非常滿意，專門帶孩子來玩的，出發前就已經聯繫，有專屬管家，管家小諾非常好，及時解決各種問題，很熱情，周到。我們住的是主題酒店，那個可愛的小房子，小朋友非常喜歡，房間離樂園很近玩累了還能回房間休息會兒，非常不錯，而且性價比很高，定的房間套餐，包含了門票，還有冰雪世界和萌堡樂園，其他項目基本上是免費的，部分收費，演出很多，從早看到晚，晚上的打鐵花很贊。園區裏餐飲也多的，有小吃，也有餐廳，隨機選了兩家，價格和味道都很nice。推薦哦！

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

It's a hotel for all kinds of people: couples, businesspeople, families, etc. The hotel is amazing. The staff was very polite but for a 5 Diamonds hotel,no one speaks English. However, everything was clean. The hot springs open from 14:00 to 22:00. Breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00. Dinner closes at 20:00 which is a little early for foreigners. But it is a big buffet so there will be always something delicious to eat.

管家Ziva was very responsive to any questions that I asked about the hotel. For example, I wanted extra towels and the housekeeper brought them right away. The breakfast was plentiful and had many options, including meats, veggies, soup, dumplings, fruit, yogurt, etc. The seafood buffet dinner was also interesting. The seafood buffet dinner not only included crawfish, sushi rolls, sashimi, but also included beef steak,lamb chops, chicken dishes, noodle dishes, dessert (ice cream, cake, pudding, flan).The hotel also has an amazing indoor play facility for children. Saying ”play room” is too small of a word because that play facility is HUGE!

Mi piace questo hotel giapponese nascosto nel fiume Fuchunshan.Il servizio inizia con il momento del direttore di Microsoft, con un servizio di trasporto di stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità. Ci sono rituali di accoglienza, mani pulite, etichette di carta, orologi antichi, viti di vento lungo la strada, lampade di carta, l'atmosfera è piena, lo stile di costruzione è unico. Le due porte pesanti del hall sono le rocce di legno d'oro, una vista eccellente e visibile ovunque. Il posto di ogni pianta è stato progettato con attenzione. Il direttore ha aggiornato la casa di famiglia. Una sorpresa accidentale 🤩, la stanza è molto pulita e le strutture sono complete.La piscina esterna calda pubblica guarda il panorama caldo durante il giorno, è troppo comodo, Ci sono molte piccole attività organizzate dall'hotel, raccogliere le carte, fare banane, cartoni, mettere lampade di consegna, ecc. 很久之前就聽説了大樂之野，這次正好想帶狗狗一起出遊，炎炎夏日也想找個適合躺平的地方，那就試試吧～總體來説體驗感比較好，度假性價比拉滿。幾點感受，僅供參考。 🐈⬛關於寵物友好：大樂之野是不收取額外的寵物清潔費的，這一點就非常讚了。入住時，為我們兩衹狗狗都提供了寵物清潔包，裏面有隔尿墊、清潔濕巾，可以説非常貼心了。房間裏也有狗狗專用的小床。第二天的狗狗早餐也是營養搭配，新鮮食材現蒸。這都可以給到一個夯了😁 🗑關於衞生：雖是攜寵入住房型，但房間裏總體是比較乾淨的。偶爾沙發和上面上有一些其他狗狗留下的”印記”也是可以理解的，並無大礙。雖然週中衹有我們一家人入住，但散步時也看到店家在早上也有認真打掃泳池，這一點非常加好感。 🌿關於環境：非常避世的小院子，被竹林圍繞，滿眼都是綠色，耳邊是夏日的森林樂章。這點也是我們非常喜歡的，有野趣，又不至於太原生態。大樂之野把現代人追求野趣的分寸感拿捏得很好。 🛌關於設施：洗護用下來都不錯（具體啥牌子沒看），小朋友也會提供專用的。房間裏沒有冰箱有一點點不方便，但是有一間水吧，和影音室在一起，有單獨一個區域。還有一點點不方便的是電視沒辦法投屏，如果想投屏的話也衹能去影音室。其他的設施都挺滿意的。 👩🏻🌾關於服務：管家非常貼心，在沒有入住前就提前加好管家羣，細心解答所有的問題，給到遊玩攻略。入住後因為衹有我們一家人，也非常熱情周到。37℃的天，到停車場幫我們一起提行李。入住後也都是有求必應，很是周到。小朋友體驗了窯爐烤麪包，打發了毒日頭的時光。 ⛱關於周邊玩樂：到了直接搜尋一下附近有啥好玩的就行，都不遠。附近的慈湖集市週末有打鐵花，但是我們是週中去的所以也沒去看。附近還有一個河姆渡遺址博物館和遺址公園，帶孩子的話很值得一去。

We really enjoyed everything. We came from Hangzhou for a weekend getaway to relax and visit 诸葛仙山, and also to swim. The surrounding nature is magnificent, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful — exactly what we came for. There's an excellent outdoor pool where you can swim under the moonlight. On the hotel grounds, there are black swans, rabbits, a fox, and raccoons. We stayed for two nights. For the first breakfast, we had a choice between a Western or Chinese set menu. On the second morning, there was a buffet — and it was fantastic. We definitely preferred the buffet. There were green olives. The food was very tasty. Most importantly, black coffee was available for breakfast — strong, just the way we like it, and no sugar! What could be better than a cup of Americano in an Italian castle in the morning? The mini pastries were exquisite. The hotel itself is very beautiful — we felt as if we had visited Italy. The staff were extremely polite. The rooms were delightful, with a bathtub and even bath foam provided. Upon arrival, a small buggy took us to the main building with the rooms — that was a pleasant surprise. At checkout, they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift — unexpected but very nice. We loved everything and think we'll come back again many times.”

La camera era calda, accogliente e meravigliosomente tranquilla. Il letto era grande e incredibilmente comodo, assicurando un grande sonno. La camera era spaziosa e ben attrezzata. La migliore caratteristica era la struttura della casa, separata dagli altri, si sentiva privata, segreta e veramente integrata con l’ambiente naturale. Il territorio dell'hotel è vasto e bellissimo, perfetto per le passeggiate tranquille. L'esperienza di mangiare è stata eccellente: il cibo è stato delizioso, presentato in un ambiente pulito, e offre una varietà soddisfacente. Purtroppo, l'attrazione principale è diventata una fonte di stress, e la cultura della calma e della rilassamento terapeutico che si attendeva in una primavera calda era assolutamente assenza. La maggior parte dei visitatori si comportava come se fossero in una piscina pubblica, con le urla e i bambini saltando, spiando e correndo in giro, e questa atmosfera caotica ha reso impossibile rilassarsi o godere dei vantaggi previsti dalla primavera.
