Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

Questo soggiorno è stato assolutamente fantastico! Fin dal momento in cui varcherete la soglia del resort, sentirete il calore di casa. Il nostro maggiordomo Xiao Ma è una persona seria e responsabile e il suo servizio caloroso trasmette ai clienti un'atmosfera molto cordiale. La stanza è pulita e ordinata, la vista fuori dalla finestra è perfetta, l'arredamento è squisito, i servizi della casa sono completi, il letto è morbido e confortevole, consentendo di dormire bene la notte, e anche la sorgente termale privata in montagna è molto bella. Il ristorante offre un'ampia varietà di piatti e il sapore è ottimo. La prossima volta che andrò in vacanza sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!

Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

Con gli amici, scegliere un weekend per il lavoro, grazie per l'aggiornamento della reception. Stai bene per una notte. Facilità: i dettagli sono pieni fin dall'inizio del soggiorno.Il personale dell'hotel porterà una visita e ci saranno alcune piccole cerimonia.Dopo il soggiorno, ci sono anche alcuni progetti, fare champagne, mettere lampade di congedo, ecc.L'hotel non è molto grande, ma sento che è utile per portare l'esperienza del soggiorno. La zona calda ha frutta gratuita, pasti e bevande, e la zona di riposo lancia anche film di palazzo.E'davvero rilassante. Mangiare: perché non voglio mangiare cibo giornaliero, non mangiare cena dell'hotel. Ci sono vendite vicino che possono mangiare, ma non preoccuparti. Servizi: il servizio è davvero buono, ogni personale incontrato, compreso l'atteggiamento della zia di guardia, è molto armonioso. Per parere preliminare, vorrei vedere meglio l'intero hotel decorato. Il secondo piano dell'atrio ha una camera da letto disponibile per un riposo. Entra e guarda. L'intero design è relativamente semplice. Si può sentire più come banane, fiori o piccoli pezzi di pannolini, e migliorare il senso di delicatezza dell'intero hotel.

Questo negozio è sulla lista da molto tempo, quindi ho portato la mia famiglia a fare una gita durante la breve vacanza. Il negozio è molto carino. Hanno comunicato in anticipo 📞 e spiegato le precauzioni e le condizioni del traffico durante le festività. La camera è abbastanza confortevole e pulita. Dopotutto è aperta da molto tempo, quindi ci sono alcuni difetti nei muri e altri dettagli, ma questo non influisce sull'esperienza del soggiorno. recensione mista. alcuni punti davvero eccellenti e poi è necessario anche un vero miglioramento. eccellente: il responsabile del cibo e delle bevande e il personale del ristorante erano sempre cordiali e il cibo era eccellente (anche se penso che il prezzo di una bevanda sia oltraggioso). il curry tailandese è altamente raccomandato. le piscine e le piscine termali sono fantastiche la stanza è bella e l'intero edificio è bellissimo. una torta di compleanno e un biglietto da festeggiare sono stati molto speciali e premurosi. migliorare: i cocktail siamo pessimi ogni volta che ne assaggiamo uno nuovo... gli ingredienti erano elencati ma non tutti presenti nel drink il check-in e il check-out: la prima e l'ultima impressione devono essere migliorate. al check-in non abbiamo ricevuto un sorriso amichevole per guidarci allo sportello, il check-out è stato una lunga fila durante il periodo di punta, sono necessarie più auto navetta, abbiamo avuto diversi tempi di attesa di 20-30 minuti e gli ospiti si comportano in modo un po 'sciocco ed egoista, spingendo per salire sul bus navetta anche quando le famiglie con bambini piccoli aspettano più a lungo. c'erano 40 gradi Celsius quindi camminare non era un'opzione sicura. Ho dovuto chiamare tre volte per ottenere le pulizie il primo giorno e mi è stato detto che di solito le pulizie vengono solo ogni due giorni, il che non ha senso. Non ho bisogno che il mio letto venga rifatto o gli asciugamani vengano cambiati, ma ho bisogno che la spazzatura venga rimossa ogni giorno. una politica un po' strana per un hotel piuttosto costoso. il gioco è per i bambini è bello e il personale è generalmente cordiale e paziente. recensione molto mista temo.

My husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

Sono stato alle calde primavera tre volte prima, ma non sono mai rimasto all'hotel. Quando ci ha comunicato, era in un mandarino super veloce, a cui ho chiesto di non farlo. Ripeteva così velocemente due volte di più. Mi sentivo frustrato e poi rivolto l'uso di un'app di traduzione. Ha chiamato un membro del personale indonesiano che parla inglese. Non mi aspetto che la gente mi parli inglese, ma apprezzo il rallentamento in mandarino e l'uso di una lingua più semplice. I gesti a mano aiutano anche molto. Vorrei che ci avesse detto la password WiFi e dove accedere alle fonti calde, due informazioni chiave che un ricevitore dovrebbe fornire quando si accede ad un hotel di fonti calde. La nostra stanza aveva rocce di plastica da indossare alle fonti calde. Il mio paio aveva due piedi sinistri. Quando ho mostrato al personale al secondo piano, mi ha aiutato e mi ha dato un nuovo paio. Le fonti calde erano bellissime, come sempre.Il buffet era meglio di quello del buffet. L'albergo è in grado di andare da un edificio all'altro.

Odio letteralmente quando prenoto una stanza che guarda la foto e trova qualcosa di diverso in realtà. Sono un fan di calde fontane, e quando ho pianificato questa piccola camminata con mio marito, la stanza con un tubo di assorbimento privato all'aperto mi ha catturato l'occhio. Secondo le foto di Trip.com, la camera dispone di una spaziosa terrazza e un tubo di saldatura a corno chiuso. Quando siamo arrivati, ci hanno dato una stanza media e il tubo di salita era proprio vicino a un vicino, separato da una corta pendenza, come se dovessimo andare a bagno tutti insieme. Quando mio marito ha fatto notare questo al divano frontale, hanno fatto qualche scusa per come tutte le camere hanno la stessa foto sul sito web e come non possono cambiare la nostra stanza dicendo che qualcuno ha già prenotato quella stanza migliore. Non posso confermare, ma ho avuto l'impressione che fossero mentiti perché non ho mai visto nessuno sulla terrazza di quella stanza. La zona è molto piacevole, la zona è molto piacevole e la piscina è molto appropriata per le famiglie. Il pranzo tradizionale cinese è stato incluso nel prezzo della stanza , è stato molto fresco e buono anche . Quindi alla fine avrei ancora raccomandato questo hotel, ma se avete una scelta migliore non venire durante le vacanze nazionali .
