Il personale è molto amichevole e utile, l'hotel e le camere sono molto pulite e ci sono molte belle viste e attività rilassanti da fare. Il pranzo a colazione e il buffet serale erano deliziosi e ci sono stati incendi di notte, la piscina all'aperto era molto pulita e rilassante da usare e il jacuzzi era molto caldo. Mia figlia ama la zona di gioco e ci siamo divertiti nell'arcade. Ci siamo davvero divertiti.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

Una volta, un'altra buona esperienza qui, questa è la nostra seconda Natale che ci è passata qui, la piscina è stata ben riscaldata per la maggior parte dei giorni e la zona di gioco è stata divertente. Purtroppo l'arcade è stata chiusa, è stato molto deludente, perché non siamo stati informati, e questo è stato un gran numero di visitatori; l'altro svantaggio è la mancanza di opzioni alimentari vegetariane, anche dopo alcune richieste, ho ancora trovato bacon nel mio cibo. Molto grato al personale del colazione che ha fatto richieste di cibo senza carne per i nostri figli e le signore della piscina che ha facilitato tutte le nostre sessioni. Le luci sono bellissime, ma a volte un po' troppo tardi quando i bambini dormono.

In generale, è stato un buon soggiorno, non aspettare standard giapponesi. A quanto pare hanno avuto un periodo di apertura morbido e appena aperto il 15 aprile. Puoi vedere che le cose non funzionano ancora così bene, trip.com mostra che il spa deve essere prenotato un giorno in anticipo, ma su WeChat hanno detto che non sono necessarie prenotazioni e possiamo usare in qualsiasi momento. Il secondo giorno volevamo usare il bagno la seconda volta, e fu detto da un personale che non potevamo usarlo di nuovo, di cui ci siamo confusi. Il bagno aveva una vista spettacolare, ma la piscina all'aperto aveva mangiato in modo strano la metà e le mele rotte che galleggiavano intorno. Dopo aver parlato con il personale del bagno, dissero che era per scopi estetici e gli ospiti devono averli mangiati senza saperlo. Le preoccupanti norme di igiene 😨, oltre a quella igiene generale, sembrano essere buone. Tutte le camere hanno il nostro giardino privato, quindi ci sono due porte, la principale porta in legno e poi la porta in vetro alla nostra stanza reale. La principale porta in legno si è rotta due volte - non potevamo chiudere (più come non hanno risolto completamente il problema per la prima volta), che ha sprecato il nostro tempo mentre dovevamo sederci intorno per vedere il personale di manutenzione che ha risolto la nostra porta. La colazione era buona, ma la metà dei piatti erano troppo salinati per il mio gusto. Un miscuglio strano di piatti “ovest”, “giapponese” e cinesi. Più economico per comprare sul posto (168 yuan a partire da oggi). Il servizio non era fino alla standard di un hotel di questo punto di prezzo. Il personale che ci ha accolto sembrava leggere da uno script, non potevamo sentire metà del tempo anche dopo averle chiesto di esprimere più chiaramente due volte. Sentivo che ci stavano monitorando più che prenderci cura di noi. Invece di “come posso aiutarvi?”, hanno risposto “cosa non va?” in due occasioni separate. Non credo che sia accettabile! Alcuni dipendenti non sanno bene gli ospiti.

這次帶着媽媽和小狗一起入住的大樂之野·勿舍，民宿在村子裏，開了一小段盤山公路就到了，環境非常好，民宿很有設計感，很漂亮，小狗非常滿意。周邊還有徒步路線，沿着毛利水庫走一走，吹吹風。在民宿預訂了晚飯，每道菜都很好吃，白鯧魚非常新鮮，筒骨湯也很棒，份量很大，用料很足。表揚我們的管家小琳，是個非常可愛的小姐姐，認真負責，從到民宿的接待，到晚餐的安排，還給我們送了晚安甜湯，到最後退房，一整個就是一個大優秀

We really enjoyed everything. We came from Hangzhou for a weekend getaway to relax and visit 诸葛仙山, and also to swim. The surrounding nature is magnificent, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful — exactly what we came for. There's an excellent outdoor pool where you can swim under the moonlight. On the hotel grounds, there are black swans, rabbits, a fox, and raccoons. We stayed for two nights. For the first breakfast, we had a choice between a Western or Chinese set menu. On the second morning, there was a buffet — and it was fantastic. We definitely preferred the buffet. There were green olives. The food was very tasty. Most importantly, black coffee was available for breakfast — strong, just the way we like it, and no sugar! What could be better than a cup of Americano in an Italian castle in the morning? The mini pastries were exquisite. The hotel itself is very beautiful — we felt as if we had visited Italy. The staff were extremely polite. The rooms were delightful, with a bathtub and even bath foam provided. Upon arrival, a small buggy took us to the main building with the rooms — that was a pleasant surprise. At checkout, they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift — unexpected but very nice. We loved everything and think we'll come back again many times.”
