JANE Hot Spring Hotel is a lovely hotel with a warm and cozy ambiance, and the owner is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple yet sufficient. The KTV room is a great bonus and was thoroughly enjoyed.

Il servizio commerciale è molto attento, benvenuto a frutta e pomeriggio, acqua e neve di Coca sono tutti gratis, l'igiene ambientale è anche molto pulita. L'acqua di soppa del cortile è riscaldata in circolo, ma deve essere sempre difficile per la sorella di Miss switch acqua e riscaldamento. La posizione della popolazione è vicina alla porta orientale, il parcheggio è conveniente, il tacito e il prezzo dell'autunno può essere leggermente alto.Come zona paesaggistica, la città antica di Nanjing è buona e ha la possibilità di vivere ancora due giorni di vita lenta.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The service was excellent — all the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, which made the experience much more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and everything was smooth during the stay.
The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation, making it easy to get around.
One small downside was the sound insulation. Conversations in the corridor could be heard quite clearly, and noises from the neighboring room, such as showering, were also noticeable. This might be something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.
That said, the good service really stood out, and overall it offers good value for money.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno in hotel. Un punto a favore il servizio navetta gratuito in barca per l'hotel. La colazione è semplice ma gustosa. Inoltre, l'hotel si trova in un punto con la migliore vista notturna.
Il personale dell'hotel, in particolare la signora Ting Jian, è stato molto paziente e disponibile nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Ci ha aiutato a organizzare un trasporto privato da Nan Xun a Hangzhou a un prezzo ragionevole.
Grazie a Ting Jian per tutto ciò che ci ha fornito durante il nostro soggiorno.

This is a awesome hotel! Very clean and the amenities are good! Just that it is not as advance or high tech as some of the boutique hotels that were build in the recent years. It is a kids friendly and family oriented hotel.
It has games and stuff for kids and spa, gym, swimming facilities - very resort. The hotel is made up of various theme rooms and located at different area. Free buggy rides from 1 area to another and access to private beach
The staff are friendly and helpful and flexible to making changes.
I would love to come here again if i ever visit zhoushan!

La camera e l'ambiente in generale erano impeccabili ed è stato un piacere immergersi nella vasca termale privata. Il letto, i cuscini e la biancheria da letto sono molto confortevoli. Sono stato a Wuzhen e Nanxun molte volte, diverse volte all'anno. In ogni caso, la distanza tra le due parti è molto ravvicinata. Se disponi di un budget sufficiente, vale la pena scegliere questo bagno privato e B&B perché è tranquillo.
ps: Il lavandino più interno è un po' ostruito, ricordatevi di pulire i tubi durante la pulizia.

L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione e un affascinante stile antico. Anche la colazione era buona e il personale di servizio è stato molto cordiale. Mi hanno aiutato con i bagagli pesanti da e per la camera e al check-out. Mi hanno persino aiutato con i bagagli all'ingresso e mi hanno chiamato un taxi. Sono stato molto soddisfatto del servizio e prenoterò sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta che tornerò.

YYorkshireIl personale è molto amichevole e utile, l'hotel e le camere sono molto pulite e ci sono molte belle viste e attività rilassanti da fare. Il pranzo a colazione e il buffet serale erano deliziosi e ci sono stati incendi di notte, la piscina all'aperto era molto pulita e rilassante da usare e il jacuzzi era molto caldo. Mia figlia ama la zona di gioco e ci siamo divertiti nell'arcade. Ci siamo davvero divertiti.

Ci sono molte strutture giochi per bambini, il giardino è molto divertente, molti bambini giocano, pescano, nuotano, adorabili animali domestici: un paradiso per i bambini. La stanza è a metà montagna, quindi devi salire da solo. Per fortuna c'è una governante che ti aiuta a trasportare i bagagli, il che è molto difficile.

UUtente ospiteTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:

**Check-In Experience:**
We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.
**Final Thoughts:**
This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.
In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages.
Would we return? Absolutely!

UUtente ospiteOnce again, another good experience here. This was our second Christmas spent here. The pool was well heated most days and the play area was good fun. Unfortunately the arcade was closed, this was very disappointing as we were not informed, and this was a big part of re-visiting. The other downside is the lack of vegetarian food options, even after some requests, I still found bacon in my food. Very grateful to the staff at breakfast who made requests for meatless food for our children and the ladies at the pool who facilitated all of our sessions.
Beautiful lights display, though sometimes a bit loud quite late when children are sleeping. Lovely location, used the bikes for a nice ride along the lake.

