Zhejiang, Cina: hotel Hotel con sorgenti termali

L'esperienza era molto buona. L'hotel è molto confortevole e ha una buona vista. Andy è molto gentile e attenta, mi ha ricevuto con un bel sorriso e mi ha dato una spiegazione molto completa sull'hotel, i servizi e alcuni punti da visitare. Durante il soggiorno, lei era sempre attenta al mio comfort. Quando me ne andai, ho dimenticato il mio portatile nella stanza. Fortunatamente Andy si prende cura di esso e l'ha mandato a casa mia molto velocemente, è arrivato in poche ore. Grazie mille!! .

Le strutture della stanza sono molto perfette. La stanza a prezzo di questo prezzo ha un grande balcone, la disposizione della stanza e i dettagli, compresi i fiori più sottili, tutti sono molto economici e il servizio è buono.La signorina Star della reception, sorriso dolce, servizio intimo, e gentile. L'unica cosa da notare è che a volte c'è un suono nella macchina climatizzata esterna della stanza accanto. Dopo 9:40 di mattina c'è una piccola quantità di aria condizionata (a distanza dalla mia stanza).La prossima volta che vengo a Ningbo, vivrà qui!

今年3月，我和愛人從寧波自駕約1.5小時，前往一家民宿。入住前看到不少差評，我們心裏有點打鼓，但還是決定去體驗一下。辦理入住後，服務員貼心地幫我們把行李送到房間，預訂的房間帶愛心露天泡池，空間大小適宜，空氣清新，一換上泳衣就能出門泡湯，特別愜意。民宿沒有餐廳，用餐得去隔壁的天明山温泉大酒店，前台幫忙叫了接駁車接送。酒店菜品味道還不錯，就是價格偏貴，服務人員也不夠多。吃完晚餐，我們散步回小木屋，感覺很愜意。總體體驗挺好，下次還會再來。

Prenotamo 2 notti una sala esclusiva di vista sul lago. Il soggiorno 17F era molto basso in servizio, si ottiene bevande e cibo tra 5:30-7:30pm e musica alta. Sul lago la costruzione dell'hotel stava guardando prima delle 8am era molto rumoroso e il desk front non si importava. Hanno offerto un po' di cioccolato, per compensare, la piscina era sporca e fredda, la peggiore Sheraton che abbia mai avuto e che non posso raccomandare.

We found this OldTown NanXun and love the look of it, so we booked the Accommodation at this Location. It turns out to be a very nice place: it's right in the OldTown area, walk thru the Boutique with nice silk clothes and stuff Fortunately we picked the Ground Level as we have big suitcases; wouldnt be happy to carry them upstairs. The Room is well equipped with nice bed, pillows and beddings. Bathroom is well equipped, clean and smells good. They do have a Spa but it's outdoor and we were too tired to go out. There's tea and teapot supplied and you can have a sip after the walks around the area. The Location is first-class: just a few steps to the action. I think I really love this HanXun Old Town; it's not too busy compared to the other Old Town, and it's full of Locals! Most remarkable is the friendliness: Before we check-in I text them and they gave me the exact location for our Vehicle (since the access to the Old Town is quite challenging). If you have large suitcases and dont like climbing up stairs, I would strongly recommend you to contact them beforehand. And on our check-out date, we have to return to ShangHai, a nice gentleman was very helpful, he helped us to talk to the Drivers and found us a suitable Transport. He spent over 30-minutes with us and we were very grateful. If there is one thing I would recommend for improvement, perhaps the young man can slow-down in his smoking. My husband and I have been smokers, but we have both quit. Hope he will do so one day for his health sake. Cheers!

Good service and excellent location if you came to Double Dragon scenic area for the first time. Bus stop is very close to the hotel. I would really appreciate the staff of the hotel, they are very friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper Nike was very enthusiastic. I would like to thank him and other staff for their efforts during our stay. Barbecue in the evening was great.

Un hotel a 5* per clienti cinesi, non ospiti internazionali. Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto belle con camere da letto e il parco intorno all'hotel è un vero plus. Propongono anche molte attività. Da quel lato, questo è fino a standard intercontinentali o anche al di sopra. Tuttavia, ci sono stati tre punti che sono stati deludenti e per noi non sono al massimo standard per un hotel di 5 stelle: - nessun personale di lingua inglese è accettabile per un marchio internazionale. Non potevamo comunicare alla reception o al ristorante. - si menziona che 4 ristoranti sono aperti sul sito web e nell'area pubblica (1 giapponese, 1 cinese, 1 buffet e 1 internazionale), mentre in realtà solo 2 sono stati aperti: il cinese e l'internazionale. Quest'ultimo non è conforme alla norma internazionale: nessun menu di dessert, solo menu di bevande disponibili in cinese e la qualità è stata media al massimo. - Il servizio per cibo e bevande è generalmente molto lento (1ora per ottenere hamburger mentre è l'unico cliente/ +30mn per ottenere bevande al bar) anche se il personale è bello.

This place is really beautiful. And it's close to Xiang Lake which I think is worth visiting besides the famous West Lake. We had a very comfortable stay there. Rooms are clean n spacious. But their central warming system turned the place really warm during the night. So much so we have to open the window to let cold air in to cool the room. The air conditioning can't cool it down enough. For service I'll give it 4 stars given this is 5 star hotel. So I have higher expectation. The counter staff when we checked in that night did not give a good first impression. She wasn't rude n in fact was courteous in her words but I couldn't feel it in her tone or body language, something like coming out of a robot. I felt that in other service staff in other places too. But fortunately the other staff we encountered the next day wasn't like this. We can feel the warmth in their tone. And the next day during breakfast, there is no service at all. No one to bring us to the table. No one to clear our table. Nor anyone asked if we want any drink. The two staff in the restaurant stick together n stand around a pillar n will move together once in a while to clear tables after a table left. Otherwise they will stand there chatting. So, except a little service lapses, this hotel is definitely worth staying when you are in Hangzhou.
