This is the 2 time that ma wife and I have visited the ”Hamilton” Hotel. We were there to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. The Hotel room was very comfortable and all the staff were super helpful. In particular I would like to say a special thank you to ”Katja” on the reception, who organised flowers and a table for me prior to our arrival in the hotel. Throughout our stay Katja was always there to answer any queries as well as all the other staff. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ”Hamilton” (although due to Illnes of some hotel staff etc, not all activities were able to be fulfilled). If I had one thing to change in the hotel it would be the chairs in the ”Salzgrotte” they are a little bit uncomfortable. I would recommend the hotel ”Hamilton” to anyone who visits Swinemuende, it was a great stay. Thank you all once again for making my wife's and my stay super.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night only, but enjoyed the time we had at this hotel. Our hotel room had an amazing view over the beach. All the rooms are quite new and well equipped. The selection at the breakfast buffet could be a little more vegan friendly, but I’m not sure if there’s a high demand for it. All the staff we’ve encountered was very friendly. The ladies from the front desk (thanks to Zenata and Grazyna for the lovely check in and for helping me out with all the questions), the waiters at the buffet restaurant and the gentleman at the bar..everyone was so polite. We will come back!

In general hotel is very good. It has clean , spacious, modern rooms. I was surprised not having options „Please dont clean my room”which is available in other hotels already. We can use our towels more than once right? Food was also ok however there was extreamly crowdy during breakfast. It was such a noise in the restaurant that there was no chance to enjoy your meal. What disappointed me the most was service. It happened for the first time. We wanted to enjoy a coffee on the 13-th or 14-th floor in sea view cafe when waiter, young tall man, said to us in impolite way “ next time ask if you can move the chair before doing it. It is not allowed to do so. If you want to eat anything you can’t sit here but at a different table” we were shocked by his behavior! It was said in a rude way and we simply felt like uninvited guests. We left the caffeine without drinking anything. In my opinion, 5 stars hotel can’t afford to hire such staff. It damages its reputation. We also had similar situation on the reception desk - lady made us feel like stupid when she could not answer our questions. I was a guest of Hilton hotel which belongs to the same owner and is located near Radisson. I would come back to Hilton. Radisson disappointed me offering service like in average , poor hotel. Too much visitors made them feel so comfortable in beeing not nice to guests. It was not a rule - when we asked lady who’s name was Karolina she explained everything in 2 minutes with smile. If someone doesn’t like his/her job should not do it. I hope owner will consider this and invest in trainings for his staff.

Wir waren 1 Woche im Kaisers Garten. Dieses Hotel ist einfach nur schrecklich, nur dass das Frühstück, das bis 11 Uhr möglich ist, war gut. Mit über 30 Jahren Berufserfahrung als Flugbegleiterin und mit jährlich über 120 Hotelübernachtungen weltweit ,habe ich noch nie so einen schlechten Service und Unfreundlichkeit erlebt. Nur eine Mitarbeiterin beim Einchecken war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Paket , Wasser auf's Zimmer, Bademantel ohne Kosten, Teilmassage und 5 mal Gymnastik mitgebucht. Es wurde 3 mal Wassergymnastik um 8 Uhr angeboten, die wir wegen der frühen Zeit nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Bei der Frage, ob es auch andere Termine für die Gymnastik gäbe, wurde ich nur angeschnauzt, 8 Uhr oder gar nicht. Das Wasser und den Bademantel mussten wir erbetteln und bei der bereits bezahlten Teilmassage sollten wir zahlen, besonders das Personal an der Spa Rezeption ist unfreundlich und hat das Wort Service noch nie gehört. Letztendlich haben wir auf die bezahlte Massage verzichtet, mein Lebenspartner hat an keiner Behandlung auf Grund des Personals teilgenommen. Die Zimmer sind okay, es sei denn, der Fahrstuhl liegt gegenüber, sowie es in unserem Fall der Fall war. Laute Gespräche vor dem Fahrstuhl ab 07.00 Uhr morgens und bis spät in die Nacht. An Ruhe nicht zu denken. Der Speisesaal gleich einer Kabine aus den 90 Jahren und das Essen war auch nicht besonders, nach 2 Tagen haben wir uns entschieden, ausserhalb Essen zu gehen. Natürlich kann man für den günstigen Reisepreis auch nicht viel mehr erwarten, aber das Personal könnte auch im Speisesaal freundlicher sein. Die Behandlungen sind lächerlich und der Spa Bereich fürchterlich, alt und auch nicht ganz sauber. Saunabesuch ist nur mit Badesachen möglich, was sehr unhygienisch ist, da andere Gäste nach dem Saunabesuch direkt in den Pool gehen. Dieses Hotel können wir auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen, es seid denn, man stellt absolut keine Ansprüche oder man kann sich kein besseres Hotel leisten, denn der Urlaubsort Swinemünde ist sehr schön. Was wir aus dieser Woche gelernt haben, nie wieder ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse, denn alles im Kaisers Garten ist billig und schlecht.