Puoi vedere che le cose non funzionano ancora così bene, trip.com mostra che il spa deve essere prenotato un giorno in anticipo, ma su WeChat hanno detto che non sono necessarie prenotazioni e possiamo usare in qualsiasi momento. Il secondo giorno volevamo usare il bagno la seconda volta, e fu detto da un personale che non potevamo usarlo di nuovo, di cui ci siamo confusi.
Il bagno aveva una vista spettacolare, ma la piscina all'aperto aveva mangiato in modo strano la metà e le mele rotte che galleggiavano intorno. Dopo aver parlato con il personale del bagno, dissero che era per scopi estetici e gli ospiti devono averli mangiati senza saperlo. Le preoccupanti norme di igiene 😨, oltre a quella igiene generale, sembrano essere buone.
Tutte le camere hanno il nostro giardino privato, quindi ci sono due porte, la principale porta in legno e poi la porta in vetro alla nostra stanza reale. La principale porta in legno si è rotta due volte - non potevamo chiudere (più come non hanno risolto completamente il problema per la prima volta), che ha sprecato il nostro tempo mentre dovevamo sederci intorno per vedere il personale di manutenzione che ha risolto la nostra porta.
La colazione era buona, ma la metà dei piatti erano troppo salinati per il mio gusto. Un miscuglio strano di piatti “ovest”, “giapponese” e cinesi. Più economico per comprare sul posto (168 yuan a partire da oggi).
Il servizio non era fino alla standard di un hotel di questo punto di prezzo. Il personale che ci ha accolto sembrava leggere da uno script, non potevamo sentire metà del tempo anche dopo averle chiesto di esprimere più chiaramente due volte. Sentivo che ci stavano monitorando più che prenderci cura di noi. Invece di “come posso aiutarvi?”, hanno risposto “cosa non va?” in due occasioni separate. Non credo che sia accettabile! Alcuni dipendenti non sanno bene gli ospiti.

UUtente ospite這次帶着媽媽和小狗一起入住的大樂之野·勿舍，民宿在村子裏，開了一小段盤山公路就到了，環境非常好，民宿很有設計感，很漂亮，小狗非常滿意。周邊還有徒步路線，沿着毛利水庫走一走，吹吹風。在民宿預訂了晚飯，每道菜都很好吃，白鯧魚非常新鮮，筒骨湯也很棒，份量很大，用料很足。表揚我們的管家小琳，是個非常可愛的小姐姐，認真負責，從到民宿的接待，到晚餐的安排，還給我們送了晚安甜湯，到最後退房，一整個就是一個大優秀

FFilipe C.We really felt in Italy! Rooms are clean and comfortable. The best part was the staff and the kitchen chef, they were amazing and really friendly, did their best to make us comfortable. Specially and great thanks to Aimee she was the best and always ready to help us with everything that we needed. The hotel amenities like the archery and mini golf gave us a nice experience, the outdoor swimming pool and mini golf could use some maintenance, but nothing to complain. We had a great time.

The room was warm, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The best feature was the house's layout—separated from others, it felt private, secluded, and truly integrated with the natural surroundings. It was the peaceful haven we needed.
The hotel territory is vast and beautifully maintained, perfect for calming walks. The dining experience was excellent: the food was tasty, presented in a clean environment, and offered a satisfying variety.
Unfortunately, the main attraction became a source of stress. The culture of quiet, therapeutic relaxation expected at a hot spring was completely absent. The most visitors were behaving like they are in a public swimming pool, with yelling and kids jumping, splashing, and running around. This chaotic atmosphere made it impossible to relax or enjoy the springs' intended benefits. It felt like a disaster for anyone seeking the tranquil, restorative experience hot springs are known for.
Despite the hot springs issue, our overall stay was very nice, thanks to the superb room, excellent food, and beautiful grounds. The core product—the accommodation—is outstanding.
I will definitely return, but I will plan my visit for a much less busy period (perhaps weekdays or off-holidays). If you are seeking solitude and quiet, I highly recommend the rooms but advise cautious timing for the hot springs. This place has all the ingredients for a perfect retreat; you just need to find the right moment to enjoy them fully.
