprezzato

I stayed at the hotel for 2.5 weeks during one of the busiest times in Sydney. The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff exceptional. The manager on duty incredible. I had a few hiccups as any traveller would at any hotel but once mentioned by me to the staff they without hesitation went beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. It isn’t the most glamorous or biggest or even the most sophisticated place but it was perfect for a solo guy like me travelling in Australia for Mardi Gras and site seeing. Other friends of mine ran into numerous problems beyond my challenges at other big chain hotels but this little place kept me going and made me very happy. I’d return anytime. It’s location is perfect for site seeing and a overnight sleep or daytime nap. Thanks to all the staff there that were amazing. See ya again soon I hope!

L'hotel è molto vicino alla maggior parte delle cose come il centro commerciale Westfield, Sydney Tower, appena a 1.7km distante fr Central stn (bus e treni), a 15 minuti a piedi a Darling Harbour per nominare alcuni. Il tuo servizio bfast con opzioni vegetariane. La stanza è spaziosa. Il personale dell'hotel è amichevole e utile.

Ho soggiornato a Crown Towers Perth nel settembre 2022 e nel giugno 2023. Ho soggiornato anche a Crown Towers Melbourne nel dicembre 2022. Quindi il prossimo passo logico è di soggiornare a Crown Towers Sydney per completare la mia esperienza di soggiorno in tutti i 3 Crown Towers Hotel in Australia. Ho fatto questo. Stavo a Crown Towers Sydney dal 3 Nov. al 8 Nov. 2023. Oggi è 8 Nov. 2023 e verrò a controllare presto. Ho soggiornato in una sala d'opera re con vista sul ponte del porto di Sydney e la casa d'opera di Sydney. La stanza era molto luminosa e bella. Solo la dimensione appropriata per un solo viaggiatore. Ho anche potuto provare la maggior parte dei ristoranti a Crown Towers Sydney, tranne Yoshii Omakase, che è così difficile da prenotare e Silks. Non riuscivo a prenotare Yoshii nemmeno quando era aperto per prenotare. Credimi troppo gente prenotare. Ho provato Epicurean per colazione, cena a A’Mare, Nobu, Woodcut e Oncore da Clare Smyth. Non ho provato Silks perché sono cinese asiatico, di solito non mangio cibo cinese quando vado in vacanza. Devo provare altri cibi invece. Il mio ristorante preferito è senza dubbio Oncore dove ho ordinato il 7 corso di menu di sapore stagionale. Superb. Il Woodcut era anche buono dove ho ordinato il loro bicchiere di sirloin, e Nobu era anche buono quando ha completato la mia tour di tutti i 3 Nobu in Australia dopo aver mangiato prima a Nobu Perth e Melbourne quando sono rimasto a Crown Towers. Per Nobu, ho ordinato il X Haku Omakase che è il corso di cinque. La stella del corso era il lobster. In generale ho goduto il mio soggiorno qui. Poiché Sarah Brightman viene a Sydney in agosto-ottobre 2024, ho già prenotato i miei biglietti per vedere il suo spettacolo alla Sydney Opera House in settembre 2024 e ho prenotato anche un soggiorno di 4 notti a Crown Towers Sydney di nuovo. Per il futuro, spero che Crown Towers Sydney possa avere un Crystal Club per colazione come Perth e Melbourne. Inoltre, spero di vedere più negozi/aree di intrattenimento a Crown e anche un fornitore/gave/snack qui a Crown Towers Sydney.

It was quite expensive for the service. The staff were not very welcoming but pleasant enough. The highlights are you are camping on the harbor and the view is very pretty. At sunset the very large bats come out which is quite cool to see but they are very loud with each other. Here is somethings you should know. Both eateries close at 430 pm so plan accordingly for dinner. If you get the package that includes electricity it’s only on from 6pm-6am. The waterway is very active until dark then the row teams start at 0500 it might have been earlier but their coaches are very loud and aggressive. What a way to wake up. It was nice just manage your expectations.

La posizione è grande. Abbiamo una vista sul porto con una bella vista sul ponte del porto. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di ricevere il servizio all'ingresso e all'uscita. Sfortunatamente, siamo stati delusi di quanto la stanza fosse pulita. Il pulitore ovviamente dimenticava di pulire il bagno. Ha tinture sul sedile e nel bagno. Abbiamo trovato anche una bottiglia vuota di acqua di Mont Franklins che si trovava sotto il desk. Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel qualche volta prima, questa è la prima volta che siamo stati delusi dalla pulizia della stanza.

Soggiorno in questo hotel ogni volta che devo visitare Sydney. È vicino ai trasporti, un modo semplice ed economico per visitare il CBD. Avere una reception aperta 24 ore su 24 è utile poiché spesso arrivo dopo il lavoro e può essere molto tardi/presto. Anche la colazione è un vantaggio (una colazione calda completa) è migliorata di recente, si sono verificati problemi post COVID ma ora è tornato all'eccellente standard precedente. Le camere sono pulite e abbastanza grandi. L'unico inconveniente è il parcheggio a pagamento, ma di solito riusciamo a trovare parcheggio in strada non troppo lontano.
